As a result, the central surface 21 of this pellet is not in contact with the inlet face 5 of the heat exchanger 2 and the adhesive material 170 also spreads between this central surface 21 and the front edge 42 of the corresponding tube 4.
  • FIG. 5 also illustrates the mechanical bond operated by the adhesive material 170 which overflows into the well 25 through its various holes 24, as described above. It can be seen that a portion of the adhesive material 170 overflows through a first hole 24a, that another portion of this adhesive material 170 overflows through another hole 24b and that these two portions meet in the corresponding well 25, thus creating said mechanical bond.
  • this adhesive material 170 is configured to spread in the passages 29 comprising the dissipating elements 32 and delimited by the tubes 4 of the heat exchanger 2. More precisely, the adhesive material 170 enters into these dissipating elements 32, for example between each fin, thus forming a mechanical bond between the protective grid 3 and the dissipating elements 32.

Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) comprenant au moins un échangeur de chaleur (2) comportant une pluralité de tubes (4) configurés pour la circulation d'un fluide, les tubes (4) étant espacés les uns des autres afin de délimiter un passage (29) pour un flux d'air, l'échangeur de chaleur (2) étant délimité par une face d'entrée (5) à travers laquelle le flux d'air peut entrer dans l'échangeur de chaleur (2), le dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) comprenant au moins une grille de protection (3) agencée le long de la face d'entrée (5), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) comprend au moins une liaison adhésive (17) entre la grille de protection (3) et les tubes (4) de l'échangeur de chaleur (2).
  2. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon la revendication 1, la grille de protection (3) comprenant une face avant (14) formant, au moins partiellement, une face d'entrée du flux d'air dans le dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) et une face arrière (15), opposée à la face avant (14), la liaison adhésive (17) étant agencée au moins partiellement entre la face arrière (15) de la grille de protection (3) et la face d'entrée (5) de l'échangeur de chaleur (2).
  3. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon la revendication 2, la face arrière (15) de la grille de protection (3) comprenant au moins une pastille (20) portant la liaison adhésive (17).
  4. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon la revendication 3, au moins la pastille (20) et la grille de protection (3) étant réalisées d'une seule pièce.
  5. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, au moins la pastille (20) comprenant au moins un trou (24, 24a, 24b) traversant la pastille (20).
  6. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, au moins la pastille (20) comprenant une surface centrale solide (21) et au moins un anneau (22, 220) agencé autour de cette surface centrale (21), la surface centrale (21) étant reliée à l'anneau (22, 220) par au moins un bras (23).
  7. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, la grille de protection (3) comprenant au moins un puits (25) s'étendant depuis la face avant (14) de la grille de protection (3) et vers la face arrière (15) de cette grille de protection (3), le puits (25) comprenant un fond (28) réalisé par au moins une partie de la pastille (20).
  8. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, au moins la pastille (20) formée sur la grille de protection (3) comprenant au moins une saillie (33) s'étendant dans l'un des passages (29) du flux d'air.
  9. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la face d'entrée (5) de l'échangeur de chaleur (2) étant délimitée d'une part par un premier réservoir collecteur (7) et par un second réservoir collecteur (8) et, d'autre part, par une première joue d'extrémité (12) et une seconde joue d'extrémité (13), et la surface maximale de la grille de protection (3) étant inférieure ou égale à la surface maximale de la face d'entrée (5) de l'échangeur de chaleur (2).
  10. Dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la liaison adhésive (17) comprenant de la colle.
  11. Procédé d'assemblage d'un dispositif d'échange de chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une étape au cours de laquelle la liaison adhésive (17) est placée sur les tubes (4) de la face d'entrée (5) de l'échangeur de chaleur (2) ou sur la grille de protection (3), et une étape de mise en contact de la grille de protection (3) avec la face d'entrée (5) de l'échangeur de chaleur (2).
