Claims (15)

  1. Arbeitsgerät (10) für ein Arbeitsfahrzeug (300), wobei das Arbeitsgerät (10) umfasst:
    einen ersten Ausleger (30),
    einen zweiten Ausleger (70), der an dem ersten Ausleger (30) anbringbar ist,
    eine Vielzahl von ersten Versorgungsleitungen (38), die an dem ersten Ausleger (30) vorgesehen sind,
    eine Vielzahl von zweiten Versorgungsleitungen (78), die an dem zweiten Ausleger (70) vorgesehen sind, und
    eine Schnellkupplungsvorrichtung (20) zum Kuppeln der Vielzahl von ersten Versorgungsleitungen (38) mit der Vielzahl von zweiten Versorgungsleitungen (78),
    wobei die Schnellkupplungsvorrichtung (20) eine erste Kupplungseinheit (110) und eine zweite Kupplungseinheit (150) umfasst,
    wobei die erste Kupplungseinheit (110) einen ersten Kupplungsblock (120) umfasst, wobei die ersten Versorgungsleitungen (38) mit dem ersten Kupplungsblock (120) verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kupplungsblock (120) fest an einer Seitenfläche (33) des ersten Auslegers (30) montiert ist und die zweite Kupplungseinheit (150) einen zweiten Kupplungsblock (160) aufweist,
    wobei die zweiten Versorgungsleitungen (78) mit dem zweiten Kupplungsblock (160) verbunden sind und wobei der zweite Kupplungsblock (160) seitlich zu einer Seitenfläche (73) des zweiten Auslegers (70) angeordnet ist, so dass der zweite Kupplungsblock (160) relativ zu dem ersten Kupplungsblock (120) zwischen einer Verbindungsposition, in der der erste und der zweite Kupplungsblock (120, 160) miteinander verbunden sind, und einer Freigabeposition, in der der erste und der zweite Kupplungsblock (120, 160) voneinander getrennt sind, drehbar ist.
  2. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kupplungseinheit (110) eine erste Halterung (130) umfasst, wobei der erste Kupplungsblock (120) fest an der ersten Halterung (130) montiert ist und die erste Halterung (130) fest an dem ersten Ausleger (30) montiert ist, und
    dass die zweite Kupplungseinheit (150) eine zweite Halterung (170) umfasst, wobei der zweite Kupplungsblock (160) fest an der zweiten Halterung (170) montiert ist und die zweite Halterung (170) drehbar an dem zweiten Ausleger (70) montiert ist.
  3. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste oder der zweite Ausleger (30, 70) einen Verbindungsstift (90) zum Kuppeln des ersten Auslegers (30) mit dem zweiten Ausleger (70) aufweist, wobei sich der Verbindungsstift (90) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Längsachse des ersten Auslegers (30) und/oder des zweiten Auslegers (70) erstreckt.
  4. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste oder der zweite Ausleger (30, 70) eine Aufnahmebuchse (60) zur Aufnahme des Verbindungsstiftes (90) umfasst.
  5. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Kupplungseinheit (150) eine Kupplungshülse (180) zur Aufnahme eines Endabschnitts (92) des Verbindungsstifts (90) umfasst, so dass die zweite Kupplungseinheit (150) drehbar an dem Verbindungsstift (90) angebracht ist, so dass der zweite Kupplungsblock (160) um den Verbindungsstift (90) herum drehbar ist.
  6. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kupplungseinheit (110) zumindest einen Vorsprung (140) zur Betätigung der zweiten Kupplungseinheit (150) umfasst, so dass der zweite Kupplungsblock (160) in eine Montageposition gedreht wird, bevor der erste und der zweite Kupplungsblock (120, 160) miteinander verbunden werden.
  7. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die zweite Kupplungseinheit (150) zumindest eine Ausnehmung (184) zur Aufnahme des Vorsprungs (140) der ersten Kupplungseinheit (110) umfasst.
  8. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmebuchse (60) eine Öffnung (61) zum Einführen und Herausziehen des Verbindungsstifts (90) umfasst, wobei die Aufnahmebuchse (60) eine Innenkontur (62) aufweist, wobei, in einem Längsschnitt entlang des ersten Auslegers (30) betrachtet, die Innenkontur (62) einen ersten kreisförmigen Abschnitt (63) aufweist, der sich radial um eine Mittelachse (64) der Aufnahmebuchse (60) über mehr als 180° erstreckt, und wobei eine Außenkontur (95) des Verbindungsstiftes (90) einen zweiten kreisförmigen Abschnitt (96), der einen Radius aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Radius des ersten kreisförmigen Abschnittes (63), und einen linearen Abschnitt (65, 66) beinhaltet, so dass der Verbindungsstift (90) nur in einem Zustand in die Öffnung (61) eingeführt und aus dieser herausgezogen werden kann, in dem die Aufnahmebuchse (60) und der Verbindungsstift (90) in einer vorbestimmten Drehbeziehung zueinander positioniert sind.
  9. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein an dem zweiten Ausleger (70) angebrachtes Begrenzungselement (190) zum Begrenzen der Drehbewegung des zweiten Kupplungsblocks (160).
  10. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der erste Kupplungsblock (120) als auch der zweite Kupplungsblock (160) jeweils eine Verbindungsfläche (121, 161) umfasst, die eine Vielzahl von Verbindungsanschlüssen (122, 162) aufweist, wobei die Verbindungsflächen (121, 161) radial zu dem Verbindungsstift (90) angeordnet sind.
  11. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellkupplungsvorrichtung (20) eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (200) umfasst, die eine erste Verriegelungseinheit (210) und eine zweite Verriegelungseinheit (220) aufweist, wobei eine von der ersten und der zweiten Verriegelungseinheit (210, 220) zumindest einen beweglichen Verriegelungsstift (214) umfasst und die andere von der ersten und der zweiten Verriegelungseinheit (210, 220) zumindest eine Verriegelungsöffnung (224) umfasst, in die der Verriegelungsstift (214) einführbar ist, wobei sich die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (200) in einem verriegelten Zustand befindet, wenn der Verriegelungsstift (214) in die Öffnung (224) eingeführt ist, und in einem entriegelten Zustand befindet, wenn der Verriegelungsstift (214) aus der Öffnung (224) herausgezogen ist.
  12. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Ausleger (70) zumindest eine erste und eine zweite Montageöffnung (80, 81) umfasst, wobei die erste Montageöffnung (80) sich auf eine erste Montageposition des ersten und des zweiten Auslegers (30, 70) bezieht und die zweite Montageöffnung (81) sich auf eine zweite Montageposition des ersten und des zweiten Auslegers (30, 70) bezieht, und wobei der erste Ausleger (30) zumindest einen Montagestift (40) aufweist, der in eine von der ersten und der zweiten Montageöffnung (80, 81) einführbar ist, um den ersten Ausleger (30) an den zweiten Ausleger (70) zu montieren, und zwar in der ersten Montageposition wenn der Montagestift (40) in die erste Montageöffnung (80) eingeführt ist, und in der zweiten Montageposition, wenn der Montagestift (40) in die zweite Montageöffnung (81) eingeführt ist.
  13. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellkupplungsvorrichtung (20) eine erste Kupplungsanordnung und eine zweite Kupplungsanordnung umfasst, wobei die erste Kupplungsanordnung die erste Kupplungseinheit (110) und die zweite Kupplungseinheit (150), wie in einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche definiert, aufweist, und wobei die zweite Kupplungsanordnung die erste Kupplungseinheit (110) und die zweite Kupplungseinheit (150), wie in einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche definiert, aufweist, wobei die erste und die zweite Kupplungseinheit (110, 150) der ersten Kupplungsanordnung an einer ersten Seitenfläche des ersten und des zweiten Auslegers (30, 70) angeordnet sind und wobei die erste und die zweite Kupplungseinheit (110, 150) der zweiten Kupplungsanordnung an einer zweiten Seitenfläche des ersten und zweiten Auslegers (30, 70) gegenüber der ersten Seitenfläche angeordnet sind.
  14. Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten Versorgungsleitungen (38, 78) zumindest eines von Hydraulikleitungen, elektrischen Leitungen, Datenleitungen, Wasserleitungen und/oder Schmiermittelleitungen umfassen.
  15. Arbeitsfahrzeug (300), umfassend einen Fahrzeugkörper (321) und ein Arbeitsgerät (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei der erste Ausleger (30) drehbar an dem Fahrzeugkörper (321) montiert ist.
