Claims (9)

  1. Chariot de manutention (1), comprenant un moyen de réception de charge (2) qui présente un mât de levage (2a) pourvu d'un tablier porte-fourche (2b) mobile sur le mât de levage (2a), une fourche de levage (2c) étant disposée sur le tablier porte-fourche (2b), un corps de véhicule (3) et un poste de travail de conducteur (5) pour un conducteur (6), comprenant :
    - un dispositif de détection de position (7) qui est réalisé pour détecter une orientation de la fourche de levage (2c) sous la forme d'un décalage latéral et/ou d'un décalage vertical de la fourche de levage (2c) par rapport à une ouverture de réception (8 ; 8a, 8b) d'un moyen de charge (9) ;
    - un dispositif de commande (10) qui est réalisé pour générer, sur la base de l'orientation établie de la fourche de levage (2c) par rapport à l'ouverture de réception (8 ; 8a, 8b) du moyen de charge (9), une information d'avertissement qui indique si la fourche de levage (2c) entrerait en collision avec le moyen de charge (9) si un déplacement du chariot de manutention (1) était poursuivi en direction du moyen de charge (9) et à orientation constante de la fourche de levage (2c),
    caractérisé en ce que l'information d'avertissement est effectuée sous la forme d'un signal acoustique, et le dispositif de commande (10) est réalisé pour adapter acoustiquement l'information d'avertissement en fonction d'une distance de la fourche de levage (2c) à l'ouverture de réception (8 ; 8a, 8b) du moyen de charge (9), dans lequel différentes fréquences acoustiques sont utilisées pour les informations trop haut, trop bas, trop à gauche, trop à droite, pas d'ouverture libre, de sorte que le conducteur peut effectuer le positionnement précis correct sur la base du signal acoustique.
  2. Chariot de manutention (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation comprend une information concernant une distance réelle latérale et/ou verticale de la fourche de levage (2c) à l'ouverture de réception (8) du moyen de charge (9).
  3. Chariot de manutention (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la distance réelle de la fourche de levage (2c) comprend une distance entre une première arête de fourche extérieure (11a) de la fourche de levage (2c, 2c1, 2c2) à une arête de contour horizontale (8c) de l'ouverture de réception (8, 8a, 8b) et/ou une distance entre une deuxième arête de fourche extérieure (11b) de la fourche de levage (2c, 2c1, 2c2) à une arête de contour verticale (8d) de l'ouverture de réception (8, 8a, 8b) du moyen de charge (9) .
  4. Chariot de manutention (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection de position (7) comprend un capteur de distance sans contact.
  5. Chariot de manutention (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de distance sans contact est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur laser et/ou d'un capteur de distance 3D et/ou d'un système de caméra de mesure de distance 3D et/ou d'un système de caméra 3D.
  6. Chariot de manutention (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (10) est réalisé pour générer, sur la base de l'orientation établie de la fourche de levage (2c) par rapport à l'ouverture de réception (8 ; 8a, 8b), une information de mouvement à ce sujet qui indique dans quelle direction de mouvement il faut décaler la fourche de levage (2c) afin d'empêcher une collision possible de la fourche de levage (2c) avec le moyen de charge (9)' si le déplacement du chariot de manutention (1) est poursuivi en direction du moyen de charge (9) à orientation constante de la fourche de levage (2c).
  7. Chariot de manutention (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'affichage (12) est inclus qui est réalisé pour afficher l'information d'avertissement et/ou l'information de mouvement générée.
  8. Chariot de manutention (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'affichage (12) comprend au moins un affichage (12a).
  9. Chariot de manutention (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (10) est réalisé pour transmettre, sur la base de l'orientation établie de la fourche de levage (2c) par rapport à l'ouverture de réception (8) du moyen de charge (9), un signal à un dispositif d'entraînement (13) du chariot de manutention (1) afin de réduire la vitesse du mouvement du chariot de manutention (1) et/ou de la fourche de levage (2c) et/ou du tablier porte-fourche (2b) si le chariot de manutention (1) entrait en collision avec le moyen de charge (9) si un déplacement était poursuivi en direction du moyen de charge (9) et à orientation constante de la fourche de levage (2c).
