Claims (20)

  1. Dispositif de transport (105, 305) destiné à accueillir une pluralité de récipients (C), comprenant :
    une pluralité de panneaux s'étendant autour d'un espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), la pluralité de panneaux comprenant un panneau avant (125a), un panneau arrière (125b), au moins un panneau latéral (127a, 131a, 127b, 131b), au moins un panneau inférieur (173b) et au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) ; et
    un rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) vers l'un parmi le panneau avant (125a) et le panneau arrière (125b) dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), caractérisé en ce que

Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le deuxième rabat de séparation (189b) comprend au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (191b) et chacun parmi le premier rabat de séparation (189a) et le deuxième rabat de séparation (189b) s'incurve au niveau de l'au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (191a, 191b) respective lors de la formation du dispositif de transport (105, 305).
  11. Dispositif de transport (105) selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre un troisième rabat de séparation (199a) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) vers le panneau avant (125a) dans l'espace intérieur avant (110a) du dispositif de transport (105) et un quatrième rabat de séparation (199b) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) vers le panneau arrière (125b) dans l'espace intérieur arrière (110b) du dispositif de transport (105), dans lequel le deuxième rabat de séparation (189b), le troisième rabat de séparation (199a) et le quatrième rabat de séparation (199b) comprennent respectivement au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (191b, 201a, 201b) et chacun parmi le premier rabat de séparation (189a), le deuxième rabat de séparation (189b), le troisième rabat de séparation (199a) et le quatrième rabat de séparation (199b) s'incurve au niveau de l'au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (191a, 191b, 201a, 201b) respective lors de la formation du dispositif de transport (105).
  12. Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) est un panneau central avant (145a) et le dispositif de transport (105, 305) comprend en outre un panneau central arrière (145b) en contact face à face avec le panneau central avant (145a), dans lequel l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) est un espace intérieur avant (110a) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) entre le panneau avant (125a) et le panneau central avant (145a), et le dispositif de transport (105, 305) comprend un espace intérieur arrière (110b) entre le panneau arrière (125b) et le panneau central arrière (145b), dans lequel l'au moins un panneau latéral (127a, 131a, 127b, 131b) est un premier panneau latéral avant (127a) et le dispositif de transport (105, 305) comprend en outre un deuxième panneau latéral avant (131a), un premier panneau latéral arrière (127b) et un deuxième panneau latéral arrière (131b).

Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le premier panneau latéral avant (127a), le deuxième panneau latéral avant (131a), le premier panneau latéral arrière (127b) et le deuxième panneau latéral arrière (131b) forment un coin incurvé (223, 225, 229, 227) respectif du dispositif de transport (105, 305).
  14. Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel un pli (220) est formé entre l'un au moins parmi :
    le premier panneau latéral avant (127a) et le premier panneau latéral arrière (127b) ; et
    le deuxième panneau latéral avant (131a) et le deuxième panneau latéral arrière (131b),
    le pli (220) étant configuré pour engager une partie d'un récipient extérieur (233) afin de supporter le dispositif de transport (105, 305).
  15. Découpe (103, 303) permettant de former un dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 1, destiné à accueillir une pluralité de récipients (C), comprenant :
    une pluralité de panneaux destinés à s'étendre autour d'un espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303), la pluralité de panneaux comprenant un panneau avant (125a), un panneau arrière (125b), au moins un panneau latéral (127a, 131a, 127b, 131b), au moins un panneau inférieur (173b) et au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) ; et
    un rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) destiné à s'étendre à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) vers l'un parmi le panneau avant (125a) et le panneau arrière (125b) dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303),
    caractérisée en ce que le rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) comprend une partie (192a, 196a, 192b, 196b) destinée à s'incurver à distance de l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) lorsque le dispositif de transport (105, 305) est formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303), ainsi qu'au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (191a, 201a, 191b, 201b), de sorte que le rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) est généralement incurvé lors de la formation du dispositif de transport (105, 305) à partir de la découpe (103, 303) .

Découpe (103, 303) selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle l'au moins un panneau latéral (127a, 131a, 127b, 131b) comprend une pluralité de sections de panneau latéral incluant une première section de panneau latéral (135a, 135b, 149a, 149b), une deuxième section de panneau latéral (137a, 137b, 151a, 151b), et une troisième section de panneau latéral (141a, 141b, 155a, 155b), la première section de panneau latéral (135a, 135b, 149a, 149b) étant reliée de façon pliable à la deuxième section de panneau latéral (137a, 137b, 151a, 151b), et la deuxième section de panneau latéral (137a, 137b, 151a, 151b) étant reliée de façon pliable à la troisième section de panneau latéral (141a, 141b, 155a, 155b), la pluralité de sections de panneau latéral pouvant être reconfigurées de manière flexible pour former au moins un coin incurvé (223, 225, 227, 229) susceptible d'engager étroitement ou de se rapprocher de l'incurvation d'un récipient (C) disposé dans un espace de réception de récipient (217, 219) le plus à l'extérieur du dispositif de transport (305).
  18. Procédé de formation d'un dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 1, destiné à accueillir une pluralité de récipients (C), comprenant :
    l'obtention d'une découpe (103, 303) comprenant une pluralité de panneaux comprenant un panneau avant (125a), un panneau arrière (125b), au moins un panneau latéral (127a, 131a, 127b, 131b), au moins un panneau inférieur (173b) et au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b), la découpe (103, 303) comprenant en outre un rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) comprenant une partie (192a, 196a, 192b, 196b) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b), ainsi qu'au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (191a, 201a, 191b, 201b) ;
    le pliage de la pluralité de panneaux au moins partiellement autour d'un espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) et le positionnement du rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) de telle façon que la partie (192a, 196a, 192b, 196b) est une partie courbe (192a, 196a, 192b, 196b) du rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) et de telle façon que le rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) s'étend et s'incurve à distance de l'au moins un panneau central (145a, 145b) vers l'un parmi le panneau avant (125a) et le panneau arrière (125b) dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305).
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 18, dans lequel le rabat de séparation (189a, 199a, 189b, 199b) s'incurve au niveau de l'au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (191a, 201a, 191b, 201b) lors de la formation du dispositif de transport (105, 305).

Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel l'au moins un panneau latéral (127a, 131a, 127b, 131b) comprend une pluralité de sections de panneau latéral incluant une première section de panneau latéral (135a, 135b, 149a, 149b), une deuxième section de panneau latéral (137a, 137b, 151a, 151b), et une troisième section de panneau latéral (141a, 141b, 155a, 155b), la première section de panneau latéral (135a, 135b, 149a, 149b) étant reliée de façon pliable à la deuxième section de panneau latéral (137a, 137b, 151a, 151b), et la deuxième section de panneau latéral (137a, 137b, 151a, 151b) étant reliée de façon pliable à la troisième section de panneau latéral (141a, 141b, 155a, 155b), la pluralité de sections de panneau latéral pouvant être reconfigurées de manière flexible pour former au moins un coin incurvé (223, 225, 227, 229) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), de telle façon que l'au moins un coin incurvé (223, 225, 227, 229) peut engager étroitement ou se rapprocher de l'incurvation d'un récipient (C) disposé dans un espace de réception de récipient (217, 219) le plus à l'extérieur du dispositif de transport.
