Claims (18)

  1. Dispositif de transport (105, 305) destiné à accueillir une pluralité de récipients (C), comprenant :
    une pluralité de panneaux s'étendant au moins partiellement autour d'un espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), la pluralité de panneaux comprenant un panneau avant (115a), un panneau arrière (115b), un panneau latéral avant (117a), un panneau latéral arrière (117b), au moins un panneau inférieur (138b), et au moins un panneau central (141a, 141b), une partie (116a) du panneau avant (115a) formant un premier coin incurvé (111) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) et une partie (116b) du panneau arrière (115b) formant un deuxième coin incurvé (113) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), la partie (116a) du panneau avant (115a) et le panneau latéral avant (117a) étant opposés l'un à l'autre et la partie (116b) du panneau arrière (115b) et le panneau latéral arrière (117b) étant opposés l'un à l'autre ; et
    un rabat terminal avant (171a) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral avant (117a) et un rabat terminal arrière (171b) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral arrière (117b), caractérisé en ce que
    chacun parmi le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b) comprend une pluralité de parties comprenant une partie proximale (173a, 173b), une partie intermédiaire (177a, 177b), et une partie distale (181a, 181b), chaque partie parmi la pluralité de parties respectives est fixée de façon pliable à une partie adjacente respective parmi la pluralité de parties respectives au niveau d'une ligne de pliage verticale (179a, 183a, 179b, 183b) respective et les parties distales (181a, 181b) respectives du rabat terminal avant (171a) et du rabat terminal arrière (171b) sont en contact face à face et disposées au moins partiellement dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), de sorte qu'un espace destiné à recevoir au moins partiellement un montant vertical (243) d'un récipient extérieur (233) est formé entre le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b).
  2. Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une cavité (119, 319) est formée entre le premier coin incurvé (111) et le deuxième coin incurvé (113) et configurée pour recevoir une partie d'un récipient extérieur (233).
  3. Dispositif de transport (305) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la cavité (319) comprend une partie coudée (320) formée par au moins une ligne d'affaiblissement (342a, 342b).

Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'au moins un panneau inférieur (138b) comprend au moins une ouverture (194) entourée par des lignes d'affaiblissement (195) définissant une patte (196) entre elles, l'au moins une ouverture (194) étant destinée à recevoir une partie du récipient extérieur (233).

Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un premier rabat de division (150a) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141a) vers le panneau avant (115a) pour former une première pluralité d'espaces de réception de récipient (191) dans l'espace intérieur (110a) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) et un deuxième rabat de division (150b) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141b) vers le panneau arrière (115b) dans l'espace intérieur (110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) pour former une deuxième pluralité d'espaces de réception de récipient (193) dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305).
  6. Dispositif de transport (105) selon la revendication 5, comprenant en outre un troisième rabat de division (160a) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141a) vers le panneau avant (115a) dans l'espace intérieur (110a) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) et un quatrième rabat de division (160b) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141b) vers le panneau arrière (115b) dans l'espace intérieur (110b) du dispositif de transport (105).
  7. Dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'au moins un panneau central (141a, 141b) est un panneau central avant (141a) et le dispositif de transport (105, 305) comprend en outre un panneau central arrière (141b) en contact face à face avec le panneau central avant (141a), dans lequel l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) est un espace intérieur avant (110a) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) entre le panneau avant (115a) et le panneau central avant (141a), et le dispositif de transport (105, 305) comprend un espace intérieur arrière (110b) entre le panneau arrière (115b) et le panneau central arrière (141b).
  8. Découpe (103, 303) permettant de former un dispositif de transport (105, 305) destiné à accueillir une pluralité de récipients (C), comprenant :
    une pluralité de panneaux destinés à s'étendre au moins partiellement autour d'un espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303), la pluralité de panneaux comprenant un panneau avant (115a), un panneau arrière (115b), un panneau latéral avant (117a), un panneau latéral arrière (117b), au moins un panneau inférieur (138b), et au moins un panneau central (141a, 141b), une partie (116a) du panneau avant (115a) étant destinée à former un premier coin incurvé (111) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303) et une partie (116b) du panneau arrière (115b) étant destinée à former un deuxième coin incurvé (113) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303), la partie (116a) du panneau avant (115a) et le panneau latéral avant (117a) étant opposés l'un à l'autre et la partie (116b) du panneau arrière (115b) et le panneau latéral arrière (117b) étant opposés l'un à l'autre ; et
    un rabat terminal avant (171a) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral avant (117a) et un rabat terminal arrière (171b) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral arrière (117b), caractérisé en ce que
    chacun parmi le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b) comprend une pluralité de parties comprenant une partie proximale (173a, 173b), une partie intermédiaire (177a, 177b) et une partie distale (181a, 181b), chaque partie parmi la pluralité de parties respectives est fixée de façon pliable à une partie adjacente respective parmi la pluralité de parties respectives au niveau d'une ligne de pliage verticale (179a, 183a, 179b, 183b) respective dans un dispositif de transport assemblé, et les parties distales (181a, 181b) respectives du rabat terminal avant (171a) et du rabat terminal arrière (171b) sont configurées pour être en contact face à face et disposées au moins partiellement dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303), de sorte qu'un espace destiné à recevoir au moins partiellement un montant vertical (243) d'un récipient extérieur (233) est formé entre le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b) lorsque le dispositif de transport (105, 305) est formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303).
  9. Découpe (103, 303) selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle une cavité (119, 319) est formée entre le premier coin incurvé (111) et le deuxième coin incurvé (113) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303) et configurée pour recevoir une partie d'un récipient extérieur (233).

Découpe (103, 303) selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle l'au moins un panneau inférieur (138b) comprend au moins une ouverture (194) entourée par des lignes d'affaiblissement (195) définissant des pattes (196) entre elles, l'au moins une ouverture (194) étant destinée à recevoir une partie du récipient extérieur (233) .

Découpe (103, 303) selon la revendication 8, comprenant en outre un premier rabat de division (150a) relié de façon pliable à l'au moins un panneau central (141a), le premier rabat de division (150a) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141a) vers le panneau avant (115a) dans l'espace intérieur (110a) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303) pour former une première pluralité d'espaces de réception de récipient (191), la découpe (103, 303) comprenant en outre un deuxième rabat de division (150b) relié de façon pliable à l'au moins un panneau central (141b), le deuxième rabat de division (150b) s'étendant à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141b) vers le panneau arrière (115b) dans l'espace intérieur (110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) formé à partir de la découpe (103, 303) pour former une deuxième pluralité d'espaces de réception de récipient (193).
  12. Procédé de formation d'un dispositif de transport (105, 305) destiné à accueillir une pluralité de récipients (C), comprenant
    l'obtention d'une découpe (103, 303) comprenant une pluralité de panneaux, la pluralité de panneaux comprenant un panneau avant (115a), un panneau arrière (115b), un panneau latéral avant (117a), un panneau latéral arrière (117b), au moins un panneau inférieur (138b), et au moins un panneau central (141a, 141b), la découpe (103, 303) comprenant en outre un rabat terminal avant (171a) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral avant (117a) et un rabat terminal arrière (171b) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral arrière (117b), chacun parmi le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b) comprenant une pluralité de parties comprenant une partie proximale (173a, 173b), une partie intermédiaire (177a, 177b), et une partie distale (181a, 181b), chaque partie parmi la pluralité de parties respectives étant fixée de façon pliable à une partie adjacente respective parmi la pluralité de parties respectives au niveau d'une ligne de pliage verticale (179a, 183a, 179b, 183b) respective, dans lequel les parties distales (181a, 181b) respectives du rabat terminal avant (171a) et du rabat terminal arrière (171b) peuvent être disposées au moins partiellement en contact face à face ;
    le pliage de la pluralité de panneaux au moins partiellement autour d'un espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), de telle façon qu'une partie (116a) du panneau avant (115a) forme un premier coin incurvé (111) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) et une partie (116b) du panneau arrière (115b) forme un deuxième coin incurvé (113) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), la partie (116a) du panneau avant (115a) et le panneau latéral avant (117a) sont opposés l'un à l'autre et la partie (116b) du panneau arrière (115b) et le panneau latéral arrière (117b) sont opposés l'un à l'autre ; et
    le positionnement du rabat terminal avant (171a) et du rabat terminal arrière (171b) au moins partiellement dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305), de telle façon qu'un espace destiné à recevoir au moins partiellement un montant vertical (243) d'un récipient extérieur (233) est formé entre le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel une cavité (119, 319) est formée entre le premier coin incurvé (111) et le deuxième coin incurvé (113) et configurée pour recevoir une partie d'un récipient extérieur (233).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la découpe (103, 303) comprend un premier rabat de division (150a) relié de façon pliable à l'au moins un panneau central (141a) ainsi qu'un deuxième rabat de division (150b) relié de façon pliable à l'au moins un panneau central (141b), le premier rabat de division (150a) s'étend à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141a) vers le panneau avant (115a) pour former une première pluralité d'espaces de réception de récipient (191) dans l'espace intérieur (110a) du dispositif de transport (105, 305) et le deuxième rabat de division (150b) s'étend à partir de l'au moins un panneau central (141b) vers le panneau arrière (115b) pour former une deuxième pluralité d'espaces de réception de récipient (193) dans l'espace intérieur (110b) du dispositif de transport (105, 305).
  15. Système de transport (247, 447), comprenant :
    un récipient extérieur (233) comprend un fond (235) et une pluralité de parois latérales (237, 238) s'étendant vers le haut à partir du fond (235), la pluralité de parois latérales (237, 238) s'étendant autour d'un intérieur (231) du récipient extérieur (233) et se croisant au niveau de coins incurvés intérieurs (239) respectifs ;
    au moins un dispositif de transport (105, 305) selon la revendication 1, disposé dans l'intérieur (231) du récipient extérieur (233),
    l'un au moins parmi le premier coin incurvé (111) et le deuxième coin incurvé (113) de l'au moins un dispositif de transport (105, 305) étant engagé avec un coin incurvé intérieur (239) respectif du récipient extérieur (233).
  16. Système de transport (247, 447) selon la revendication 15,
    dans lequel le récipient extérieur (233) comprend au moins une saillie (246) s'étendant à partir d'au moins une paroi latérale (238) parmi la pluralité de parois latérales (238),
    dans lequel une cavité (119, 319) est formée entre le premier coin incurvé (111) et le deuxième coin incurvé (113) de l'au moins un dispositif de transport (105, 305) et reçoit au moins une partie de l'au moins une saillie (246).
  17. Système de transport (247, 447) selon la revendication 16,
    dans lequel le récipient extérieur (233) comprend au moins un montant (243) s'étendant vers le haut à partir du fond (235),
    dans lequel l'au moins un montant (243) est au moins partiellement disposé dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) de l'au moins un dispositif de transport (105, 305) entre le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b).

Système de transport (247, 447) selon la revendication 17, dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de transport (105, 305) est un premier dispositif de transport (105, 305) et le système de transport (247, 447) comprend en outre un deuxième dispositif de transport (105, 305), et dans lequel l'au moins un montant (243) est au moins partiellement disposé dans l'espace intérieur (110a, 110b) de chacun parmi le premier dispositif de transport (105, 305) et le deuxième dispositif de transport (105, 305) entre le rabat terminal avant (171a) et le rabat terminal arrière (171b) respectifs.
