Claims (8)

  1. Système de présentation de carreaux de céramique (10) comprenant un panneau (P) comprenant
    - un panneau de base (2) ayant une feuille métallique mince (4) appliquée sur l'un de ses côtés ou sur les deux côtés au moyen d'une couche adhésive (3) qui tient ensamble la feuille métallique mince (4), où ladite feuille métallique (4) est pourvue sur le côté opposé à celui faisant face au panneau de base (2) d'un revêtement de peinture adhérent (5);
    dans lequel le revêtement de peinture adhérent (5) a une séquence de couches comprenant
    polyéthylène comme couche protectrice,
    acrylique comme couche supérieure,
    polyester comme couche de fond,
    le chrome comme couche chimique, et
    un revêtement dorsal sur la feuille métallique mince (4)
    et un kit de mise à jour qui contient au moins une feuille magnétique autocollante (12) pour chaque carreau de céramique (10) à présenter.
  2. Système de présentation de carreaux de céramique (10) selon la revendication 1 dans lequel le panneau de base (2) a une couche adhésive (3) sur un seul côté et contient en outre une couche d'équilibrage (6) de mélamine disposée à l'opposé du revêtement de peinture adhérent (5).
  3. Système de présentation de carreaux de céramique (10) selon les revendications 1 à 2 dans lequel la feuille magnétique autocollante (12) pour chaque carreau de céramique (10) à présenter est isotrope et a une épaisseur de 0,5 mm à 2 mm.
  4. Système de présentation de carreaux de céramique (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le kit de mise à jour comprend en outre un branding magnétique imprimé (16) et/ou un modèle intuitif modulaire (14).
  5. Système de présentation de carreaux de céramique (10) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le branding magnétique imprimé (16) est une feuille magnétique isotrope ou anisotrope avec une feuille ou un autocollant imprimable auto-adhésif fixé ou directement imprimé sur celui-ci et a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,2 et 0,8 mm.
  6. Système de présentation de carreaux de céramique (10) selon les revendications 1 à 5 comprenant en outre un outil de démontage (13) pour enlever les carreaux de céramique (10) du panneau (P).
  7. Procédé d'obtention d'un panneau (P) d'un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comprenant les étapes:
    a) amener le panneau de base (2) ayant une couche adhésive (3) sur un côté dans un dispositif d'alimentation pourvu de moyens pour dérouler la feuille métalique, avec une vitesse qui est comprise entre la vitesse de déroulement du rouleau de feuille de métal et la vitesse de durcissement de l'adhésif,
    b) dérouler la feuille métallique sur le panneau de base (2), dans lequel le panneau de base et le rouleau de feuille métallique sont centrés au moyen de rouleaux de guidage,
    c) presser la feuille métallique sur le panneau de base (2) à température ambiante,
    d) optionnel appliquer les étapes a) à c) sur la deuxième surface du panneau de base (2).
  8. Procédé de disposition de carreaux de céramique (10) sur le panneau (P) obtenu par le procédé de la revendication 7, comprenant les étapes:
    - fixer un modèle sur le panneau (P) en partant du bas en le centrant au moyen d'un cadre métallique supportant le panneau,
    - disposer la première rangée de carreaux de céramique en les guidant dans lesdits modèles,
    - enlever le modèle de la première rangée,
    - fixer le modèle au-dessus de la dernière rangée de carreaux formée en le centrant au moyen du bord supérieur de la dernière rangée de carreaux,
    - disposer les carreaux en les guidant dans lesdits modèles,
    - enlever les modèles.
