Luft aus einer Umgebung 15 in den Flüssigkeitsraum 4 pumpbar, sodass in dem Flüssigkeitsraum 4 ein Überdruck erzeugbar ist. Durch den Überdruck in dem Flüssigkeitsraum 4 ist die Flüssigkeit 3 über eine Flüssigkeitsleitung 8, die von dem Boden 13 des Flüssigkeitsraums 4 durch den Deckel 11 zu einer Düse 5 führt, zu der Düse 5 führbar, sodass die Flüssigkeit 3 auf das plattenförmige Werkstück 1 sprühbar ist. Der Deckel 11 weist zudem eine permanent geöffnete Gasöffnung 6 auf, durch die zumindest ein Teil des Gases bzw. ein Teil der Luft aus dem Flüssigkeitsraum 4 entweichen kann. Hierdurch sinkt der Überdruck in dem Flüssigkeitsraum 4 unmittelbar nach der Deaktivierung des Druckerzeugers 7, bis das ein Druck in dem Flüssigkeitsraum 4 (im Wesentlichen) einem Atmosphärendruck im Bereich der Umgebung 15 entspricht. Claims (11)

  1. A method for running-through machining of a plate-shaped workpiece (1), comprising at least the following steps:
    a) providing a spray agent container (2) with a liquid (3),
    b) pumping a gas into the spray agent container (2) to generate an overpressure in a liquid space (4) of the spray agent container (2) so that the liquid (3) is sprayed from a nozzle (5) connected to the spray agent container (2),
    c) stopping the pumping of the gas into the spray agent container (2) when the spraying of the liquid is to be stopped, wherein at least during step b) or step c) at least a part of the gas escapes from a gas opening (6) of the spray agent container (2) from the spray agent container (2) so that the overpressure in the liquid space (4) decreases after the spraying of the liquid (3) is stopped in step c).
  2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the overpressure in the liquid space (4) decreases to atmospheric pressure after the spraying of the liquid (3) is stopped in step c).
