Description

The invention relates to a method and a cleaning arrangement for cleaning a boring bar contaminated with pollutants.

In certain cases it is necessary to drill holes in soils contaminated with pollutants. This may be necessary, for example, if foundation piles, in particular bored piles, have to be built on old industrial sites, port areas, abandoned landfills, etc. Such holes can reach depths of 5 m to 30 m or deeper. For this purpose, a boring bar is used, which itself comprises or is provided with a drilling tool at the lower end. The boring bar is arranged so that it can move vertically on a carrier device arranged outside the borehole and is usually driven in a rotating manner. The removed soil material is usually removed from the borehole during drilling. After completion of the drilling, the boring bar is removed from the borehole again, but soil material contaminated with pollutants can adhere to the boring bar.

Depending on the degree of contamination of the soil to be worked, it may be prescribed to clean the boring bar from the contaminated soil material so that no pollutants can get into the environment via the boring bar. It may therefore be necessary to clean a boring bar after every drilling or at least when the work has been completed in a contaminated area.

Pollution can also result from the boring bar being immersed in a loaded drilling or concrete suspension. From the WO 2012/026874 A1 is the result of a so-called flush drilling method, in which drilling cuttings are removed from the borehole by means of a flushing liquid, which can contain bentonite and other additives.

Due to the length of a boring bar of 10 m and more, it is usually necessary to disassemble the boring bar from the carrier device from the vertical working position and to place it in a horizontal cleaning position on the floor. In this horizontal position, the boring bar can be cleaned of adhering soil material, for example with a high-pressure cleaner. The rinsed floor material can be collected and disposed of. Finally, the cleaned boring bar can be reassembled on the mast of the drilling machine.

However, the assembly work of the multi-ton boring bar is time-consuming and labor-intensive. The cleaning of a horizontal boring bar by means of a high-pressure cleaner by one person is also problematic, especially if a tubular boring bar with an inner cavity is to be cleaned. Inner areas of a tubular boring bar are difficult to clean from adhering soil material with a considerable amount of work and time. A corresponding space requirement is also required for the storage of the boring bar.

The invention has for its object to provide a method and a cleaning arrangement for cleaning a boring bar contaminated with pollutant, with which a boring bar can be cleaned particularly efficiently.

The object is achieved on the one hand by a method with the features of claim 1 and on the other hand by a cleaning arrangement with the features of claim 10. Preferred embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

According to the invention, a method is provided for cleaning a boring bar contaminated with pollutants, in which the boring bar is arranged in a vertical position, a rinsing nozzle is attached to an upper side of the boring bar and the boring bar is rinsed off with a cleaning liquid which is supplied via the rinsing nozzle .

A basic idea of the invention can be seen in not cleaning a boring bar in a horizontal position but in a vertical position. Around To achieve boring bars with a length of up to 10 m and more, according to the invention, a flushing nozzle can be attached to an upper side of a substantially vertical boring bar, through which cleaning liquid can be supplied. The cleaning liquid can preferably be water or a water-based fluid. If necessary, surfactants or other additives can be provided which support the detachment of soil material or are suitable for the treatment and in particular neutralization of pollutants.

According to a further aspect of the invention, the boring bar can thus remain in a substantially vertical operating position on the carrier device. The adhering pollutant is rinsed off, for example from the floor, the support or drilling suspension or a setting suspension to form a foundation element, via the rinsing nozzle, which can also be referred to as a rinsing bell. The inside and / or outside of the boring bar can be rinsed off by supplying cleaning liquid through a rinsing device. In this way, adequate decontamination can be carried out with little expenditure of personnel and time.

A preferred embodiment of the invention is that a cleaning hole is provided in the floor and the contaminated boring bar is inserted into the cleaning hole for rinsing off the adhering pollutant. The cleaning hole in the floor can be used to collect the rinsed floor material. The cleaning hole is preferably located in the contaminated area, so that an infiltration of cleaning liquid with pollutants into the already contaminated floor is no longer environmentally harmful. The cleaning hole can have a depth of a few meters to a depth corresponding to the length of the boring bar and beyond. The cleaning hole can preferably be a borehole which is lined with a support tube. In particular, the cleaning hole can be filled with cleaning fluid. The boring bar can be moved vertically along the mast by means of the drilling device and inserted into the cleaning hole. An additional rinsing effect can be created by moving the boring bar vertically up and down. At the lower end of the cleaning hole, a settling area can be provided for receiving the rinsed floor material.

Basically, the cleaning liquid can seep away with the rinsed floor material after rinsing, provided that the cleaning area is in a contaminated area. In particular, when using a cleaning hole, it is advantageous according to a further development of the invention that cleaning liquid, preferably continuously, is removed.

In particular, a further development of the invention consists in that the removed cleaning liquid is fed to a disposal device and / or a reprocessing device. In this way, overall pollution reduction of the environment can be achieved.

According to a further embodiment variant of the method according to the invention, it is advantageous that the rinsing nozzle is conveyed to the top of the boring bar along the mast of a carrier device by means of a lifting rope. The boring bar can thus remain in the mounted position on the mast of the drilling device. In particular, a hook device can be arranged on the flushing nozzle, with which the flushing nozzle can be detachably attached to an upper side of the boring bar. In particular, a corresponding device for hooking the flush nozzle can be attached to the top of the boring bar. The rinsing nozzle is designed with an outlet opening in such a way that the cleaning liquid flows over the boring bar over the largest possible area, so that a good rinsing effect is achieved.

It is particularly advantageous that the cleaning liquid is supplied to an interior of the boring bar. In particular, an interior that is difficult to clean can be reliably rinsed from above in the case of a tubular boring bar.

For the purposes of the invention, a boring bar is generally to be understood as a working or guide bar used in civil engineering in construction machines, and there is no restriction to drilling.

In principle, the boring bar can be a rigid guide bar, which is made in one piece or composed of several bar elements. A particularly advantageous variant of the method according to the invention is that a Kelly bar is provided as the boring bar, which is composed of at least two tubular Kelly bar elements. A Kelly bar is a telescopic one Boring bar, which has an outer kelly rod element and at least one inner kelly rod element. By flushing from above, these Kelly rod elements arranged one inside the other can be cleaned particularly well.

It is particularly expedient that the Kelly rod elements are at least partially telescoped out for cleaning. This creates a larger free or receiving space for receiving the cleaning fluid within the Kelly bar. The Kelly rod elements can preferably also be telescoped as a whole, in which case the telescoped Kelly rod elements are retracted into a cleaning hole.

With regard to a cleaning arrangement, the above-mentioned object is achieved in that a rinsing device is provided with a rinsing nozzle, the rinsing nozzle is attached to an upper side of the boring bar in the case of a vertical boring bar, and cleaning liquid can be supplied through the rinsing device via the rinsing nozzle, through which the boring bar can be rinsed from above is.

The cleaning arrangement according to the invention is designed in particular to carry out the method described above. The advantages described above can thus be achieved accordingly.

In the case of a cleaning arrangement according to the invention, it is provided that a cleaning hole is provided in the floor into which at least some of the boring bar can be inserted, and that the boring bar can be rinsed with cleaning liquid in the cleaning hole. The rinsing effect in the cleaning hole can be further enhanced by moving the boring bar up and down in the cleaning hole filled with cleaning liquid.

Furthermore, according to an embodiment variant of the cleaning arrangement according to the invention, it is advantageous that the rinsing device and / or a discharge device for removing cleaning liquid each have at least one pump. Overall, however, only one flushing device with a pump can also be provided, the cleaning liquid seeping away with the flushed contaminated floor material in the surrounding floor or in the cleaning hole after the flushing if the place of cleaning is in a contaminated area. In principle, the rinsing nozzle for the cleaning arrangement according to the invention can be designed in any manner, preferably with a plurality of outlet openings or adjustable outlet nozzles. According to a further development of the invention, it is particularly advantageous that the flushing nozzle is designed in an arc shape with an outlet and an inlet to which a flushing hose is connected. The flushing hose is preferably connected to the flushing device with the at least one pump. If appropriate, a circulation system, optionally with intermediate storage, for example in a tank or basin, can also be provided for the cleaning liquid, with the cleaned cleaning liquid being used again for a further rinsing process, in particular for pre-rinsing. A final rinsing of the boring bar can then be carried out with a fresh cleaning liquid.

Furthermore, it is particularly expedient that a connecting element for a lifting rope is attached to the rinsing nozzle. Thus, the flushing nozzle can be conveyed up to the top of a boring bar on the mast by means of a hoisting rope, for example by means of an auxiliary winch on the mast of a drilling machine. The lifting rope can also serve as a safety rope as well as for releasing the rinsing nozzle after the rinsing process has been completed.

A cleaning arrangement 10 according to the invention for cleaning a contaminated boring bar 20 on a construction machine 2 is schematically shown in FIG Fig. 1 refer to. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the construction machine 2 is designed as a drilling device. This has a carrier device 3 with a crawler track. On the carrier device 3, a vertically directed mast 4 is attached, on the front of which a drill drive 7, also called a power turret, is movably adjustable by means of a carriage. In the annular drilling drive 7, a boring bar 20 is inserted in a generally known manner and is mounted thereon. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the boring bar 20 is designed as a kelly bar with three kelly bar elements 27a, 27b and 27c arranged telescopically with respect to one another. The boring bar 20 is suspended so that it can move relative to the mast 4 and the boring drive 7 via a main cable 5. During operation, a drilling tool is attached to the underside of the boring bar 20, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is disassembled when cleaning the boring bar 20.

In the cleaning arrangement 10 shown, the construction machine 2 is moved to an intended cleaning hole 12, into which the boring bar 20 is at least partially inserted. For this purpose, the drill drive 7 has assumed its lower position on the mast 4. The Kelly rod elements 27a, 27b and 27c are telescoped out. The cleaning hole 12 can be empty or already filled with a cleaning liquid.

In the illustrated embodiment according to Fig. 1 a flushing device 40 with a pump for supplying a cleaning liquid is provided on the cleaning hole 12. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the flushing device 40 is box-shaped and can thus simultaneously serve as a lifting platform for an operator. In this case, there is a working surface on the flushing device 40 for the operator, approximately at the top of the boring bar 20, around a flushing nozzle 30, which is subsequently used in connection with the Figures 2 and 3 is described to attach to the top of the boring bar 20. For this purpose, an auxiliary or lifting rope 6 can be used, which is provided on the mast 4 of the construction machine 2.

The in Fig. 1 Rinsing nozzle 30, not shown, is in the Figures 2 and 3 shown in more detail. This has a curved tubular body 32 with an outlet 34 and an inlet 33. A flange is provided at the inlet 33 for fastening a feed hose (not shown) for the cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid is passed from the pump of the flushing device 40 via the feed hose to the flushing nozzle 30.

The arc-shaped rinsing nozzle 30 is hooked onto an open top of the tubular boring bar 20, as can be seen in FIG Fig. 3 is shown. For this purpose, the rinsing nozzle 30 has a plate-shaped support 38, with which the rinsing nozzle 30 can be placed on an upper edge of the boring bar 20. The flushing nozzle 30 can be fastened to a holding device (not shown) on the boring bar 20 or the drilling drive 7 via a fastening element 37, so that it has a positional fixation in the flushing mode. For handling the flushing nozzle 30 by means of the lifting cable 6, an eyelet-like connecting element 36 is provided on an upper side of the tubular body 32, into which hook hooks of the lifting cable 6 can be hooked.

At the in Fig. 3 The arrangement variant shown serves the flushing nozzle 30 for flushing an interior 22 of the tubular boring bar 20. By means of a corresponding bell-shaped configuration of the flushing nozzle 30 or by arranging a plurality of flushing nozzles 30 or a plurality of outlet nozzles, in principle an outside 24 of the boring rod 20 can also be flushed from above. Alternatively or additionally, the outside of the boring bar 20 can also be rinsed when the boring bar 20 is pulled upwards from the lifting platform on the rinsing device 40 by an operator using a hose or a corresponding high-pressure cleaner. Cleaning the outside 24 is also readily possible after the interior 22 has been rinsed in a horizontal position of the boring bar 20.

The cleaning arrangement 10 according to the invention and the cleaning method according to the invention can also be used in other construction machines 2 for civil engineering with comparable rod-shaped arrangements, for example in guide rods for trench wall cutters. These guide rods are partially designed for little or no rotary movements and can have a round or angular cross section.
