Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

In ready-mixed concrete vehicles, which have mixing drums, it is necessary after some operating time to clean the mixing drum both inside and on the outside. When the concrete is poured into the truck mixer drums, it is outside and inside in the inlet area, i. in the area of the hopper for contamination or concrete caking. When emptying the truck mixer drum remains of the concrete adhere to the inside and outside of the outlet area due to the viscous concrete mixture. Although the discharge chute is cleaned manually after emptying the truck mixer drum, remaining remains of the concrete adhere.

Concrete compulsory mixers typically include a mixing tank, as well as feed, cement, water and one or more vents. Mixing water is supplied under a pressure between 4 and 6 bar via spray nozzles to the mixing vessel. The spray nozzles are arranged so that they clean the inside surfaces of the mixing container and the stirring tools and at the same time form a water curtain. The water curtain prevents the escape of dust and cement through the inlet opening and vents.

The high pressure cleaning device is at Press between 100 and 150 bar operated. The spray heads of the cleaning device are pivotable within the mixing container by an angle of more than 180 °. For this purpose, the spray heads are accommodated on a pivotably arranged within the mixing container pivot arm.

The concrete compulsory mixers known from DE 31 27 858 A1 and EP 0 698 101 A1 are generally received stationarily in concrete treatment plants. Within the concrete compulsory mixers, the concrete is mixed according to the relevant regulations regarding composition and the addition of additives and then discharged into the mixing drums of ready-mixed concrete vehicles, which generally go under transfer funnels of concrete compulsory mixers and filled there with ready-mixed concrete.

US 5,244,498 relates to a cleaning lance, which is movable in the horizontal direction and with which the interior of a truck mixer drum can be cleaned. An operator handles the lance-shaped cleaning device and manually introduces it into the interior of a truck mixer drum. The operator stands for cleaning the interior of the truck mixer drum on a pedestal.

US 5,695,280 relates to a reprocessing plant for concrete residues. Ready-mixed concrete vehicles, in which mixing drums ready-mixed concrete is transported, are today brought into position for cleaning. To clean the outlet and the inlet area of the truck mixer drum, the operator is below the outlet chute and / or he climbs a vertically mounted ladder, which is located on the ready-mixed concrete vehicle. Occasionally a cleaning platform is available to facilitate this work. The spraying and cleaning of forklift trucks takes place via a hand-operated water lance, which is manually guided by operators to spray off the concrete residue and dirt caking. During this time the operator stands in the water mist, which is loaded with microparticles, which originate from the additives admixed with the concrete. The spraying of protective agents, which are usually used to prevent excessive caking to the outflow and inlet area in the truck mixer drum, also produces a spray that is loaded with microparticles, which inhales the operator.

Since you can only work with a water lance, the cleaning procedure is quite time consuming. In addition, no further work can be carried out in the immediate vicinity, since the discharge area of the rear area of the truck mixer drum is not limited by protective plates. This work is uncomfortable and not user-friendly and represents an unsatisfactory condition.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

Based on the outlined prior art and the disadvantages outlined above, a method and a device for the automatic cleaning of a truck mixer drum, in particular its filling and discharge area, are provided. By the method proposed according to the invention, in particular the filling and the discharge area on the inside and on the outside of dirt or concrete residues can be cleaned. On the one hand, this makes a more appealing visual impression; On the other hand, an ergonomic cleaning of these areas of dirt or concrete residues can be achieved by cleaning the truck mixer drum on the inside and on the outside, in particular of the filling and outlet areas, so that the time periods previously required for cleaning these areas are considerably shortened.

The inventively proposed cleaning method of the inside and outside of the inlet and the outlet region of a truck mixer drum is preferably carried out in cleaning chambers, in which the transport concrete vehicle enters with its rear side. In the cleaning chamber spray heads can be integrated in the rear wall, in the two lateral boundary walls and within the roof of the cleaning chamber. The spray heads are connected via a water supply or with a water pressure via a high-pressure water device, wherein the pressure via the high-pressure device with respect to the roof side, back wall side and side wall side arranged spray / spray heads can be variably controlled.

Furthermore, in a further embodiment, inside the cleaning chamber into which the ready-mixed concrete vehicle enters with its rear side, a stationary frame structure may be provided, to which rigid side arms are fastened. The two frame columns of the rigid frame construction can be connected to one another with a cross member, on which in turn a central arm extending in the direction of the truck mixer drum can be accommodated with spray / spray heads. The ready-mixed concrete vehicle enters the frame structure with the open end of its truck mixer drum, with the arms received on the frame construction pressurized water can be directed both to the inside of the inlet area and the outlet area as well as to the entire outside of the rear area of the truck mixer drum spray nozzle. For particularly stubborn dirt or residual concrete caking can be done on the controllable high pressure targeted strengthening of emerging from the spray / spray heads water jets.

In a further embodiment variant, in the cleaning chamber into which the ready-mixed concrete vehicle enters with a rear side, a frame construction can be accommodated, on which articulated arms movable in the vertical direction are accommodated. The articulated arms are movably mounted on rails in horizontal and vertical direction and are moved by integrated in the frame structure drives. These can be designed as electric drives or pneumatic drives. The articulated arms may have a first Gelenkarmabschnitt and a second Gelenkarmabschnitt. The second Gelenkarmabschnitt is connected by a hinge point with the first Gelenkarmabschnitt and carries a number of spray / spray heads, which can be pivoted in both vertical and horizontal direction. At the controllable articulated arms, on which the pressure of the water jets emerging from the spray / spray heads can be arbitrarily set, pressurized water is supplied. The cleaning chambers surrounding the rear end of the ready-mixed concrete vehicle encapsulate the environment from contamination, e.g. against the mist produced during the purification of dissolved particles containing water; Advantageously, the floors of the cleaning chambers are designed as inlet plates, via which the rinsed concrete or the dirt of a central residual concrete washing plant and / or a collecting basin can be supplied. The cleaning chambers can also be formed adjacent to each other in individual sections. For this purpose, a series of spray / spray heads can be attached to the cleaning chambers, which completely transfers the truck mixer drum of a ready-mixed concrete vehicle, so that the entire exterior of a truck mixer drum of a ready-mixed concrete vehicle can be cleaned with such a modified cleaning chamber.

In a further embodiment, the cleaning device may be associated with an automatable metering device for cleaning in particular the inside and the outside of the truck mixer drum of the ready-mixed concrete vehicle. This automated metering device comprises at least one container and a pump. In the container is a means for pre- and post-treatment of the inside of the inlet or the outlet region of the truck mixer drum assigned. This agent prevents the premature caking of concrete on the insides of the inlet and outlet area of the truck mixer drum.

Advantageously, the automated cleaning method for cleaning in particular the inside and the outside of an inlet or outlet region of a truck mixer drum is coordinated via a controller. Within the controller, the dimensions of the end area of a truck mixer drum of common types of ready-mix concrete vehicles can be stored. In addition, in the control device, for example a PLC control system, the travel paths of the articulated arms can be stored in the vertical direction, in the horizontal direction and the pivoting range of the spray / spray heads pivotable on the articulated arms. In the control of the spray or spray heads also particularly stubborn soiling areas of the inside or outside of the inlet or outlet area of the truck mixer drum can be stored. The controller can be used to optimize water consumption as well as additive quantities. If necessary, the pressure of the local water supply network can be adjusted via the controller or the water pressure available at an intermediate high-pressure device can be regulated.

The illustration according to FIG. 1 shows a ready-mixed concrete vehicle which has been retracted into a rear area in a cleaning chamber, wherein the two boundary walls and spray / spray heads are integrated in the rear wall chamber.

On a ready-mixed concrete vehicle 1 a truck mixer drum 2 is added. The truck mixer drum is filled with fresh concrete, which is usually turned on in a concrete mixer. This is placed in the truck drum 2 via a filling area 3, which is designed as a hopper 5. Below the filling area 3 there is an outlet area 4, which has a discharge funnel 29 and a laterally pivotable and also in its outlet height adjustable discharge chute 6. Inner sides 7 of the inlet funnel 5, the outlet funnel 29 and the outlet chute 6 come into contact with the concrete to be filled; this sticks to the insides 7. The outside 8 of the filling area 3 and the outlet area 4 is badly contaminated on site, just think of concrete vats carried with cranes, from which the fresh concrete splashes on the truck mixer drum when the cap is leaking.

Das eingetragene Spritzwasser verlässt die Reinigungskammer 9.The cleaning method proposed according to the invention is carried out within a cleaning chamber 9 which has a first protective wall 10, a rear wall 11, a chamber roof 12 and a second protective wall 13; further at a cleaning station with boundary walls, ie 1st protective wall 10, rear wall 11 and 2nd protective wall 13. The distribution lines in the cleaning chamber 9 are connected to the local water supply 53; if there is insufficient pressure, the connection of the local water supply 58 to a high-pressure water device 54 and then to the Distributor lines in the cleaning chamber 9. The bottom of the cleaning chamber 9 is formed by inlet plates 18, via which the flushed impurities can be discharged into a basin 19 to a Restbetonauswaschanlage not shown in Figure 1. The rinsed impurities from the individual area 3 are discharged via the outlet chute 6. In the chamber roof 12, the first boundary wall 10 and the second boundary wall 13 of the cleaning chamber 9 integrated Dachsprühköpfe 14 and integrated Seitenwandsprühköpfe 15 are embedded. Both the outer side 8 of the filling area 3 and the outlet area 4 and the inner sides 7 of the filling funnel 5, the outlet funnel 29 and the outlet chute 6 are sprayed with pressurized water jet via water jets 16 emerging from these. The water mist forming in the spray area 17, which may be contaminated by dissolved additives of the additives added to the concrete, essentially remains in the interior of the cleaning chamber 9. The roof spray heads 14 integrated in the chamber roof 12 are preferably arranged such that the inner side 7, in particular of the filling area 3, ie the inlet funnel 5 can be cleaned. The registered spray leaves the cleaning chamber 9.

The water jets 16 emerging from the spray / spray heads 15 integrated into the side walls and from the spray / spray heads of the rear wall 11 and from the spray / spray heads in the roof surface 14 can be regulated via an adjustable control valve 59 with respect to their pressure between freely preselectable pressure levels become. In order for the emerging from the spray / spray heads 14 and 15 water jets 16 can be directed in terms of their pressure targeted at particularly stubborn caking of concrete.

From the illustration according to FIG. 2, a cleaning chamber 9 emerges into which the ready-mixed concrete vehicle 1 has retracted to the rear end of the truck mixer drum 2. In addition to the occupied by the ready-mixed concrete vehicle 1 cleaning chamber 9 can be arranged side by side several cleaning chambers 9, which are separated from each other by individual walls 10 and which are all connected via individual inlet plates 18 with a Restbetonauswaschanlage 43 not shown in Figure 2. The floors of the cleaning chambers 9 are all designed with inlet plates 18, via which the rinsed waste water and the residual concrete dissolved therein can also be passed through the casserole 6 in a catch basin 19 and optionally in a Restbetonauswaschanlage 43.

In contrast to the embodiment of the cleaning chamber shown in Figure 1 with integrated in the side surfaces 10, 13 and 12 spray / spray heads, is in the Cleaning chamber 9 as shown in Figure 2, a stationary frame construction 20 was added. The frame structure 20 comprises two frame columns 21, which are interconnected by a frame cross member 22, 27. At each of the frame columns 21, a rigid articulated arm 24 and 25 is received. In addition, the frame cross member 22, which rests on the upper end of the frame columns 21 on this, a third rigid arm 26. The third rigid arm 26 is oriented so that the spray / spray heads 23 formed in it reach the inside 7 of the hopper 5 and the water jets 16 emerging from these spray / spray heads 23 are able to remove caking and soiling from the inside 7.
