Claims (15)

  1. Kletterschuh (1) umfassend: einen im Wesentlichen sockenähnlichen Oberschuh (2), welcher derart geformt ist, dass er den Fuß des Benutzers vollständig bedeckt; eine hintere Sohle (5), welche aus elastomerem Material hergestellt ist und fest am Boden (4) und am hinteren Teil des Oberschuhs (2) befestigt ist; ein Paar von Schutzeinlagen (11) aus elastomerem Material, welche im Wesentlichen muschelförmig sind und fest an den beiden seitlichen Seiten (10) des Oberschuhs (2) neben der hinteren Sohle (5) befestigt sind; und mindestens ein Spannband (6, 7, 14), welches aus einem elastischen Material hergestellt ist und fest an dem Oberschuh (2) befestigt ist, um den Oberschuh (2) auf dem Fuß des Benutzers festzuziehen;
    wobei die hintere Sohle (5) im Wesentlichen L-förmig ist, sodass sie einen unteren flachen Abschnitt (12), der den talus-calcanealen Abschnitt (4c) des Bodens (4) des Oberschuhs (2) bedeckt, und einen oberen flachen Abschnitt (13) aufweist, der den Fersenabschnitt (9) des Oberschuhs (2) bedeckt;
    wobei jede Schutzeinlage (11) an dem Oberschuh (2) derart befestigt ist, dass er einen ersten seitlichen Rand (11a) neben dem oberen flachen Abschnitt (13) der hinteren Sohle (5) und einen zweiten seitlichen Rand (11b) neben dem unteren flachen Abschnitt (12) der hinteren Sohle (5) aufweist;
    wobei der Kletterschuh (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass mindestens eine der beiden Schutzeinlagen (11) derart geformt ist, dass ihr erster seitlicher Rand (11a) einen entsprechenden und komplementären seitlichen Rand (13a) des oberen flachen Abschnitts (13) der hinteren Sohle (5) überlappt und fest mit diesem verbunden ist.
  2. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste seitliche Rand (11a) der besagten Schutzeinlage (11) den entsprechenden und komplementären seitlichen Rand (13a) des oberen flachen Abschnitts (13) der hinteren Sohle (5) im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge desselben seitlichen Randes (13a) des oberen flachen Aschnitts (13) überlappt.

Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere flache Abschnitt (13) der hinteren Sohle (5) mit einem mittleren Streifen (13b) versehen ist, der eine Dicke aufweist, die größer ist als die der beiden seitlichen Ränder (13a) desselben oberen flachen Abschnitts (13) und/oder größer als die der beiden Schutzeinlagen (11), sodass ein vertikaler Grat oder eine vertikale Rippe gebildet wird, der/die sich im Wesentlichen auf der Mittelebene des Schuhs erstreckt und über die beiden Schutzeinlagen (11), die denselben Grat oder dieselbe Rippe flankieren, vorsteht/vorspringt.
  4. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Streifen (13b) des oberen flachen Abschnitts (13) im Wesentlichen bandartig ist und eine durchschnittliche Breite (I) von mehr als 0,8 Zentimetern aufweist.
  5. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der zweite seitliche Rand (11b) der besagten Schutzeinlage (11) auf den talus-calcanealen Abschnitt (4c) des Bodens (4) des Oberschuhs (2) unterhalb des unteren flachen Abschnitts (12) der besagten hinteren Sohle (5) erstreckt.
  6. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kletterschuh zusätzlich eine vordere Sohle (3) aufweist, welche aus einem elastomeren Material hergestellt ist und fest auf dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) befestigt ist, um den tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitt (4a) des Bodens (4) des Oberschuhs (2) zu bedecken.
  7. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Sohle (3) getrennt, diskret und mit Abstand von der besagten hinteren Sohle (5) angeordnet ist.
  8. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte mindestens eine Spannband (6, 7, 14) ein vorderes Spannband (6) beinhaltet, welches im Wesentlichen U-förmig und fest an der Spitze (8) des Oberschuhs (2) befestigt ist, um den tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitt des Fußes des Benutzers zu umgeben/umfassen.
  9. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Enden (6a) des besagten vorderen Spannbandes (6) an dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2), im Wesentlichen an der Grenze zwischen dem tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitt (4a) und dem plantar-gewölbten Abschnitt (4b) des Bodens (4) miteinander verbunden sind.
  10. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Segment (6b) des vorderen Spannbandes (6) im Wesentlichen haubenförmig ist, sodass es sowohl die Seiten als auch den oberen Teil der Spitze (8) des Oberschuhs (2) bedeckt und schützt.
  11. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte mindestens eine Spannband (6, 7, 14) ein hinteres Spannband (7) beinhaltet, welches im Wesentlichen U-förmig gebogen und am hinteren Teil des Oberschuhs (2) befestigt ist, um den Bereich des Oberschuhs (2) unmittelbar über dem Fersenabschnitt (9) des Oberschuhs (2) zu bedecken und sich dann entlang der beiden seitlichen Seiten (10) des Oberschuhs (2) zu erstrecken.
  12. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das hintere Spannband (7) entlang der beiden seitlichen Seiten (10) des Oberschuhs (2) bis zum vorderen Spannband (6) erstreckt.
  13. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die beiden Enden (7a) des hinteren Spannbandes (7) auf dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) erstrecken, sodass sie zumindest teilweise den plantar-gewölbten Abschnitt (4b) bedecken und vorzugsweise auch mit den beiden Enden (6a) des vorderen Spannbandes (6) zusammenkommen.
  14. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die beiden Enden (7a) des hinteren Spannbandes (7) über die zweiten seitlichen Grenzen (11b) der beiden Schutzeinlagen (11) erstrecken.
  15. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte mindestens eine Spannband (6, 7, 14) ein im Wesentlichen bandähnliches mittleres Spannband (14) beinhaltet, welches im Wesentlichen über seine gesamte Länge fest am Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) befestigt ist und sich etwa von dem Zentrum des tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitts (4a) des Bodens (4) bis etwa zu dem Zentrum des talus-calcanealen Abschnitts (4c) des Bodens (4) erstreckt, während es mehr oder weniger rittlings auf der Mittellinie des Bodens (4) bleibt.
