Claims (15)

  1. Kletterschuh (1) umfassend einen im Wesentlichen sockenförmigen Oberschuh (2), der so geformt ist, dass er den Fuß des Benutzers vollständig bedeckt; eine vordere Sohle (3), die an dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) so befestigt ist, dass sie den tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitt (4a) der Fußsohle bedeckt; und ein vorderes Spannband aus elastischem Material, welches an der Spitze (7) des Oberschuhs (2) befestigt ist und so geformt ist, dass es den Oberschuh (2) in dem Bereich abdeckt, der den tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitt (4a) der Fußsohle umgibt; wobei das vordere Spannband (5) mit einem mittleren Abschnitt (5a), welcher so geformt ist, dass er die Spitze des Oberschuhs (2) in dem Bereich bedeckt, der den tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitt (4a) der Fußsohle umgibt, und mit zwei seitlichen Laschen (5b) versehen ist, welche sich auf dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) erstrecken, während sie zueinander hin konvergieren, um sich an dem Sohlenbogenbereich (4b) miteinander zu verbinden; wobei der besagte mittlere Abschnitt (5a) im Wesentlichen kappenförmig ist, um sowohl die beiden Seiten als auch den oberen Teil der Zehe (7) des Oberschuhs (2) zu bedecken, um auch den oberen Teil der Zehen des Fußes zu schützen.
  2. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Teil (5a) des vorderen Spannbandes (5) so geformt ist, dass er sich auch teilweise über den Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2), unterhalb der vorderen Sohle (3), erstreckt.
  3. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei seitlichen Laschen (5b) des vorderen Spannbandes (5) so dimensioniert sind, dass sie sich an dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2), innerhalb des Sohlengewölbebereichs (4b), überlappen.
  4. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberschuh (2) mit einem länglichen Schlitz (10) versehen ist, welcher sich entlang des Bereichs des Oberschuhs (2) unmittelbar über dem Fußspann bis zu der oberen Öffnung (11) des Oberschuhs (2) erstreckt, und dass der mittlere Abschnitt (5a) des vorderen Spannbandes (5) so dimensioniert ist, dass er das untere Ende dieses länglichen Schlitzes (10) örtlich im Wesentlichen tangiert.
  5. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zusätzlich ein hinteres Spannband (6) aus elastischem Material aufweist, welches an dem hinteren Teil (8) des Oberschuhs (2) befestigt ist und im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist, so dass es den hinteren Teil (8) des Oberschuhs (2) im Bereich unmittelbar über der Ferse des Fußes bedeckt und sich dann entlang der beiden inneren und äußeren seitlichen Seiten (9) des Oberschuhs (5) erstreckt, bis es das vordere Spannband (5) erreicht und mit diesem verbunden ist.
  6. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hintere Spannband (6) entlang der seitlichen Seiten des Oberschuhs (2), nahe der Grenze zwischen dem tarsus-phalangealen Abschnitt (4a) der Fußsohle und dem Sohlengewölbebereich (4b), mit dem vorderen Spannband (5) verbunden ist.
  7. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hintere Spannband (6) so ausgebildet ist, dass es sowohl den mittleren Abschnitt (5a) als auch die zwei seitlichen Laschen (5b) des vorderen Spannbandes (5) erreicht und verbindet.
  8. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Enden (6a) des hinteren Spannbandes (6) so geformt/strukturiert sind, dass sie sich an dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) entlang des Sohlengewölbebereichs (4b) erstrecken, um den Sohlengewölbebereich (4b) zu bedecken.
  9. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei seitlichen Laschen (5b) des vorderen Spannbandes (5) die zwei Enden (6a) des hinteren Spannbandes (6) an dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) in dem Sohlengewölbebereich (4b) überlappen und verbinden.
  10. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Enden (6a) des hinteren Spannbandes (6) so dimensioniert sind, dass sie im Wesentlichen den gesamten Sohlengewölbebereich (4b) bedecken.
  11. Kletterschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auch eine hintere Sohle (13) aufweist, welche an dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) in dem talus-calcaneus Abschnitt (4c) der Fußsohle befestigt ist, um den talus-calcaneus Abschnitt (4c) der Fußsohle zumindest teilweise zu bedecken, und welche von der vorderen Sohle (3) getrennt und beabstandet ist.
  12. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Sohle (13) so geformt ist, dass sie sich auch innerhalb des Sohlengewölbebereichs (4b) fortsetzt, so dass sie sich an den zwei Enden (6a) des hinteren Spannbandes (6) überlappt.
  13. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die hintere Sohle (13) auch entlang des hinteren Teils (8) des Oberschuhs (2) erstreckt, um den Rücken des Calcaneus des Fußes zu bedecken und zu schützen.
  14. Kletterschuh nach Anspruch 11, 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Sohle (13) eine im Wesentlichen bandförmige Struktur aufweist und ausgebildet ist, ausschließlich das mittlere Band des talus-calcaneus Abschnitts (4c) der Fußsohle zu bedecken.

Kletterschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er auch ein im Wesentlichen bandförmiges, mediales Spannband (16) aufweist, welches aus elastischem Material oder nicht dehnbarem Material hergestellt ist und an dem Boden (4) des Oberschuhs (2) so befestigt ist, dass es sich im Wesentlichen entlang der Mittellinie (L) der Fußsohle von dem Bereich des Oberschuhs (2) unter der vorderen Sohle (3) bis zu dem Bereich des Oberschuhs (2) unter der hinteren Sohle (13) in einer bogenförmigen Trajektorie erstreckt.
