Claims (18)

  1. Charnière démontable comprenant :
    - un ensemble fixe (2), destiné à être associé à un cadre et comprenant une broche (4) définissant un axe de rotation de la charnière ; et
    - un ensemble mobile (6), destiné à être associé à une porte et étant monté de manière rotative sur ledit ensemble fixe (2) selon ledit axe de rotation de la charnière ; ledit ensemble mobile (6) comprenant :
    - une partie d'accrochage (8), destinée à être fixée à une porte,
    - un premier actionneur, qui peut être actionné par un utilisateur et est situé sur un premier côté de la charnière, dans laquelle ledit premier actionneur est adapté pour être placé sur un premier côté de la porte,
    - un coulisseau (12), qui est ajusté à la partie d'accrochage (8) de manière coulissante ;
    dans laquelle ledit ensemble mobile (6) est configuré pour prendre au moins :
    - une configuration d'articulation, dans laquelle le coulisseau (12) et la partie d'accrochage (8) entourent la broche (4) en créant un siège pour la broche (4), dans laquelle l'ensemble mobile (6) peut tourner uniquement autour de ladite broche (4) ;
    - une configuration d'ouverture complète, dans laquelle le coulisseau (12) est totalement en retrait par rapport à la broche (4) et la broche (4) peut être complètement libérée, dans laquelle l'ensemble mobile (6) peut être retiré de l'ensemble fixe (2) ;
    dans laquelle le premier actionneur est conçu pour déplacer le coulisseau (12), en éloignant ainsi l'ensemble mobile (6) de la configuration d'articulation ;
    caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble mobile (6) comprend un second actionneur, qui peut être actionné par un utilisateur, est situé sur un second côté de la charnière, et est configuré pour déplacer le coulisseau (12), en éloignant ainsi l'ensemble mobile (6) de la configuration d'articulation ;
    dans laquelle le second actionneur est adapté pour être placé sur un second côté de la porte, et dans laquelle les premier et second actionneurs sont agencés sur deux côtés opposés de la charnière ;
    la charnière étant configurée de telle sorte que, lorsque la charnière est appliquée sur la porte, l'utilisateur peut ouvrir la porte à partir des deux côtés, dans laquelle le premier côté de la porte est un côté extérieur d'un compartiment, et le second côté de la porte est un côté intérieur du compartiment.
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le premier actionneur comprend un premier élément rotatif (10), qui est contraint de manière rotative à la partie d'accrochage (8) ; le premier élément rotatif (10), en tournant, est configuré pour déplacer le coulisseau (12), en éloignant ainsi l'ensemble mobile (6) de la configuration d'articulation.
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le second actionneur comprend un second élément rotatif (14), qui est contraint de manière rotative à la partie d'accrochage (8) ; le second élément rotatif (14), en tournant, est configuré pour déplacer le coulisseau (12), en éloignant ainsi l'ensemble mobile (6) de la configuration d'articulation.
  4. Charnière selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans laquelle :
    ledit ensemble mobile (6) est configuré pour prendre également une configuration d'ouverture partielle, dans laquelle ladite broche (4) est maintenu par le coulisseau (12) et l'ensemble mobile (6) peut se déplacer transversalement par rapport à la broche (4) le long d'une course limitée ;
    le premier élément rotatif (10), en tournant, est configuré pour déplacer le coulisseau (12), en couvrant ainsi le décalage de la configuration d'articulation à la configuration d'ouverture partielle ;
    le second actionneur est configuré pour déplacer le coulisseau (12), en couvrant ainsi le décalage de la configuration d'articulation à au moins la configuration d'ouverture partielle.
  5. Charnière selon les revendications 3 et 4, dans laquelle la rotation du second élément rotatif (14) provoque le décalage de la configuration d'articulation à la configuration d'ouverture complète.
  6. Charnière selon la revendication 3 ou 4 ou 5, lorsqu'elles dépendent de la revendication 3, dans laquelle le premier élément rotatif (10) et le second élément rotatif (14) peuvent tourner indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  7. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, lorsqu'elles dépendent de la revendication 3, dans laquelle les éléments rotatifs (10, 14) sont configurés pour tourner sur des axes de rotation respectifs, qui sont transversaux au plan sur lequel le coulisseau (12) est destiné à se déplacer.
  8. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, lorsqu'elles dépendent de la revendication 3, dans laquelle le premier élément rotatif (10) et le second élément rotatif (14) comprennent une première came (16) et une seconde came (18), respectivement ; dans laquelle les cames (16, 18) sont capables d'agir à l'encontre du coulisseau (12).
  9. Charnière selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle les excentricités des cames (16, 18) sont différentes.
  10. Charnière selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la première came (16) a une excentricité plus petite que la seconde came (18).
  11. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 10, lorsqu'elles dépendent de la revendication 3, dans laquelle les éléments rotatifs (10, 14) sont configurés pour tourner sur des axes de rotation respectifs, qui sont transversaux au plan sur lequel l'axe de rotation de la charnière se situe.
  12. Charnière selon la revendication 4 lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 2, dans laquelle le second actionneur comprend une partie de maintien (50), qui est fixe par rapport au coulisseau (12) et peut être saisie par un utilisateur pour déplacer le coulisseau (12).
  13. Charnière selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le second actionneur comprend un levier (54), qui est ajusté à la partie d'accrochage (8) avec une liberté de rotation et est configuré pour déplacer le coulisseau (12).
  14. Charnière selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle les éléments rotatifs (10, 14), en tournant, sont configurés pour déplacer le coulisseau (12), en déplaçant ainsi l'ensemble mobile (6) par rapport à la configuration d'ouverture complète.
  15. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant des moyens de rappel (34), qui agissent sur le coulisseau (12) de manière à déplacer l'ensemble mobile (6) par rapport à la configuration d'articulation.
  16. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la broche (4) a une section circulaire, et le siège pour la broche (4) est défini par un premier évidement semi-circulaire (35) sur la partie d'accrochage (8) et par un second évidement semi-circulaire (37) sur le coulisseau (12).
  17. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les premier et second actionneurs sont situés sur deux côtés opposés de la partie d'accrochage (8).
  18. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le second actionneur peut être actionné manuellement par un utilisateur.
