Description

The invention relates to a lock for a leaf, in particular a sliding leaf, of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, and a corresponding system with at least one movable leaf, in particular a sliding leaf, which has such a lock.

The secure locking of sliding doors on a main closing edge is difficult because movements in the sliding direction, lifting movements and movements in the passage direction should be reliably prevented at the same time. Simple hook bolts can be easily lifted out. This can be prevented by counter-rotating bolt combinations, which include two opposing bolts. Counter-rotating bolts known from the prior art, however, have to be assembled in a complex manner and require a relatively large installation space.

From the EP 1 832 698 A1 For example, a lock for a wing, with a lock case, which is closed on one side by a faceplate, and a locking arrangement arranged in the lock case is known, which has a counter-rotating bolt combination with a hook-shaped first lock bolt and a hook-shaped second lock bolt, which are mutually pivotable are and are movable through an opening in the faceplate between an enclosed open position and a locked position excluded from the lock case, in which the lock bolts each engage in a recess in a locking plate. When actuated accordingly, an actuating element transfers the oppositely rotating lock bolts from the enclosed open position into the excluded locking position or from the excluded locking position in the enclosed open position. In addition, a bolt lock blocks the pivoting movement of the lock bolt in the locked locking position and enables the pivoting movement in the locked open position.

The DE 40 241 C describes a lock with a lock case and a locking arrangement arranged therein. The locking arrangement has a first and a second lock bolt, as well as a locking slide on which a bolt lock is provided. A rotatable actuating element, which is mounted in a bolt and via which the locking slide is moved, is provided within the locking arrangement.

The U.S. 1,660,325 A describes a lock with a lock case and a locking arrangement arranged therein. The locking arrangement has a first and a second lock bolt which enclose a bolt which is partially located in grooves provided in the lock bolt and which is part of a rotatably mounted actuating element.

The invention is based on the object of specifying a lock for a leaf, in particular a sliding leaf, and a corresponding system with such a lock, which enables a compact and easy-to-install lock.

This object is achieved by the features of the lock for a leaf, in particular a sliding leaf, according to claim 1 and by the features of the system with at least one movable leaf, in particular a sliding leaf, according to claim 12.

Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention are specified in the remaining claims.

In order to specify a lock for a leaf, in particular a sliding leaf, which enables a compact and easy-to-assemble lock, the lock for a leaf comprises a slidably mounted locking slide in which the actuating element and the bolt lock are combined. The gate valve is displaceable between a release position in an enclosed open position and a blocking position in an excluded locking position, the locking slide locking the lock bolt in the blocking position. Furthermore, the lock comprises a lock case, which is closed on one side by a faceplate, and a locking arrangement arranged in the lock case, which has a counter-rotating bolt combination with a hook-shaped first bolt and a hook-shaped second bolt, which are mutually pivotable and through an opening in the faceplate between the enclosed open position and the locked position excluded from the lock case are movable, in which the lock bolts each engage in a recess in a locking plate. When actuated accordingly, the actuating element transfers the opposing lock bolts from the locked open position into the locked locked position or from the locked locked position into the locked open position, and the bolt lock blocks the pivoting movement of the lock bolts in the locked locking position and releases the pivoting movement in the locked open position.

Zudem wird eine Anlage vorgeschlagen, welche mindestens einen Flügel und ein erfindungsgemäßesIn addition, a system is proposed which has at least one wing and an inventive

Schloss aufweist. Has lock. The system can be designed, for example, as a door system with at least one door leaf or as a window system with at least one window leaf.

The combination of the actuating element and the bolt lock in a locking slide enables a particularly compact design of the locking arrangement with a small number of parts, which can be easily installed in the lock and obtained inexpensively. The locking of the two hook-shaped lock bolts via the locking slide in the locked position enables simple and robust blocking of the pivoting movement of the lock bolts in the locked locking position.

In an advantageous embodiment of the lock, the lock bolts can be arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another and each form a locking nose at a first end area which, in the locked state, engage behind an edge of the recess in the locking plate. Here, the locking lugs of the lock bolts pivotable in opposite directions can face one another in the locked state. The distance between the pivot axes of the two lock bolts is preferably selected such that, in the locked state, there is only a small gap between the locking lugs of the lock bolts.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the lock, the lock bolts, which can be pivoted in opposite directions, can each have a stable bolt with an axial bore at a second end area, which bolt is rotatably mounted in the lock case. In addition, the oppositely pivotable lock bolts can each have a first guide contour between the first end area and the second end area, which each interact with a second guide contour formed on the locking slide and form a form fit. The stable design of the bolt results in a particularly robust and compact component which, in combination with the form-fitting connections between the lock bolts and the locking slide, offers great security against break-ins and manipulation. As a result, it is advantageously possible to group them into high security classes. Due to the axial bore in the bolt, the ease of assembly of the lock bolts can be improved, since they can be pre-positioned in an assembly device.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the lock, the second guide contours of the locking slide can each have a driver which engages the respective first guide contour of the associated lock bolt and can cause a forced movement of the associated lock bolt when the locking slide changes from the locking position to the release position. In this way, an unintentional hooking of the lock bolt in the lock plate can advantageously be prevented and the functional reliability of the lock can be further improved. In addition, at least one holding magnet can be arranged on one end face of the locking slide, which magnet can hold the lock bolt in the locked open position in the release position of the locking slide. This advantageously prevents the lock bolts from protruding beyond the faceplate in the enclosed open position, so that the functional reliability of the lock can be further improved.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the lock, the lock bolts can rest against the locking slide, which has been extended into its locking position, in the locked state. According to the invention, the locking slide protrudes from the lock case in its locked position and engages in the recess in the locking plate. This increases the blocking effect against movements in the direction of passage.

According to the invention, the actuating element comprises an inclined guide slot and an actuating bolt which is guided in the guide slot and can be acted upon by an actuating means. Here, the inclined guide slot can convert a movement of the actuating bolt caused by the actuating means, which runs perpendicular to the sliding direction of the locking slide, into the sliding movement of the locking slide. Furthermore, an angled stop bay can be formed at each of the two ends of the guide slot. Here, the actuating bolt rests in the release position of the locking slide in a first stop bay and in the locking position of the locking slide in a second stop bay. As a result, the actuating bolt prevents further sliding movement of the locking slide in the respective stop position. The actuating means acting on the actuating bolt can for example comprise a handle or a profile cylinder or a motor drive.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the lock, the lock bolts can each be designed as cast parts. This enables a particularly inexpensive production of the lock bolt as mass parts.

In an advantageous embodiment of the system, the lock can be arranged on a first wing, for example, and the locking plate can be arranged on a second wing or on a frame.
