Claims (10)
- Ein Garnbruchsensor für textile Vorrichtungen, der Folgendes umfasst:- einen Körper (20),- einen Stab (24), der ausgebildet ist, um das Garn (Y) mit einem Abschnitt (24a) davon zu halten, und mit dem Körper (20) gelenkig um eine Achse (A) verbunden ist, um sich nach einem Garnbruch aus einer ersten Position in eine zweite Position zu drehen,- Erfassungsmittel, die ein erstes Erfassungselement (30), das integral mit dem Stab (24) ist, und ein zweites Erfassungselement (32) umfassen, welches integral mit dem Körper (20) und im Wesentlichen entlang der Trajektorie des ersten Erfassungselements (30) angeordnet ist, um ihm zugewandt zu sein, wenn der Stab (24) sich in der zweiten Position befindet, und ein entsprechendes Bruchsignal zu erzeugen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder das erste Erfassungselement (30) oder das zweite Erfassungselement (32) in einer Position getragen wird, welche durch verstellbare Tragemittel (36) im Wesentlichen entlang der Trajektorie des ersten Erfassungselements (30) verstellt werden kann. - Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verstellbaren Tragemittel (36) einen Schieber (36) umfassen, der zwischen einer Position geringer Empfindlichkeit, in welcher der Stab (24) den ersten Winkel (α) durchfahren muss, um das erste Erfassungselement (30) vor dem zweiten Erfassungselement (32) zu positionieren, und einer Position hoher Empfindlichkeit gleiten kann, in welcher der Stab (24) einen zweiten Winkel (β) durchfahren muss, der kleiner ist als der erste Winkel, um das erste Erfassungselement (30) vor dem zweiten Erfassungselement (32) zu positionieren.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Winkel zwischen 70° und 80° beträgt und der zweite Winkel zwischen 35° und 45° beträgt.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (36) das zweite Erfassungselement (32) integral trägt und im Verhältnis zu dem Körper (20) verschiebbar montiert ist.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine garnführende Eintrittsbuchse (22) und eine garnführende Austrittsbuchse (23) umfasst, die miteinander koaxial und mit dem Körper (20) integral sind, wobei der Schieber (36) in der Lage ist, in eine gerade Richtung zu gleiten, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der garnführenden Buchsen ist.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die garnführenden Buchsen (22, 23) einen Pfad bestimmen, der im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Achse (A) ist.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder das erste Erfassungselement oder das zweite Erfassungselement ein Hall-Magnetfeldsensor (32) ist und das andere Erfassungselement ein Magnet (30) ist.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Erfassungselement (30) ein Magnet ist.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (24) an einem intermediären Punkt gelenkig mit dem Körper (20) verbunden ist, mit einem ersten Ende (24a) das Garn (Y) greift und an einem zweiten, gegenüberliegenden Ende (24b) das erste Erfassungselement (30) integral trägt.
- Der Garnbruchsensor gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (24) von elastischen Mitteln (26) gegen das Garn gedrückt wird.
