Definitions
- This invention relates to the assembly of a sanitary article, such as a toilet, bidet, urinal or sink, on a typically vertical wall.
- Heavier sanitary objects such as toilets, bidets, urinals or wash basins are usually installed with rods protruding from the mounting wall, which regularly have an external thread.
- rods protruding from the mounting wall which regularly have an external thread.
- two such external threaded rods fastened in the wall at a standardized horizontal distance from one another are used for fastening a toilet in a hanging manner.
- openings in the back of the toilet are pushed onto the rod ends, after which the toilet can be fastened by screwing on nuts. The same procedure is followed for other sanitary items.
- the invention has for its object to provide an improved assembly device for a sanitary ware.
- a mounting device for a sanitary article for mounting on a rod protruding from a wall comprising: a form-locking element for producing a form-fitting that fixes the sanitary object by applying the form-fitting element to the rod, a wedge-type clamping mechanism for bracing the sanitary object against the Positive locking and thus pressing the sanitary object against the wall.
- a wedge clamping mechanism is combined with a sanitary object which first fixes the sanitary object before the wedge clamping mechanism is actuated Positive locking element.
- the wedge clamping mechanism is used to clamp against the fixation achieved by the positive locking element, with which the sanitary object can be pressed against the wall. This pressing does not necessarily have to take place on the (building) wall itself.
- the interlocking element is placed on the rod to produce the interlocking, with only one rod being mentioned here for the sake of general interest, although two rods are usually used.
- the invention is not dependent on this, but can be implemented with one or even a number of rods, the elements discussed here being generally provided individually for each rod.
- the wedge clamping mechanism in turn, can be actuated in a wide variety of ways and generates sufficiently large forces in accordance with the incline of a wedge surface, without a nut on a thread necessarily having to be rotated on the rod itself.
- the wedge mechanism z. B. can be operated by a rod from the outside, so that a tool for generating the rotary movement can be attached to an opposite end of the operating rod and thus significantly removed from the actual wedge clamping mechanism.
- the tool can be attached to the underside of a toilet or to the side (right and left).
- additional technical equipment especially shower toilets
- covers housings for such technical facilities or other, with which the actuating ends of the operating rods can be covered.
- the positive connection does not necessarily have to be made with the rod itself, but it can e.g. B. also another element (preferably before applying the sanitary object or form-fitting element) to the rod on the wall.
- another element preferably before applying the sanitary object or form-fitting element
- an element that forms an undercut could be screwed onto the typical threaded rods.
- the form-fit element itself produces a form-fit with the rod.
- the external thread of the rod is of course an option.
- the invention is also directed to other rods on the wall which, instead of the external thread or additionally, offer elements for producing a positive connection, in particular thickenings which offer an undercut.
- the form-locking element is preferably attached to the mounting device and can be movably guided, in particular displaceably guided or tilted.
- the mobility should have a direction angled to the main direction of the rod, in particular perpendicular to it, in the vicinity of the production of the positive connection.
- the form closure is created or released by the mobility.
- the interlocking element can have a corrugated surface which engages with the threads of an external thread of a rod by being brought into engagement with it by means of the displacement or tilting movement.
- the tilting axis and the direction of displacement can be selected such that the form-locking element ratchets out of place when pushed onto the external threaded rod. If the slide-on movement is ended, the form-locking element is engaged, preferably supported by a spring force.
- a spring force For illustration purposes, reference is made to the first exemplary embodiment.
- the wedge tensioning mechanism is preferably also used to secure the positive connection, ie not only for tensioning.
- a part of the wedge clamping mechanism or a part moved by it can block the positive locking element with regard to its movement and thus prevent movement out of the positive locking when the wedge clamping mechanism has been tensioned or in any case moved a little in this direction. In this way, for the final assembly, a securing that goes beyond the provisional fixation can be achieved in addition to the fixed pressure resulting from tensioning.
- the interlocking can be secured by the wedge clamping mechanism pressing or an element moved by it against the rod, approximately from the opposite side relative to the side from which the interlocking element has produced the interlocking.
- the form-locking element is firmly connected to the assembly device and, via this, also firmly to the sanitary object and contains a corrugated surface, for example an upper segment of an internal thread, which can be placed on the external thread of the rod.
- a corrugated surface for example an upper segment of an internal thread, which can be placed on the external thread of the rod.
- the sanitary object must be pushed onto the rod (or rods) in a slightly higher position than the installation position and then set down.
- the form fit already exists and this can be secured, for example, by pressing a securing element against the rod from below, for example by means of the wedge clamping mechanism.
- This securing element preferably in turn has a corrugated surface for producing a positive connection, in any case it ensures that the positive locking element can no longer be lifted off.
- the securing element in turn can be a (second) positive locking element with spring force support, the spring force then serving to release the positive locking and can be overcome by actuating the wedge clamping mechanism.
- the securing element can be tilted in the same way as previously described for the positive locking element, the spring force support also being able to act in the opposite direction, that is to say in the direction of a release. Then the securing element z. B. can be pressed directly or indirectly by actuation of the wedge clamping mechanism against the spring force and can automatically cause a release by loosening the wedge clamping mechanism.
- this also applies to mobility other than the described tiltability.
- a further embodiment provides that the positive connection can be produced by merely moving the sanitary object as a whole, that is to say without the user directly actuating another element.
- a movement within the assembly device or the assembly device relative to the sanitary object as a result of its movement is therefore not excluded, for example in the form of the ratcheting movement of a form-locking element.
- the provisional fixation of the sanitary object can be made particularly easily.
- the wedge clamping mechanism can also have various preferred configurations.
- the wedge clamping mechanism is characterized in that at least one wedge body provides a wedge surface that runs obliquely to the main direction of the rod and a movement of the wedge body or a movement of another wedge body relative to the wedge body along this wedge surface, the slope of which generates a force component in the main direction.
- the wedge body provides an opening in which the rod is accommodated after the form-locking element has been applied to the rod.
- the wedge clamping mechanism and the rod can be combined in a compact manner and in terms of the force distribution.
- the interlocking element is preferably also arranged in the or one of the openings of the wedge body in the state of the interlocking, which likewise results in a compact and inexpensive solution in terms of force distribution and construction.
- a wedge clamping mechanism with two wedge bodies, each with a wedge surface, is preferred, the wedge surfaces applying the desired force in contact with one another and relative movement to one another.
- at least one wedge body must be movable and preferably only one of the two wedge bodies is actually movable.
- an immovable wedge body it is simply meant that this does not participate in the actual original and tensioning movement transverse to the direction of the rod (for fastening).
- the wedge surfaces naturally result in a movement in the direction of the rod itself, namely the bracing, and both wedge bodies generally have a share in this, in particular also in the sense of elastic deformation.
- the two wedge bodies can be held by a housing or a clip, the housing or the clip being used for attachment to the rest of the assembly device or to an element of the sanitary article.
- the movement is preferably perpendicular to the main direction of the rod, the direction of movement being adapted to the inclination of the wedge surface (s).
- An actuating rod can be used for movement.
- This can be an axially fixed but rotatable rod with a threaded engagement in a wedge body or an element fastened therein or thereon.
- the confirmation rod serves for the local displacement of a starting point, for example for a tool intervention or the hand of an operator.
- the thread engagement can of course also take place outside the wedge body, so that the actuating rod moves in a rotating manner relative to the movable wedge body, but not axially.
- the wedge clamping mechanism can serve to secure the positive connection described.
- a movable securing element can be moved or blocked by the wedge clamping mechanism or a movable form-locking element can be blocked by the wedge clamping mechanism.
- the movable wedge body can take along or actuate such a movable form shot element or securing element, as the exemplary embodiments show.
- the wedge clamping mechanism in particular the movable wedge body, to first run through a certain movement distance during which the securing is carried out (for example the positive locking element is blocked or the securing element is moved / blocked) before the actual tension then arises.
- the wedge clamping mechanism is then designed to first perform a movement perpendicular to the direction of the rod (which is used for fastening in the wall) before the oblique movement occurs.
- a further surface can be provided on the wedge bodies, in each case along the wedge surface, along which the wedge bodies are supported or guide one another during this vertical movement.
- Figure 1 shows as a first embodiment the left half in the direction of view of the figure of a mounting device according to the invention for a toilet.
- a wall on the toilet to be assembled can be imagined to the right behind the assembly device and the toilet to the left.
- Figure 4 referred.
- the mounting frame 1 contains a cuboid receptacle 3, which in Figure 3 is best seen and which has a rear wall 20 with a central round opening to the rear right.
- Figure 3 In the cuboid receptacle 3 is in in the assembled state Figure 2 easily recognizable wedge clamping mechanism 4 installed, the right rear surface of which is pressed against the mentioned rear wall 20 of the receptacle 3. This is done in the Figures 3 and 4 drawn bracket 5 z.
- B made of bent sheet metal, which has an upper and two lower mounting holes on Figure 3 visible recordings of the frame 1 is screwed. Short legs 6 of the side walls of the bracket 5 support the wedge tensioning mechanism 4 and prevent the wedge tensioning mechanism 4 from evading to the front during tensioning.
- the wedge clamping mechanism 4 has two wedge bodies 7 and 8 with mutually facing wedge surfaces in an inclined position which can be clearly seen from the figures.
- the wedge body 8 is how it turns out Figure 4 results, movable in the vertical direction and the wedge body 7 can by this movement in the horizontal main direction one in Figure 3 visible external threaded rod 9 are moved.
- the wedge body 7 and 8 can, for. B. made of die-cast zinc.
- the rod 9 In the assembled state, the rod 9 not only penetrates the aforementioned round opening in the rear wall 20, but also respective openings 10 and 11 in the wedge bodies 7 and 8. In the assembled state, it is in positive engagement with a rocker-like form-locking element 12 which is tiltable one through the wedge body 7 and in the Figures 1 to 3 indicated axis of rotation is mounted.
- the form-locking element 12 On its upward-facing surface, the form-locking element 12 has a corrugated surface 13, which corresponds approximately to a third segment of an internal thread, the corrugation of which is correspondingly inclined to the external thread of the rod 9 and is in engagement therewith.
- the interlocking element could of course also be arranged in an analogous manner next to or above the rod 9, or there could also be a plurality of interlocking elements 12.
- the corrugation could also be provided on the opposite surface (of the wedge body 7) instead of on the form-fitting element 12.
- the element 12 would not serve as a form-fit element but rather as a form-fit securing, cf. the following second embodiment.
- the securing takes place initially by the spring force and also by the blocking of the element 12, which will be described further below.
- the wedge bodies 7 and 8 are further held in corresponding grooves on the opposite wedge surface of the wedge body 7 by means of T-shaped guide elements attached to the wedge surface 8 of the wedge body 8 pointing to the left.
- FIG. 4 shows a confirmation rod 14, which according to Figure 4 penetrates the wedge body 8 vertically and is in a thread engagement therewith in a manner not shown.
- This actuating rod 14 is also rotatably but axially fixed in an insert 16 by means of a groove 15 provided in its lower region, since it fits into a corresponding receptacle of the frame 1 is used.
- a hexagon head of the actuating rod 14 at its lower end remains after insertion of the confirming rod 14 from below into the frame 1 on the frame 1 and can be gripped there. By turning this head, the wedge body 8 can be moved vertically and thus the wedge body 7 horizontally.
- the toilet body can be pre-fixed in this way after two threaded rods 9 (only one drawn) have been fastened in the mounting wall in a manner known per se and known to the person skilled in the art.
- these rods 9 have a slot for a screwdriver at their outer end ( Figures 3 and 4 ).
- the entire toilet is now pushed onto the correspondingly horizontally outwardly projecting rods 9 so that the threaded rods 9 pass through the round opening in the rear wall 4 of the frame 1 and the two openings 10 and 11 in the wedge clamping mechanism.
- the already described positive locking element 12 is arranged in the opening 10, whereby it is biased by a spring (not shown), that the positive locking element 12 is pressed upwards.
- the respective rod 9 displaces the form-locking element 12 downwards in a ratchet-like manner. This happens at about the same time on both sides, because of course the on both sides are in Figure 3 for the elements shown on the left.
- the wedge body 8 If the wedge body 8 is now moved vertically downward with the actuating rod 14, the wedge body 7 is pushed horizontally outwards relative to it and therefore tries to pull the threaded rod 9 out of the wall because the form-locking element 12 is supported on it via the axis of rotation. Accordingly, the toilet body 2 is pressed against the wall in response. In this form, bracing and secure attachment can take place.
- FIG. 5 to 7 is a second very similar embodiment outlined, namely in Figure 5 in a perspective view of two wedge bodies 27 and 28 and one in the wedge body 27 in a manner similar to that of the form-locking element 12 from the first exemplary embodiment, which is mounted such that it can be tilted.
- Figures 6 and 7 you can see a section through these elements with a section plane analog Figure 4 , but swapped right-left and with additionally indicated rod 29 for attachment to the wall and confirmation rod 34 for tensioning.
- the wedge body 27 in the upper region of the passage for the rod 29 is equipped with a corrugated form-fitting surface 30 for a form-fitting connection with the external thread of the rod 29, so that the wedge body 27 itself serves here as a form-fitting element.
- the tiltably mounted securing element 32 does not serve here as a form-fit element in the sense of producing a form-fit for the first fixation of the toilet when it is attached to the rod 29 Figure 6 spring force symbolically designated by F acts in the opposite direction to the first embodiment.
- the toilet can therefore be lifted onto the rod 29 in such a way that the form-fitting surfaces 30 are first lifted over the external thread of the rods 29 and then placed on them and remain on them due to the gravity of the toilet.
- the toilet cannot be horizontal Pulled towards the front, but would first have to be lifted with a force compensating for its gravity, is therefore pre-fixed.
- the purpose of the second exemplary embodiment is that here the securing element 32 can automatically move down again because of the spring force F after releasing the tension by actuating the actuating rod 34, that is to say into FIG Figure 6 shown position, whereupon the toilet can be lifted off the rods 29 and removed. There is therefore no need for the connection between the ceramic toilet body 2 and the frame 1 that can be released in the assembled state in the first exemplary embodiment.
- a mounting device according to the second exemplary embodiment can be attached directly to a (ceramic) toilet body, for example using a clip or a housing similar to the clip 5 from the first exemplary embodiment.
- additional devices in the first exemplary embodiment in order to be able to bring the form-locking element 12 out of the form-fit with the rod 9 in the assembled state of the toilet and after releasing the tension of the wedge bodies 7 and 8.
- Figure 8 shows accordingly Figure 6 in a somewhat simplified sectional view, the third embodiment. It largely corresponds to the second exemplary embodiment, so that the explanation can be kept brief. However, there are the following deviations:
- the wedge body 37 shown on the right and the wedge body 38 shown on the left are guided relative to one another as with the guide groove 45 in the wedge body 38 and the guide pins 46 guided therein, which are firmly connected to the wedge body 37 or are parts thereof .
- the guide groove 45 has a stepped shape consisting of sections which run partially perpendicular to the direction of the rod 39 and obliquely thereto, specifically for the two guide pins 46.
- the mutually facing surfaces of the wedge bodies 37 and 38 do not only consist of the respective wedge surface, here designated 47 and 48, but also from surfaces 49 and 50 running perpendicular to the direction of the rod 39.
- the rod 39 can as in the situation according to Figure 6 are introduced, that is to say the toilet is put on, the form-fitting element surface 40 producing the form-fitting.
- the guide pins 46 first move in the sections of the guide groove 45 which run perpendicularly (to the direction of the rod) and the corresponding perpendicular portions of the wedge body surfaces facing one another, that is to say 49 and 50.
- the oblique wedge surfaces 47 and 48 themselves only reduce their distance, but are not yet in contact with one another.
- the oblique wedge surface 48 of the movable wedge body 38 moves a section of the securing element 42 facing it (cf.
- Variants of the first exemplary embodiment are of course also shown in FIGS Figures 1 to 4 conceivable, in which the form-fitting is first secured by blocking the form-fitting element 12 with the surface 13 by a corresponding design of the wedge body and only then the bracing or a substantial part of the bracing takes place.
Description
This invention relates to the assembly of a sanitary article, such as a toilet, bidet, urinal or sink, on a typically vertical wall.
Heavier sanitary objects such as toilets, bidets, urinals or wash basins are usually installed with rods protruding from the mounting wall, which regularly have an external thread. E.g. Usually two such external threaded rods fastened in the wall at a standardized horizontal distance from one another are used for fastening a toilet in a hanging manner. For this purpose, openings in the back of the toilet are pushed onto the rod ends, after which the toilet can be fastened by screwing on nuts. The same procedure is followed for other sanitary items.
The fitting and tightening of the nuts requires sufficient access; in particular, the nuts must be turned with a tool that has the freedom to move accordingly.
The invention has for its object to provide an improved assembly device for a sanitary ware.
This object is achieved by a mounting device for a sanitary article for mounting on a rod protruding from a wall, the mounting device comprising: a form-locking element for producing a form-fitting that fixes the sanitary object by applying the form-fitting element to the rod, a wedge-type clamping mechanism for bracing the sanitary object against the Positive locking and thus pressing the sanitary object against the wall.
According to the invention, a wedge clamping mechanism is combined with a sanitary object which first fixes the sanitary object before the wedge clamping mechanism is actuated Positive locking element. The wedge clamping mechanism is used to clamp against the fixation achieved by the positive locking element, with which the sanitary object can be pressed against the wall. This pressing does not necessarily have to take place on the (building) wall itself. B. insulation mats or other devices interposed; it is more about the direction of pressing and securing the assembly, which was initially only provisionally implemented by the form-locking element.
The interlocking element is placed on the rod to produce the interlocking, with only one rod being mentioned here for the sake of general interest, although two rods are usually used. However, the invention is not dependent on this, but can be implemented with one or even a number of rods, the elements discussed here being generally provided individually for each rod.
Wenn also z. Due to the positive locking, there is a fixation in the sense of securing against simple removal of the sanitary object in the horizontal direction from the rod. So if e.g. B. a toilet is fixed accordingly by the positive locking element after it has been applied to the rod, then the fitter can no longer remove the toilet by applying a horizontal force.
The wedge clamping mechanism, in turn, can be actuated in a wide variety of ways and generates sufficiently large forces in accordance with the incline of a wedge surface, without a nut on a thread necessarily having to be rotated on the rod itself. Instead, the wedge mechanism z. B. can be operated by a rod from the outside, so that a tool for generating the rotary movement can be attached to an opposite end of the operating rod and thus significantly removed from the actual wedge clamping mechanism. E.g. the tool can be attached to the underside of a toilet or to the side (right and left). For toilets containing additional technical equipment (especially shower toilets) there is also a possibility of actuation from above. Then there are often covers, housings for such technical facilities or other, with which the actuating ends of the operating rods can be covered.
The positive connection does not necessarily have to be made with the rod itself, but it can e.g. B. also another element (preferably before applying the sanitary object or form-fitting element) to the rod on the wall. E.g. an element that forms an undercut could be screwed onto the typical threaded rods.
However, it is preferred that the form-fit element itself produces a form-fit with the rod. In the case of the usual external thread rods, the external thread of the rod is of course an option. In principle, however, the invention is also directed to other rods on the wall which, instead of the external thread or additionally, offer elements for producing a positive connection, in particular thickenings which offer an undercut.
The form-locking element is preferably attached to the mounting device and can be movably guided, in particular displaceably guided or tilted. In any case, the mobility should have a direction angled to the main direction of the rod, in particular perpendicular to it, in the vicinity of the production of the positive connection. The form closure is created or released by the mobility. E.g. The interlocking element can have a corrugated surface which engages with the threads of an external thread of a rod by being brought into engagement with it by means of the displacement or tilting movement. In particular, the tilting axis and the direction of displacement can be selected such that the form-locking element ratchets out of place when pushed onto the external threaded rod. If the slide-on movement is ended, the form-locking element is engaged, preferably supported by a spring force. For illustration purposes, reference is made to the first exemplary embodiment.
Furthermore, the wedge tensioning mechanism is preferably also used to secure the positive connection, ie not only for tensioning. A part of the wedge clamping mechanism or a part moved by it can block the positive locking element with regard to its movement and thus prevent movement out of the positive locking when the wedge clamping mechanism has been tensioned or in any case moved a little in this direction. In this way, for the final assembly, a securing that goes beyond the provisional fixation can be achieved in addition to the fixed pressure resulting from tensioning.
Alternatively, the interlocking can be secured by the wedge clamping mechanism pressing or an element moved by it against the rod, approximately from the opposite side relative to the side from which the interlocking element has produced the interlocking.
In one possible embodiment, the form-locking element is firmly connected to the assembly device and, via this, also firmly to the sanitary object and contains a corrugated surface, for example an upper segment of an internal thread, which can be placed on the external thread of the rod. To do this, the sanitary object must be pushed onto the rod (or rods) in a slightly higher position than the installation position and then set down. As a result, the form fit already exists and this can be secured, for example, by pressing a securing element against the rod from below, for example by means of the wedge clamping mechanism. This securing element preferably in turn has a corrugated surface for producing a positive connection, in any case it ensures that the positive locking element can no longer be lifted off. For illustration purposes, reference is made to the second and third exemplary embodiments.
Incidentally, the securing element in turn can be a (second) positive locking element with spring force support, the spring force then serving to release the positive locking and can be overcome by actuating the wedge clamping mechanism. The securing element can be tilted in the same way as previously described for the positive locking element, the spring force support also being able to act in the opposite direction, that is to say in the direction of a release. Then the securing element z. B. can be pressed directly or indirectly by actuation of the wedge clamping mechanism against the spring force and can automatically cause a release by loosening the wedge clamping mechanism. Of course, this also applies to mobility other than the described tiltability.
A further embodiment provides that the positive connection can be produced by merely moving the sanitary object as a whole, that is to say without the user directly actuating another element. A movement within the assembly device or the assembly device relative to the sanitary object as a result of its movement is therefore not excluded, for example in the form of the ratcheting movement of a form-locking element. In this form, the provisional fixation of the sanitary object can be made particularly easily.
According to the invention, the wedge clamping mechanism can also have various preferred configurations. The wedge clamping mechanism is characterized in that at least one wedge body provides a wedge surface that runs obliquely to the main direction of the rod and a movement of the wedge body or a movement of another wedge body relative to the wedge body along this wedge surface, the slope of which generates a force component in the main direction.
According to one embodiment, the wedge body provides an opening in which the rod is accommodated after the form-locking element has been applied to the rod. In the case of two wedge bodies, this preferably applies to both, like the exemplary embodiments demonstrate. In this design, the wedge clamping mechanism and the rod can be combined in a compact manner and in terms of the force distribution.
In any case, the interlocking element is preferably also arranged in the or one of the openings of the wedge body in the state of the interlocking, which likewise results in a compact and inexpensive solution in terms of force distribution and construction.
As already indicated, a wedge clamping mechanism with two wedge bodies, each with a wedge surface, is preferred, the wedge surfaces applying the desired force in contact with one another and relative movement to one another. For this purpose, at least one wedge body must be movable and preferably only one of the two wedge bodies is actually movable. To clarify: With an immovable wedge body it is simply meant that this does not participate in the actual original and tensioning movement transverse to the direction of the rod (for fastening). However, the wedge surfaces naturally result in a movement in the direction of the rod itself, namely the bracing, and both wedge bodies generally have a share in this, in particular also in the sense of elastic deformation.
The two wedge bodies can be held by a housing or a clip, the housing or the clip being used for attachment to the rest of the assembly device or to an element of the sanitary article.
The movement is preferably perpendicular to the main direction of the rod, the direction of movement being adapted to the inclination of the wedge surface (s).
An actuating rod can be used for movement. This can be an axially fixed but rotatable rod with a threaded engagement in a wedge body or an element fastened therein or thereon. As mentioned at the beginning, the confirmation rod serves for the local displacement of a starting point, for example for a tool intervention or the hand of an operator. The thread engagement can of course also take place outside the wedge body, so that the actuating rod moves in a rotating manner relative to the movable wedge body, but not axially.
It has already been mentioned that the wedge clamping mechanism can serve to secure the positive connection described. In particular, a movable securing element can be moved or blocked by the wedge clamping mechanism or a movable form-locking element can be blocked by the wedge clamping mechanism. For this purpose, for example, the movable wedge body can take along or actuate such a movable form shot element or securing element, as the exemplary embodiments show.
In this context, it may also be desirable to have already achieved the securing when the wedge tensioning mechanism carries out its tensioning task or at least completes it. It may be desirable to have a safety device in place before any significant forces are applied. For this purpose, it may be desirable for the wedge clamping mechanism, in particular the movable wedge body, to first run through a certain movement distance during which the securing is carried out (for example the positive locking element is blocked or the securing element is moved / blocked) before the actual tension then arises. The wedge clamping mechanism is then designed to first perform a movement perpendicular to the direction of the rod (which is used for fastening in the wall) before the oblique movement occurs. In particular, for this purpose a further surface can be provided on the wedge bodies, in each case along the wedge surface, along which the wedge bodies are supported or guide one another during this vertical movement. Reference is made to the third embodiment.
