Claims (15)

  1. Brottüte aus kombinierten Schichten, die eine Zelluloseschicht und eine Überzugschicht zum Festlegen der Feuchtigkeitsdurchlässigkeit aufweisen, wobei die Zelluloseschicht auf einer ersten Seite eine geschlossenere Struktur als auf einer entgegengesetzten zweiten Seite hat, und wobei die Überzugschicht auf der ersten Seite der Zelluloseschicht gelegen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Überzugschicht auf einer Innenseite der Brottüte gelegen ist,
    - eine Maskierungsschicht zwischen der Zelluloseschicht und der Überzugschicht vorhanden ist, wobei die Maskierungsschicht mit einem vorgegebenen Muster versehen ist, wobei die Überzugschicht außerhalb des Musters eine Grenzoberfläche mit der Zelluloseschicht hat.
  2. Brottüte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Muster der Maskierungsschicht ein sich wiederholender Aufbau ist und sich wiederholende Elemente aufweist, wobei das sich wiederholende Element vorzugsweise eine Linie ist.
  3. Brottüte nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 2, wobei die Maskierungsschicht auf der ersten Seite 10 - 75% der Zelluloseschicht bedeckt.
  4. Brottüte nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 3, wobei die Maskierungsschicht ein Bindematerial aufweist, wobei das Bindematerial die Zelluloseschicht vorzugsweise lokal imprägniert.
  5. Brottüte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bindematerial wenigstens ein Material aufweist, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die aus Polyvinylacetat, Acrylat-(Co-)Polymeren, Polyamid, Polyurethan besteht, und/oder wobei das Bindematerial ein Ligninharz aufweist.
  6. Brottüte nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 5, wobei die Überzugschicht ein Pflanzenöl aufweist und/oder wobei die Überzugschicht ein Gewicht von 1 - 5 g/m2 hat.
  7. Brottüte nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 6, wobei die Zelluloseschicht auf ihrer ersten Seite eine Unterschicht aufwiest, die das Papier auf der ersten Seite geschlossener macht.
  8. Brottüte nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Unterschicht neben Zellulose ein Füllmaterial oder ein faseriges Material aufweist, und/oder wobei diese Unterschicht neben Zellulose Kalziumkarbonat aufweist, woraus sich eine Kalziumkarbonatschicht ergibt.
  9. Brottüte nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 8, wobei die Zelluloseschicht eine Mischung aus langen Fasern und kurzen Zellulosefasern mit wenigstens 40% langen Fasern aufweist, und/oder wobei die Zelluloseschicht ungebleichte Fasern aufweist, und/oder wobei die Zelluloseschicht ein Gewicht von maximal 70 g/m2 hat.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Brottüte aus kombinierten Schichten, das aufweist:
    - Bereitstellen einer Zelluloseschicht mit einer ersten Seite und einer zweiten Seite, wobei die Zelluloseschicht auf der ersten Seite eine geschlossenere Struktur als auf der zweiten Seite hat;
    - Aufbringen einer Maskierungsschicht auf der ersten Seite gemäß einem vorgegebenen Muster;
    - Aufbringen einer Überzugschicht über der Maskierungsschicht in einer Weise, dass die Überzugschicht eine Grenzoberfläche mit der Zelluloseschicht hat;
    - Ausbilden von Brottüten aus den kombinierten Schichten.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Maskierungsschicht als eine wässrige Zusammensetzung aufgebracht wird, während die Überzugschicht eine ölige Verbindung aufweist.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Überzugschicht ein Pflanzenöl aufweist.
  13. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 10 - 12, wobei die Maskierungsschicht in einem sich wiederholenden Aufbau mittels Flexodruck aufgebracht wird.
  14. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 10 - 13, wobei auf der zweiten Seite der Zelluloseschicht, vorzugsweise, bevor die Maskierungsschicht aufgebracht wird, ein Aufdruck angeordnet wird.
  15. Papier aus kombinierten Schichten, die eine Zelluloseschicht und eine Überzugschicht zum Festlegen der Feuchtigkeitsdurchlässigkeit aufweisen, wobei die Zellulose auf einer ersten Seite eine geschlossenere Struktur als auf einer entgegengesetzten zweiten Seite hat, und wobei die Überzugschicht auf der ersten Seite der Zelluloseschicht gelegen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Zelluloseschicht und der Überzugschicht eine Maskierungsschicht vorhanden ist, wobei diese Maskierungsschicht mit einem vorgegebenen Muster versehen ist, wobei die Überzugschicht außerhalb des Musters eine Grenzoberfläche mit der Zelluloseschicht hat.
