Claims (13)
- Geschirrspüler (1), umfassend:- einen Spülbehälter (2) zum Aufnehmen von zu spülendem Geschirr (3),- eine Sprühvorrichtung (5, 6, 7) zum Sprühen einer Spülflüssigkeit auf das Geschirr (3) in dem Spülbehälter (2),- einen Reinigungsmittelbehälter (14), welcher einen inneren Raum (15) zum Enthalten eines Reinigungsmittels (16) bildet, eine Abgabeöffnung (17) zum Abgeben des Reinigungsmittels (16) aus dem inneren Raum (15) in Richtung des Spülbehälters (2) und ein Verschlusselement (18) zum Öffnen und Schließen der Abgabeöffnung (17),- eine elektronische Steuervorrichtung (13), welche die Aktivierung der Sprühvorrichtung (5, 6, 7) und eines auf das Verschlusselement (18) wirkenden Abgabeaktuators (20) steuert,wobei:- der innere Raum (15) des Reinigungsmittelbehälters (14) dafür angepasst ist, ein Gesamtvolumen an Reinigungsmittel (16) aufzunehmen, welches für eine Mehrzahl von Spülzyklen ausreicht,- der Geschirrspüler (1) ferner eine Dosiervorrichtung (19) umfasst, welche mit der Abgabeöffnung (17) in Kommunikation ist und welche mittels des Abgabeaktuators (20) aktiviert werden kann, um während eines einzelnen Spülzyklus ein Teilvolumen an Reinigungsmittel zu dosieren und abzugeben, welches für den einzelnen Spülzyklus vorgesehen ist,- die Dosiervorrichtung (19) einen Dosierraum (25) begrenzt, welcher kleiner als der innere Raum (15) des Reinigungsmittelbehälters (14) ist,wobei der Dosierraum (25) mittels des Abgabeaktuators (20) schaltbar ist:- in Kommunikation mit der Abgabeöffnung (17), um den Dosierraum (25) mittels einer dosierten Menge an Reinigungsmittel (16) zu füllen, und- in Kommunikation mit einer Abgabeleitung (22), um die dosierte Menge an Reinigungsmittel (16) in den Spülbehälter (2) freizugeben,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dosierraum (25) mittels des Abgabeaktuators (20) in Kommunikation mit einer Wasserleitung (36) schaltbar ist, um das dosierte Reinigungsmittel (16) vollständig zu leeren und den Dosierraum (25) zu spülen.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Reinigungsmittelbehälter (14) aus dem Geschirrspüler (1) herausgenommen werden kann.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Reinigungsmittelbehälter (14) eine Ladeöffnung (23) zum Ausgießen des Reinigungsmittels (16) in den inneren Raum (15) des Reinigungsmittelbehälters (14) bildet, wobei die Ladeöffnung (23) größer als die Abgabeöffnung (17) ist und mittels einer Abdeckung (24) geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschlusselement (18) ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus:- einem verschiebbaren Verschluss,- einem Schieberventil,- einem Kolben,- einem Drehverschluss,- einer Kugel,- einem Zylinder,- einer Platte,- einem elastisch verformbaren Verschluss,- einer Membran.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschlusselement (18) permanent elastisch in eine geschlossene Position gezwungen wird, um die luftdichte Dichtung der Abgabeöffnung (17) sicherzustellen, wenn der Reinigungsmittelbehälter (14) von dem Geschirrspüler gelöst ist und wenn der Abgabeaktuator (20) deaktiviert ist.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verschlusselement (18) derart geformt und beweglich ist, dass es:- stets den Durchlass von Reinigungsmittel blockiert, wenn das Verschlusselement (18) in irgendeiner Position stationär ist, und- den Durchlass von Reinigungsmittel erlaubt, wenn das Verschlusselement (18) in Bezug auf die Abgabeöffnung (17) bewegt wird.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Dosierraum (25) in einem Dosierbehälter (26) gebildet ist, welcher von dem Verschluss (20) separat ist und permanent in dem Geschirrspüler (1) installiert ist, oder
wobei der Dosierraum (25) direkt in dem Verschlusselement (18) gebildet ist. - Geschirrspüler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Teilvolumen an Reinigungsmittel (16) für den einzelnen Spülzyklus in einer automatischen Weise einstellbar ist.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach Anspruch 8, umfassend ein System zum Detektieren der Menge an Geschirr (3), welches in dem Spülbehälter (2) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Steuervorrichtung (13) das Teilvolumen an Reinigungsmittel (16) für den einzelnen Spülzyklus gemäß der detektieren Menge an Geschirr (3) einstellt.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei das System zum Detektieren der Menge an Geschirr (3) einen Temperatursensor (32) der Spülflüssigkeit umfasst, welcher mit der Steuervorrichtung (13) verbunden ist, wobei die Steuerschaltung (13) einen Temperaturgradienten während des Erwärmens der Spülflüssigkeit berechnet, wobei der Temperaturgradient für die Menge an Geschirr (3) indikativ ist.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, umfassend ein System zum Detektieren der Schmutzintensität des Geschirrs (3), welches in dem Spülbehälter (2) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Steuervorrichtung (13) das Teilvolumen an Spülmittel (16) für den einzelnen Spülzyklus gemäß der detektierten Schmutzintensität einstellt.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach Anspruch 11, wobei das System zum Detektieren der Schmutzintensität einen Trübungssensor (33) der Spülflüssigkeit umfasst, welcher mit der Steuervorrichtung (13) verbunden ist, wobei die detektierte Trübung für den Schmutz des Geschirrs (3) indikativ ist.
- Geschirrspüler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:- eine temperaturisolierende Schicht (29) zwischen dem inneren Raum (15) des Reinigungsmittelbehälters (14) und einem inneren Raum des Spülbehälters (2), und/oder- ein Kühlsystem (30) in einer Wärmeaustauschbeziehung mit dem inneren Raum (15) des Reinigungsmittelbehälters (14), und/oderwobei der Reinigungsmittelbehälter (14) und die Dosiervorrichtung (19) zusätzlich zu einem Behälter und einer Dosiervorrichtung für den Klarspüler (34) vorgesehen sind.
