Claims (10)
- Procédé de commande d'un débit d'une machine de construction, le procédé comprenant de :détecter (S210) une position de rotation d'au moins l'un des dispositifs de travail incluant une flèche (B), un bras (A) et un accessoire (T) de la machine de construction ;déterminer (S220) si le dispositif de travail détecté atteint ou non une position maximale (A1, A2, B1, B2, T1, T2),dans lequel la flèche (B) peut tourner d'une position de descente maximale (B1) à une position de montée maximale (B2), lesquelles positions correspondent à une position maximale de la flèche (B),dans lequel le bras (A) peut tourner d'une position de descente maximale (A1) à une position de montée maximale (A2), lesquelles positions correspondent à une position maximale du bras (A), etdans lequel l'accessoire (T) peut tourner d'une position de descente maximale (T1) à une position de montée maximale (T2), lesquelles positions correspondent à une position maximale de l'accessoire (T) ;couper (S230) un débit fourni au dispositif de travail détecté lorsque le dispositif de travail détecté atteint la position maximale (A1, A2, B1, B2, T1, T2),caractérisé paridentifier (S240) si un mode de réduction de carburant est sélectionné ou non ;réduire (S250), par un contrôleur principal (110), une quantité de décharge d'une pompe correspondant à un débit de coupure lorsque le mode de réduction de carburant est sélectionné ;identifier (S260) si un mode d'amélioration de capacité est sélectionné ou non lorsque le mode de réduction de carburant n'est pas sélectionné ; etfournir (S270), par le contrôleur principal (110), un débit de coupure à au moins l'un des dispositifs de travail qui n'atteint pas la position maximale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la détection de la position de rotation de l'au moins un dispositif de travail comprend la détection d'un angle du dispositif de travail ou la détection d'un déplacement d'un vérin configuré pour entraîner le dispositif de travail.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la coupure du débit comprend la commande d'un tiroir d'une soupape de réduction de pression proportionnelle électronique indépendamment d'une tension de sortie d'un manche à balai électrique configuré pour commander les dispositifs de travail.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre la réduction progressive du débit, qui est fourni au dispositif de travail détecté, avant que le dispositif de travail détecté n'atteigne la position maximale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la machine de construction comprend une excavatrice.
- Système pour commander un débit d'une machine de construction, le système comprenant :une unité de détection (130, 132, 134) configurée pour détecter une position de rotation d'au moins l'un de dispositifs de travail incluant une flèche (B), un bras (A) et un accessoire (T) de la machine de construction ;une unité opérationnelle (140, 142) configurée pour générer des signaux opérationnels pour entraîner les dispositifs de travail ; caractérisé parun contrôleur de soupape de commande principale (150) configuré pour commander une pression hydraulique d'un vérin, qui est configuré pour entraîner le au moins un dispositif de travail en déplaçant un tiroir d'une soupape de réduction de pression proportionnelle électronique conformément aux signaux opérationnels de l'unité opérationnelle (140, 142) ; etun contrôleur principal (110) configuré pour couper un débit fourni à l'un quelconque des dispositifs de travail lorsque ce dispositif de travail atteint une position maximale,dans lequel la flèche (B) peut tourner d'une position de descente maximale (B1) à une position de montée maximale (B2), lesquelles positions correspondent à une position maximale de la flèche (B),dans lequel le bras (A) peut tourner d'une position de descente maximale (A1) à une position de montée maximale (A2), lesquelles positions correspondent à une position maximale du bras (A), etdans lequel l'accessoire (T) peut tourner d'une position de descente maximale (T1) à une position de montée maximale (T2), lesquelles positions correspondent à une position maximale de l'accessoire (T),dans lequel le contrôleur principal (110) est configuré pour réduire une quantité de décharge d'une pompe correspondant à un débit de coupure, etdans lequel le contrôleur principal (110) est configuré pour fournir un débit de coupure à au moins l'un des dispositifs de travail qui n'atteint pas la position maximale.
- Système selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'unité de détection comprend un capteur d'angle (130, 132, 134) configuré pour détecter un angle du dispositif de travail ou un capteur de déplacement (130, 132, 134) configuré pour détecter un déplacement du vérin.
- Système selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le contrôleur principal transmet un signal de commande pour commander le tiroir de la soupape EPPR indépendamment d'une tension de sortie d'un manche à balai électrique (140, 142) configuré pour commander les dispositifs de travail.
- Système selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le contrôleur principal réduit progressivement le débit, qui est fourni au dispositif de travail situé à la position maximale, avant que le dispositif de travail n'atteigne la position maximale.
- Système selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la machine de construction comprend une excavatrice.
