Claims (13)
- Plasmabrenner (1), umfassend zumindest:- eine Kammer (3) zur Erzeugung eines Plasmas, in deren Inneres zumindest ein Kanal (5) zur Einspritzung eines Gases (G) unter Druck mündet,- eine Anode (20) und eine Kathode (30), die sich an der einen und der anderen Seite der Kammer (3) zur Erzeugung des Plasmas befinden und jeweils einen elektrisch leitenden Körper (22; 32) umfassen, der eine leitende äußere Oberfläche (S1; S2) mit einer Ringform aufweist, die in Kommunikation mit der Kammer (3) zur Erzeugung des Plasmas steht, und- eine erste (24) und eine zweite (34) Spule zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfelds, wobei die erste Spule (24) im Inneren des Körpers (22) der Anode (20) vorliegt und die zweite Spule (34) im Inneren des Körpers (32) der Kathode (30) vorliegt, wobei jede der ersten (24) und zweiten (34) Spule eine elektrisch leitende Drahtwicklung (26; 36) umfasst, die um die leitende Oberfläche (S1; S2) des zugehörigen Körpers herum positioniert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der ersten und zweiten Spule im Längsschnitt eine U-Form aufweist.
- Brenner (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder leitende Körper (22; 32) eine innere Oberfläche (S3) in Kommunikation mit einer Öffnung (46b) zur Einleitung eines Kühlfluids (F) aufweist.
- Brenner (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jeder leitende Körper (22; 32) eine torische Form aufweist.
- Brenner (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei jede der ersten (24) und zweiten (34) Spule von einem Spulenträger (28; 38) getragen wird, der eine torische Form aufweist.
- Brenner (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Brenner eine einzige Kathode (30) und eine einzige Anode (20) umfasst.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei jeder leitende Körper (22; 32) aus Kupfer oder aus einer Kupferlegierung besteht.
- Brenner (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Kammer (3) zur Erzeugung des Plasmas durch zumindest ein rohrförmiges Neutrodensegment (13) definiert wird.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Kammer (3) zur Erzeugung des Plasmas durch zumindest ein erstes und zweites rohrförmiges Segment (13) definiert wird, die miteinander lösbar verbunden sind.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Kanal (5) zur Einspritzung des Gases zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Segment (13) definiert ist.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der Brenner ferner eine Ausstoßdüse (80) für das Plasma umfasst, die der Anode (20) und der Kathode (30) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Anordnung zur Erzeugung eines Plasmas, umfassend zumindest:- einen Plasmabrenner (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 und- eine Quelle für ein Gas (G) unter Druck in Kommunikation mit dem Einspritzkanal (5).
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Gas (G) unter Druck ein oxidierendes Gas unter Druck ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Gas (G) unter Druck ein neutrales Gas unter Druck ist.
