In this way, the casing 10 and the cover 45 are moved with respect to the holder 52 without changing the position of the holder 52 in the separating operation.

Accordingly, the pressing force of the pressure member 53A to be applied to the holder 52A in the first direction can further be increased.

Claims (17)

  1. Entwicklungskartusche zur Verwendung mit einer Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung der elektrofotografischen Art, wobei die Kartusche aufweist:
    eine Entwicklungswalze (30);
    ein Gehäuse (10), das dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Entwickler aufzunehmen;
    ein Speichermedium (51), das eine elektrische Kontaktoberfläche (511) aufweist;
    eine Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C), die zusammen mit der elektrischen Kontaktoberfläche (511) in einer ersten Richtung, welche die elektrische Kontaktoberfläche (511) kreuzt, bewegbar ist, wobei die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position relativ zum Gehäuse (10) in der ersten Richtung bewegbar ist; und
    ein Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D), das dafür ausgelegt ist, Druck auf die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) auszuüben, während sich das Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D) in einem Fall, wo sich die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position bewegt, in einer zweiten Richtung bewegt, welche die erste Richtung kreuzt, wobei
    ein Abstand in der ersten Richtung zwischen der elektrischen Kontaktoberfläche (511) und dem Druckausübungselement in einem Fall, wo die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) an der ersten Position positioniert ist, größer ist als ein Abstand in der ersten Richtung zwischen der elektrischen Kontaktoberfläche (511) und dem Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D) in einem Fall, wo die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) in der zweiten Position positioniert ist, gekennzeichnet durch ein Halterungsgehäuse (45; 45A; 45B; 45C; 45D), das dafür ausgelegt ist, die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) zu halten; und
    ein Vorspannelement (54; 54A; 54C; 56D, 57D), das dafür ausgelegt ist, das Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D) vorzuspannen, wobei das Vorspannelement (54; 54A; 54C; 56D, 57D) in der ersten Richtung einen ersten Zustand und einen zweiten Zustand aufweist, wobei das Vorspannelement (54; 54A; 54C; 56D, 57D) ein Ende in der zweiten Richtung aufweist und ein anderes Ende in der zweiten Richtung aufweist, wobei das eine Ende am Halterungsgehäuse (45; 45A; 45B; 45C; 45D) befestigt ist, das andere Ende am Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D) befestigt ist,
    wobei ein Abstand zwischen dem einen Ende und dem anderen Ende im ersten Zustand größer ist als ein Abstand zwischen dem einen Ende und dem anderen Ende im zweiten Zustand,
    wobei die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) in einem Fall, wo das Vorspannelement (54; 54A; 54C; 56D, 57D) den ersten Zustand aufweist, die erste Position einnimmt, und
    wobei die Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) in einem Fall, wo das Vorspannelement (54; 54A; 54C; 56D, 57D) den zweiten Zustand aufweist, die zweite Position einnimmt.
  2. Entwicklungskartusche nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Halterungsgehäuse (45; 45A; 45B; 45C; 45D) eine erste Führungsoberfläche (453; 453A, 456A; 453C) aufweist, die sich in der zweiten Richtung erstreckt und dafür ausgelegt ist, das Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D) zu lenken; wobei die erste Führungsoberfläche (453; 453A, 456A; 453C) in Bezug auf das Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D) entgegengesetzt zur Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) positioniert ist.
  3. Entwicklungskartusche nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53C; 53D) in einem Fall, wo das Vorspannelement den ersten Zustand aufweist, zwischen der Halterung (52; 52A; 52B; 52C) und der ersten Führungsoberfläche (453; 453A, 456A; 453C) eingeklemmt ist.
  4. Entwicklungskartusche nach Anspruch 3, wobei die erste Führungsoberfläche (453A, 456A) eine schräge Führungsoberfläche (456A) aufweist, die in Bezug auf die zweite Richtung geneigt ist, wobei sich die schräge Führungsoberfläche mit zunehmendem Abstand von dem einem Ende des Vorspannelements (54; 54A; 54C; 56D, 57D) in der zweiten Richtung der Halterung (52A) in der ersten Richtung annähert.
  5. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Halterung (52C) eine erste schräge Oberfläche (523C) aufweist, die in Bezug auf die erste Richtung und die zweite Richtung geneigt ist, wobei
    das Druckausübungselement (53C) eine zweite schräge Oberfläche (531C) aufweist, die der ersten geneigten Oberfläche (523C) gegenüberliegt, wobei in einem Fall, wo das Vorspannelement (54C) einen ersten Zustand aufweist, die erste schräge Oberfläche (523C) und die zweite schräge Oberfläche (531C) einander berühren.
  6. Entwicklungskartusche nach Anspruch 5, wobei die erste schräge Oberfläche (523C) in Bezug auf die erste Richtung in einem Bereich von 30 Grad bis 60 Grad geneigt ist.
  7. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei eines von der Halterung (52; 52A; 52B) und dem Druckausübungselement (53; 53 A; 53B; 53D) eine konvexe Oberfläche aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, mit dem anderen von der Halterung (52; 52A; 52B) und dem Druckausübungselement (53; 53A; 53B; 53D) in Kontakt zu stehen.
  8. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Halterungsgehäuse (45) eine zweite Führungsoberfläche (455) aufweist, die sich in der ersten Richtung erstreckt, wobei die Halterung (52) in der ersten Richtung entlang der zweiten Führungsoberfläche (455) bewegbar ist.
  9. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Vorspannelement (54; 54A; 54C) ein elastisches Element ist, das zwischen dem ersten Zustand und dem zweiten Zustand verlängerbar und verkürzbar ist.
  10. Entwicklungskartusche nach Anspruch 9, wobei das elastische Element eine Feder ist, die in der zweiten Richtung zwischen dem einen Ende und dem anderen Ende verlängerbar und verkürzbar ist.
  11. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Vorspannelement (56D, 57D) ein Magnet ist, der dafür ausgelegt ist, eine magnetische Kraft zwischen dem einen Ende und dem anderen Ende zu erzeugen, um das Druckausübungselement vorzuspannen.
  12. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei das Halterungsgehäuse (45) eine Durchgangsbohrung (455) oder einen Ausnehmungsabschnitt aufweist;
    wobei die Halterung (52) eine Erhebung (524) aufweist, die in einer Richtung vorsteht, welche die erste Richtung und die zweite Richtung kreuzt, wobei die Erhebung (524) in die Durchgangsbohrung (455) oder den Ausnehmungsabschnitt eingefügt ist, wobei
    in der ersten Richtung eine Abmessung der Durchgangsbohrung (455) oder des Ausnehmungsabschnitts größer ist als eine Abmessung der Erhebung.
  13. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei eines von der Halterung und dem Druckausübungselement einen Führungsvorsprung (525) aufweist, der zum anderen von der Halterung (52) und dem Druckausübungselement (53) vorsteht, und
    das andere von der Halterung (52) und dem Druckausübungselement (53) eine Führungsnut (532) aufweist, die mit dem Führungsvorsprung (525) in Eingriff steht, wobei der Führungsvorsprung (525) in einem Fall, wo das Vorspannelement (54) zwischen dem ersten Zustand und dem zweiten Zustand wechselt, entlang der Führungsnut (532) bewegbar ist.
  14. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die Halterung (52, 52A, 52B, 52C) in der zweiten Richtung relativ zum Gehäuse (10) bewegbar ist.
  15. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei die Entwicklungskartusche in eine Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung oder eine Einheit (90), die auf lösbare Weise an einer Bilderzeugungsvorrichtung anbringbar ist, eingefügt werden kann, wobei
    die zweite Richtung eine Richtung ist, in der die Entwicklungskartusche eingefügt wird.
  16. Entwicklungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei die Entwicklungswalze (30) um eine erste Achse drehbar ist, die sich in einer dritten Richtung erstreckt, welche die erste Richtung und die zweite Richtung kreuzt, wobei
    die Entwicklungskartusche ferner einen Rührer (20) umfasst, der um eine zweite Achse drehbar ist, die sich in der dritten Richtung erstreckt, wobei
    die zweite Richtung durch Verbinden der ersten Achse mit der zweiten Achse definiert ist.
  17. Entwicklungskartusche nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Magnet aufweist: einen ersten Magneten (57D), der am Halterungsgehäuse (45D) an einer Position fixiert ist, die dem ersten Ende entspricht, und einen zweiten Magneten (56D), der am Druckausübungselement (53D) an einer Position fixiert ist, die dem anderen Ende entspricht, wobei der erste Magnet (57D) und der zweite Magnet (56D) dafür ausgelegt sind, eine magnetische Abstoßungskraft zu erzeugen.
