- WO 02/054826 A1 shows an electrodynamic sound transducer with a chassis, a membrane, a voice coil, a magnet system and a resonator.
- the resonator has a first end with an opening at an ear-side end of the sound transducer and a second end at a side remote from the ear, and a volume between the first and second ends.
- DE 10 2007 005 620 A1 shows a dynamic sound transducer with a chassis, a membrane, a voice coil, a magnet system and a resonator.
- US 5,459,290A shows an electrodynamic sound transducer with a chassis, a membrane, a voice coil and a magnet system.
- an angled alignment of the electrodynamic sound transducer is proposed.
- U.S. 2005/238197 A1 shows an electrodynamic sound transducer with a chassis, a membrane, a voice coil, a magnet system and a resonator.

- the resonator can be designed as an acoustic absorption circuit or as a Helmholtz resonator.
- the first end with the opening of the resonator is in a plane of the membrane.
- the invention relates to the idea of providing an electrodynamic sound transducer with a chassis, a membrane with two beads, a voice coil and a magnet system.
- the membrane does not have a dome, so that a hole is provided in the middle of the membrane.
- a (selective) resonator for example in the form of an acoustic absorption circuit or a Helmholtz resonator, is provided in this area.
- This resonator is dimensioned in such a way that the resonant frequency coincides with the standing wave.
- this resonator is provided at the point where a calotte is usually provided.
- the resonator has an opening on a side facing the ear and a volume located behind it.
- the opening can be provided, for example, in the membrane plane.
- the dynamic sound transducer has a chassis 130, a membrane 110 with two beads 110a, 110b, a voice coil 120 and a magnet system 140.
- the membrane 110 has a hole 150 in the center.

- the membrane system has an outer membrane pad 111 and an inner membrane pad 112 and a passage or hole 150 .
- a first bead 110a is provided between the outer membrane support 111 and the coil seat 122, and a second bead 110b is provided between the coil seat 122 and the inner membrane support 112.
- An electrodynamic sound transducer is thus provided with two beads 110a, 110b, but without a cap.
- the two beads 110a, 110b are attached inside and outside to the chassis 130 of the dynamic converter.
- a coil 120 for driving the Diaphragm 110 is provided on coil seat 122 between outer and inner beads 110a, 110b.
- the membrane 110 is optionally stiff, which can be achieved by a corresponding contour of the membrane 110.
- the membrane 110 can also optionally become softer towards the edge regions, ie the membrane supports 111, 112.
- the dynamic sound transducer has a ring radiator with a vapor-coated foil (Duofol) in order to reduce the resonant frequency.
- a broadband converter can thus be provided, which can be used in open headphones, for example.
- a resonator 200 can be provided with a first end 210 with an opening 211, an opposite second end 230 and a volume 220 therebetween.
- the opening 211 can be made smaller than the hole 150 in the membrane 110 .
- the diameter of the opening 211 can be smaller than the diameter of the hole 150 .
- the membrane 110 of the dynamic sound transducer can be vapour-deposited. Due to the increased circumference of the membrane 110, vibration modes can propagate more poorly. A uniform amplitude and frequency response can thus be obtained.
- the chassis 130 may be circular or annular in shape.
- the chassis 130 may have an inner end 132 and an outer end 131, each of which may be circular in shape.
- the inner end 132 surrounds the hole 150 and receives the inner diaphragm pad 112 .
- Outer end 131 receives outer membrane pad 111 .
- the diaphragm 110 is thus attached to the inner and outer ends 132, 131 of the chassis 130.
- the dynamic sound transducer has a chassis 130, a membrane 110 with two beads 110a, 110b, and a voice coil 120 Magnet system 140 and a hole 150 in the membrane, on which a cap is usually provided.

Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen elektrodynamischen Schallwandler.
-
US 8,731,231 B2 zeigt einen elektrodynamischen Schallwandler.

- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- In
