Claims (13)

  1. Ensemble hydraulique comprenant un raccord d'entrée (14), un ensemble de pompe de recirculation (6; 78), au moins un raccordement de départ de chauffage (22) situé en aval de l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation, et un échangeur thermique pour eau industrielle (12),
    une vanne de mélange (8) étant disposée en amont de l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation, qui est reliée par une sortie (32) à l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation (6; 78), par une première entrée (34) au raccord d'entrée (14) et par une deuxième entrée (36) à un raccord de retour de chauffage (20), et
    une vanne de commutation (10) étant disposée en aval de l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation (6; 78), qui est reliée par une entrée à l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation (6; 78), par une première sortie (44) audit au moins un raccordement de départ de chauffage (22), et par une deuxième sortie (46) à l'échangeur thermique pour eau industrielle (12),
    caractérisé en ce que la vanne de mélange (8) et la vanne de commutation (10) présentent une conception mécanique identique.
  2. Ensemble hydraulique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de mélange (8) comprend un corps de vanne (56) qui est relié à un corps de pompe de l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation (6).
  3. Ensemble hydraulique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de commutation (10) comprend un corps de vanne (58) qui est relié à un corps de pompe de l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation (6).
  4. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de mélange et/ou la vanne de commutation sont intégrées dans un corps de pompe (74) de l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation ou comprennent un corps de vanne qui est formé, par au moins une partie, d'une seule pièce avec au moins une partie du corps de pompe.
  5. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de commutation (10) comprend deux sièges de vanne (62, 64) situés l'un en face de l'autre, entre lesquels un élément de vanne (50) est mobile de façon telle qu'il soit adjacent sélectivement à l'un ou à l'autre siège de vanne (62, 64).
  6. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de mélange (8) comprend deux sièges de vanne (70, 72) situés l'un en face de l'autre, entre lesquels un élément de vanne (40) est mobile de façon telle qu'il soit adjacent sélectivement à l'un ou à l'autre siège de vanne (70, 72) ou soit espacé des deux sièges de vanne (70, 72) d'une mesure variable.
  7. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de vanne (40, 50) est disposé à l'extrémité d'un levier (66) qui s'étend vers l'extérieur par une ouverture dans un corps de vanne (56, 58) et est pivotant, autour d'un axe de pivotement situé près de l'ouverture, au moyen d'un entrainement (38, 48) situé à l'extérieur du corps de vanne (56, 58).
  8. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de commutation (10) et/ou la vanne de mélange (8) comprend, comme entraînement, un moteur pas-à-pas (38, 48; 106).
  9. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un entrainement (48; 106) de la vanne de commutation (10) et/ou un entrainement (38; 106) de la vanne de mélange (8) sont commandés par un dispositif de commande (52) qui est disposé de préférence au moins en partie dans un boîtier électronique (54; 86) de l'ensemble de pompe de recirculation.
  10. Ensemble hydraulique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (52) est formé de façon telle que, lorsque la vanne de commutation (10) est commutée de façon telle que sa deuxième sortie est ouverte, il commande la vanne de mélange (8) de façon telle que sa deuxième entrée (36) soit autant que possible et de préférence complétement fermée.
  11. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vanne de mélange (8) et la vanne de commutation (10) ont chacune un propre moteur d'entrainement (38, 48) et comprennent un amplificateur de commande de moteur commun, en particulier un amplificateur de commande de moteur pas-à-pas, qui est configuré pour la commande alternative du moteur d'entrainement (38) de la vanne de mélange (8) et du moteur d'entrainement (48) de la vanne de commutation (10).
  12. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est configuré comme une station d'appartement pour une installation de chauffage.
  13. Ensemble hydraulique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un corps de vanne (58) de la vanne de commutation ou un corps de pompe ou de vanne (74) est directement attaché à une entrée de l'échangeur thermique pour eau industrielle (12).
