Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vliesbahn-Führungsvorrichtung für die Führung einer in einer Förderrichtung F geförderten Vliesbahn aus Kunststoff-Fasern. Solche Vliesbahnen werden nach der Ablage der Kunststoff-Fasern zur Vliesbahn in der Regel über Führungswalzen und/oder Behandlungswalzen geführt. Bei den Behandlungswalzen kann es sich beispielsweise um Kompaktierwalzen zur Kompaktierung der Vliesbahn oder um Kalanderwalzen zum Kalandrieren der Vliesbahn handeln.The invention relates to a nonwoven web guiding device for guiding a nonwoven web of plastic fibers conveyed in a conveying direction F. Bei der Förderung einer Vliesbahn mit einem Ablagesiebband und/oder mittels Führungswalzen und/oder Behandlungswalzen wird stets eine Luftströmung hervorgerufen, die in Förderrichtung der Vliesbahn gleichsam mitbewegt wird. Diese Luftströmung führt in Bezug auf die Vliesbahnen zu einem schlechten Laufverhalten insbesondere im Bereich der Führungswalzen und/oder Behandlungswalzen, die zwischen dem Ablagesiebband und einer Wickelvorrichtung angeordnet sind. Auch das Laufverhalten am Ablagesiebband und im Bereich der Wickelvorrichtung wird negativ beeinträchtigt. Das schlechte Laufverhalten äußert sich in einem Flattern der Vliesbahn, woraus Abrisse der Vliesbahn oder unerwünschte Falten in der Vliesbahn resultieren können. Diese Störungen versucht man durch höhere Bahnzüge auszugleichen, um die Vliesbahn zu kontrollieren. Diese höheren Bahnzüge bedingen wiederum eine geringere Breite der Vliesbahn auf der Wickelvorrichtung sowie verschlechterte Eigenschaften der Vliesbahn, insbesondere eine geringe Festigkeit bzw. Zugfestigkeit der Vliesbahn quer zur Maschinenrichtung (in CD-Richtung). Es ist fernerhin bereits bekannt, in den Förderweg der Vliesbahn sogenannte Spoilerbleche einzubauen, um Luftströmungen umzuleiten. Eine besonders bewährte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand a 0,1 bis 4 mm und besonders bevorzugt 0,1 bis 3 mm beträgt. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung entspricht die geförderte Vliesbahn einem Laminat aus zumindest einer Spunbond-Vliesbahn und zumindest einer Meltblown-Vliesbahn. Die Figuren zeigen eine erfindungsgemäße Vliesbahn- Führungsvorrichtung zur Führung einer in einer Förderrichtung F geförderten Vliesbahn 1 aus Kunststoff-Fasern. Bei den Kunststoff-Fasern handelt es sich bevorzugt und im Ausführungsbeispiel um Kunststoff-Endlosfilamente, wobei diese Kunststoff-Endlosfilamente zweckmäßigerweise aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff bestehen. Bei der Vliesbahn 1 mag es sich im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren um eine Spunbond-Vliesbahn handeln. Es liegt insbesondere im Rahmen der Erfindung, als Vliesbahn ein Vliesbahn-Laminat einzusetzen, wobei das Laminat dann bevorzugt zumindest eine Spunbond-Vliesbahn und eine Meltblown-Vliesbahn aufweist und besonders bevorzugt ein Laminat mit einer Schichtenfolge Spunbond-Vliesbahn/Meltblown-Vliesbahn/Spunbond-Vliesbahn (SMS) ist. Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass die Vliesbahn 1 eine Bahndicke d kleiner 2 mm aufweist und bevorzugt ein Flächengewicht kleiner 20 g/m2, besonders bevorzugt kleiner 15 g/m2 aufweist. - Die Vliesbahn 1 kommt in Berührungskontakt mit Führungswalzen 2 und/oder Behandlungswalzen 3. Ein Führungswalzenaggregat 4 weist dabei eine Mehrzahl von Führungswalzen 2, vorzugsweise zwei Führungswalzen 2 auf und ein Behandlungsaggregat 5 weist eine Mehrzahl von Behandlungswalzen 3, bevorzugt zwei Behandlungswalzen 3 auf.

- A nonwoven web guiding device for guiding a nonwoven web made of plastic fibers, preferably of plastic continuous filaments, arranged in a conveying direction F, wherein at least one feeding device for the conveyed nonwoven web is present, wherein at least one guide and/or treatment roller (roller) for the nonwoven web or at least one roller aggregate, respectively, of at least two guide and/or treatment rollers (rollers) for the nonwoven web is arranged downstream from the feeding device in the conveying direction of the nonwoven web, wherein at least one stabilization plate extending in the conveying direction F and transversely to the conveying direction F of the nonwoven web is providedupstream or directly upstream of the roller, respectively, or the roller aggregate, respectively, in the conveying direction Fand/or downstream or directly downstream from the roller, respectively, or the roller aggregate, respectively, in the conveying direction F,wherein the at least one stabilization plate is arranged with the proviso that, in the case of a web thickness d of the nonwoven web of less than 2 mm, the distance a between the surface of the stabilization plate facing the nonwoven web and the nonwoven web surface is between 0.1 and 10 mm,wherein the (shortest) distance A1 between the roller-side front end of a stabilization plate arranged upstream of the roller or upstream of the roller aggregate, respectively, in the conveying direction F and the roller or first roller, respectively, connected downstream from the stabilization plate in the conveying direction, is between 0.2 and 100 mm,and/or wherein the (shortest) distance A2 between the roller-side end of a stabilization plate arranged downstream from the roller or downstream from the roller aggregate, respectively, in the conveying direction F and the roller or last roller of the roller aggregate, respectively, connected upstream of the stabilization plate in the conveying direction, is between 0.2 and 100 mm.
- The nonwoven web guiding device according to claim 1, wherein a roller aggregate of at least two guide rollers (rollers) is provided, wherein the two guide rollers are arranged with the proviso that the conveyed nonwoven web is initially guided over an upper guide roller and is subsequently guided on a lower guide roller arranged below the upper roller.
- The nonwoven web guiding device according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the roller aggregate has at least two treatment rollers, wherein the treatment rollers are arranged with the proviso that the conveyed nonwoven web is guided through a treatment gap (treatment nip) between the two treatment rollers.
- The nonwoven web guiding device according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the at least one stabilization plate is embodied as stationary stabilization plate.
- The nonwoven web guiding device according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, in addition to the at least one stabilization plate, at least one stabilization element is embodied as flat deflection element, wherein the deflection element has a deflection tongue arranged at a smaller distance u to the nonwoven web surface, wherein air conveyed along from the nonwoven web by means of the deflection tongue on the nonwoven web surface is deflected or diverted away, respectively, from the nonwoven web surface via the flat deflection element.
