Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a guide arrangement for sliding doors, in particular for furniture, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the EP 1 253 274 discloses a guide rail on which sliding door elements are connected to one another by cables and are therefore movable in opposite directions.
  • the sliding door elements are movable in the vertical direction and held on guide rails on opposite sides.
  • guide devices are not suitable for cabinet furniture with horizontally movable sliding doors, since the cable pull is arranged on the edge side in the plane of the guide roller axes of the sliding door elements within the side walls, with one strand running in front of the guide rollers and the other strand behind the axle ends and thus the strand length of the cable pull larger than the travel path must be designed.
  • the strand located in front of the guide rail is also visible.
  • a sliding door guide arrangement for coupling three doors connected to one another by a control cable.
  • the middle door can be moved at half speed.
  • a control cable is provided for coupling the doors, which is guided over pulleys.
  • the deflection rollers are mounted on brackets, which are fixed on an inner wall of the sliding doors, so that the assembly and alignment of the sliding doors is complex.
  • a guide arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from JPH11166366A.
  • the guide arrangement comprises a guide rail, along which at least two sliding doors can be moved, each sliding door is arranged over at least one guide part, the two sliding doors being coupled via the guide parts with a cable which is held parallel to the guide rail via two deflection rollers arranged on opposite sides, so that the two sliding doors are moved together in opposite directions to one another or from one another .
  • the user can only operate one of the sliding doors, for example via a handle or a handle bar, in order to simultaneously move the other sliding door.
  • a holder is arranged on the guide part, which can be fixed on the guide part and on which at least one fastening means for the cable is provided, which is movably fixed to the holder and is supported on a stop of the holder.
  • the fastening means is fixed to the holder in a self-locking manner, and tensile forces from the cable can be transmitted to the holder at the stop via the fastening means.
  • the fastener can be easily mounted on the holder.
  • the fastening means are pivotally held on the holder, a positive locking being achieved via the stop against pivoting by the force of the cable and an undercut, which can advantageously be non-positively secured in the counter-pivoting direction by additional designs of the connection.
  • the securing in the counter-pivoting direction can be formed, for example, by a bolt or a screw.
  • the holder can have two receptacles for fasteners for the cable, so that two ends of the cable can be fixed to the holder.
  • the holder in the case of two receptacles, can be formed symmetrically to a vertical center plane, so that it can be used for right and left guide parts on a sliding door.
  • a sleeve with a slot can be provided on the fastening means, wherein the cable can be inserted into the sleeve through the slot. Then the fastening means and the holder can be preassembled on the guide part in order to then be subsequently coupled to the cable pull. In addition, a tensioning device for tensioning the cable can then be supported on the sleeve after assembly.
  • the fastening means is preferably designed as a plastic part.
  • the holder preferably consists of a bent metal sheet which is essentially plate-shaped.
  • the cable can be designed to run essentially all the way around, the term "running around” also encompassing the composition of a plurality of sections to form a rotating cable.
  • the two ends of the cable can preferably be fixed to one and the same guide part, for example two sections of the cable can have four ends and two ends can be fixed to a guide part so that the two guide parts are positively guided by the cable.
  • the same fastening means for fixing the ends of the cable can be provided on the same guide part, different fastening means being used on the two guide parts, which simplifies assembly.
  • the sliding doors are each suspended from two guide parts, and the cable is fixed to the guide part facing the adjacent sliding door.
  • the cable can be made comparatively short, since the guide parts are arranged close to one another in the closed position of the sliding doors and only the range of movement of the central guide parts has to be guided to one another or from one another by the cable.
  • a holder for fixing to each guide part, which can be fixed to the guide part, for example, directly form-fitting via exhibited form elements, such as tongues and pins, or receiving form elements, such as perforations and undercuts, with corresponding form-fitting designs on Interacting guide part and / or indirectly via fasteners such as rivets, screws or pins.
  • the sliding doors are preferably held in a lower region via a sliding guide which extends parallel to the guide rail.
  • the lower sliding guide is only exposed to lower forces, since the sliding doors are fixed on the top of the guide parts so that a sliding guide can be used instead of a roller guide.
  • a further holder is provided for fixing the cable pull on a first guide part, on which two end sections of the cable pull are fixed by means of loops, and on a second guide part two end sections of the cable pull are fixed on the fastening means by means of a tensioning device and the holder
  • the tensioning device and the loops are arranged on different levels.
  • cabinet furniture is provided with a corresponding guide arrangement for horizontally displaceable sliding doors.
  • the cabinet furniture can have at least four sliding doors, two middle sliding doors being movable via a guide arrangement according to the invention and the two outer sliding doors being movable independently of one another along the guide rail.
  • the two middle sliding doors can be moved in a first front level and the outer sliding doors in a second rear level, so that the depth of the guide for the sliding doors is small.
  • a front sliding door can then be arranged in front of a rear sliding door, regardless of which of the coupled sliding doors has been moved in the opening direction.
  • the invention can also be used in room dividers instead of in cupboard furniture, in folding sliding doors or in rotating sliding doors.
  • a piece of cupboard furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2, on the front of which sliding doors 3, 4, 5 and 6 are provided, which cover an upper floor 16 of the furniture body 2 on the front.
  • a cover 17 is also mounted on the top floor 16 and has a shorter depth than the top floor 16.
  • outer sliding doors 3 and 6 have been opened slightly so that an interior 7 of the furniture body 2 is partially accessible.
  • the outer sliding doors 3 and 6 can be moved independently of one another and can be moved in one plane behind the middle sliding doors 4 and 5.
  • FIG 4 the cabinet furniture 1 is shown without the cover 17 on the upper floor 16, and it can be seen that the middle sliding doors 4 and 5 are held on middle guide parts 8 and 9, which are designed as running parts, so as to be movable on a guide rail 13.
  • middle guide parts 8 and 9 are designed as running parts, so as to be movable on a guide rail 13.
  • only one guide part 8 or 9 is shown for each sliding door 4 or 5, but at least two guide parts are provided in order to hold the sliding doors 4 or 5 movably on the guide rail 13. Only the adjacent guide parts 8 and 9 are relevant for coupling the movement of the sliding doors 4 and 5 and are therefore described in more detail.
  • a cable 10 is tensioned, which is fixed to the guide parts 8 and 9 and is then guided on opposite sides via deflection rollers 11 and 12 which are arranged in the region of the outer sliding doors 3 and 6.
  • the guide parts 8 and 9 are positively guided via the cable 10.
  • FIG. 5 the guide part 9 fixed to the sliding door 5 is shown, with which the middle sliding door 5 is held on the guide rail 13.
  • the guide part 9 has a roller 27 which is guided in a rear guide track 14 of the guide rail 13.
  • rollers for the guide parts, not shown here, of the outer sliding doors 3 and 6 are held in a movable manner.
  • the rear guideway 14 serves to guide the middle sliding doors 4 and 5.
  • the guide rail 13 has a web 19 projecting forward, which is underneath by an anti-lift device 18 on the guide part 9, so that the guide part 9 prevents the guide part from being lifted and removed 9 is secured by the guide rail 13.
  • the guide rail 13 is fixed with an angular section to an upper floor 16 of the furniture body 2.
  • the sliding doors 3, 4, 5 and 6 cover an end edge of the upper floor 16, so that the guide rail 13 is only visible in the open position.
  • the cover 17 engages over the top of the sliding doors 3, 4, 5 and 6 with a certain gap for the passage of the guide parts 8, 9, which extend over the top of the rear sliding doors 3, 6, so that they move when the front sliding doors 4, 5 do not collide with the rear sliding doors 3, 6.
  • the deflecting roller 12 used to deflect the cable 10 is rotatably mounted on the upper floor 16 on an axis which is oriented transversely to the direction of displacement of the sliding doors and transversely to the upper side of the upper floor 16.
  • the cable 10 is fixed to the guide part 9 via a holder 30.
  • the device for synchronizing the movements of the middle sliding doors 4 and 5 is in Figure 6 shown in a bottom view, the guide rail 13 and the top floor 16 are not shown for better clarity.
  • the cable 10 comprises a first section with a loop 22 which engages around a bolt 21 which is arranged on a holder 20, which is fixed to the guide part 8 by means of screws 25, on the underside of the latter, is then guided around the deflection roller 11 and then is fixed at one end to the holder 30, which is fixed to the guide part 9 by means of screws 25, via a fastening means 31.
