Claims (21)
- Machine permettant de fabriquer des articles pour fumeurs, dont chacun comprend au moins une pièce (3) d'article pour fumeurs obtenue en coupant au moins une tige (2) partiellement creuse se prolongeant le long d'un axe longitudinal (L) ;
la machine comprend au moins un rouleau (10) de transfert et de retenue des tiges (2) et des moyens de coupe (12) servant à couper les tiges (2) et positionnés pour faire face au rouleau (10) de transfert et de retenue ;
la machine étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (17) pour s'opposer aux moyens de coupe (12) et pouvant, lors de l'action de coupe, supporter de l'intérieur de la tige (2) au moins la portion de tige (2) à proximité de la zone (18) d'amorçage de coupe. - Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la tige (2) comprend au moins une feuille interne (2b) enroulée dans une feuille externe (2a), caractérisée en ce que les moyens (17) destinés à s'opposer aux moyens de coupe (12) peuvent supporter au moins une partie de la feuille interne (2b) de la tige (2) à proximité de la zone (18) d'amorçage de coupe de la tige (2).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'opposition (17) sont configurés pour agir à travers les extrémités (8) de la tige (2).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'opposition (17) sont mobiles en se rapprochant et en s'éloignant de la tige (2) pour passer d'une configuration non fonctionnelle à une configuration fonctionnelle et vice versa.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'opposition (17) se déplacent en translation en se rapprochant ou s'éloignant de la tige (2), et vice versa, le long d'une ligne axiale définie par l'axe longitudinal (L) de la tige (2).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'opposition (17) comprennent un premier et un second élément d'opposition (19, 20) situés sur des côtés opposés de la tige (2) ; le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) passent d'une configuration non fonctionnelle à une configuration fonctionnelle, et vice versa, par rapport à une extrémité (8) respective de la tige (2).
- Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) se déplacent en translation le long de la même ligne axiale définie par l'axe longitudinal (L) de la tige (2) dans des directions opposées.
- Machine selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des éléments entre le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) peut convoyer un fluide sous pression, en particulier de l'air, dans la tige (2) à travers l'extrémité (8) respective de manière à maintenir sous tension au moins la portion de tige (2) à proximité de la zone (18) d'amorçage de coupe.
- Machine selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les premier et second éléments d'opposition (19, 20) peuvent convoyer un fluide sous pression, en particulier de l'air, à travers l'extrémité (8) respective de la tige (2).
- Machine selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un des éléments entre le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) peut convoyer un fluide sous pression, en particulier de l'air, dans la tige (2) à travers l'extrémité (8) respective, et l'autre élément d'opposition (19,20) agit comme un bouchon à l'extrémité opposée (8) de la tige (2).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, dans la configuration fonctionnelle, au moins un des éléments entre le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) s'approche d'une extrémité (8) respective de la tige (2) de manière à définir avec celle-ci un écartement (22) à travers lequel le fluide sous pression peut s'écouler.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, dans la configuration fonctionnelle, au moins un des éléments entre le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) se trouve en contact avec une extrémité (8) respective de la tige (2) .
- Machine selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des éléments entre le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) comporte une portion d'extrémité (19a, 20a) respective de matériau déformable de sorte à créer une étanchéité avec l'extrémité (8) respective de la tige (2).
- Machine selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des éléments entre le premier et le second élément d'opposition (19, 20) comporte une portion d'extrémité (19a, 20a) respective de matériau déformable ; au moins une des portions d'extrémité (19a, 20a) comporte un support (21) pour recevoir l'extrémité (8) de la tige (2).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les premier et second éléments d'opposition (19, 20) sont configurés pour être introduits au moins partiellement dans la tige (2) à travers une extrémité (8) respective de la tige (2).
- Machine selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que, dans la configuration fonctionnelle, les premier et second éléments d'opposition (19, 20) sont introduits dans la tige (2) de manière à définir, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L) de la tige (2), une distance axiale (d) réciproque étant à peine plus grande que l'espace occupé par les moyens de coupe (12).
- Machine selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisée en ce que, dans la configuration fonctionnelle, les premier et second éléments d'opposition (19, 20) sont introduits dans la tige (2) de manière à définir un écartement radial (R) respectif avec la portion de tige (2) à proximité de la zone (18) d'amorçage de coupe.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 15 à 17, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'opposition (17) sont mobiles le long d'une ligne radiale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal d'extension (L) de la tige (2) pour passer d'une configuration non fonctionnelle à une configuration fonctionnelle, et vice versa, où les moyens d'opposition (17) sont en contact avec des portions de tige (2) respectives à proximité de la zone (18) d'amorçage de coupe.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 15 à 18, caractérisée en ce que, pour passer d'une configuration non fonctionnelle à une configuration fonctionnelle, et vice versa, les premier et second éléments d'opposition (19, 20) se déplacent en translation le long d'une ligne radiale respective, transversale à l'axe longitudinal d'extension (L) de la tige (2), dans la même direction.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 15 à 19, caractérisée en ce que, pour passer d'une configuration non fonctionnelle à une configuration fonctionnelle, et vice versa, les premier et second éléments d'opposition (19, 20) tournent autour d'un axe de rotation étant excentrique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal d'extension (L) de la tige (2).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 15 à 20, caractérisée en ce que les portions d'extrémité (19a, 20a) des premier et second éléments d'opposition (19, 20) comportent des surfaces respectives étant façonnées pour correspondre solidement aux portions de tige (2) à proximité de la zone (18) d'amorçage de coupe.
