Claims (21)
- Maschine zur Herstellung von Rauchartikeln, von denen ein jeder mindestens ein Stück (3) Rauchartikel umfasst, erhalten durch Schneiden eines mindestens teilweise hohlen Stabs (2), sich erstreckend entlang einer Längsachse (L),
wobei die Maschine mindestens eine Transfer- und Haltewalze (10) für die Stäbe (2) und Schneidmittel (12) zum Schneiden der Stäbe (2) umfasst, positioniert, um der Transfer- und Haltewalze (10) zugewandt zu sein,
wobei die Maschine dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie Mittel (17) umfasst, um den Schneidmitteln (12) entgegenzuwirken, die in der Lage sind, mindestens einen Stababschnitt (2) in der Nähe der Zone des Schnittbeginns (18) während des Schneidens von der Innenseite des Stabs (2) aus zu stützen. - Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stab (2) mindestens ein innenseitiges Blatt (2b) umfasst, das in ein außenseitiges Blatt (2a) eingewickelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (17), die den Schneidmitteln (12) entgegenwirken, in der Lage sind, mindestens einen Teil des innenseitigen Blatts (2b) des Stabs (2) in der Nähe der Zone des Schnittbeginns (18) des Stabs (2) zu stützen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entgegenwirkenden Mittel (17) ausgelegt sind, um durch die Enden (8) des Stabs (2) zu wirken.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entgegenwirkenden Mittel (17) hinführend zum Stab (2) und davon wegführend bewegbar sind, um von einer Nichtbetriebskonfiguration in eine Betriebskonfiguration und umgekehrt zu wechseln.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die entgegenwirkenden Mittel (17) translatorisch hinführend zum und wegführend vom Stab (2) und umgekehrt entlang einer axialen Linie bewegen, die durch die Längsachse (L) des Stabs (2) definiert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entgegenwirkenden Mittel (17) ein erstes und ein zweites entgegenwirkendes Element (19, 20) umfassen, befindlich an entgegengesetzten Seiten des Stabs (2), wobei das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) von einer Nichtbetriebskonfiguration in eine Betriebskonfiguration und umgekehrt relativ zu einem jeweiligen Ende (8) des Stabs (2) wechseln.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) translatorisch entlang derselben axialen Linie, definiert durch die Längsachse (L) des Stabs (2), in entgegengesetzte Richtungen bewegen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens entweder das erste und/oder das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) in der Lage ist/sind, ein mit Druck beaufschlagtes Medium, insbesondere Luft, durch das jeweilige Ende (8) in den Stab (2) zu fördern, sodass mindestens der Stababschnitt (2) in der Nähe der Zone des Schnittbeginns (18) unter Spannung gehalten wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) in der Lage sind, ein mit Druck beaufschlagtes Medium, insbesondere Luft, durch das jeweilige Ende (8) des Stabs (2) zu fördern.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder das erste oder das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) in der Lage ist, ein mit Druck beaufschlagtes Medium, insbesondere Luft, durch das jeweilige Ende (8) in den Stab (2) zu fördern, und dass das andere entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) als Stopfen am entgegengesetzten Ende (8) des Stabs (2) wirkt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens entweder das erste und/oder das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) sich in der Betriebskonfiguration einem jeweiligen Ende (8) des Stabs (2) nähert, sodass dazwischen ein Spalt (22) definiert wird, durch den das mit Druck beaufschlagte Medium strömen kann.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens entweder das erste und/oder das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) in der Betriebskonfiguration mit einem jeweiligen Ende (8) des Stabs (2) in Kontakt ist/sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens entweder das erste und/oder das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) einen jeweiligen Endabschnitt (19a, 20a) aus verformbarem Material aufweist/aufweisen, sodass eine Abdichtung mit dem jeweiligen Ende (8) des Stabs (2) geschaffen wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens entweder das erste und/oder das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) einen jeweiligen Endabschnitt (19a, 20a) aus verformbarem Material aufweist/aufweisen, wobei mindestens einer der Endabschnitte (19a, 20a) einen Stutzen (21) zur Aufnahme des Endes (8) des Stabs (2) aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) ausgelegt sind, um durch ein jeweiliges Ende (8) des Stabs (2) mindestens teilweise in den Stab (2) eingeführt zu werden.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) in der Betriebskonfiguration in den Stab (2) eingeführt werden, sodass relativ zur Längsachse (L) des Stabs (2) ein axialer Abstand (d) voneinander definiert wird, der knapp breiter ist als der von den Schneidmitteln (12) eingenommene Bereich.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) in der Betriebskonfiguration in den Stab (2) eingeführt werden, sodass ein jeweiliger radialer Spalt (R) mit dem Stababschnitt (2) in der Nähe der Zone des Schnittbeginns (18) definiert wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entgegenwirkenden Mittel (17) entlang einer radialen Linie relativ zur Längsausdehnungsachse (L) des Stabs (2) bewegbar sind, um von einer Nichtbetriebskonfiguration in eine Betriebskonfiguration und umgekehrt zu wechseln, in der die entgegenwirkenden Mittel (17) mit jeweiligen Stababschnitten (2) in der Nähe der Zone des Schnittbeginns (18) in Kontakt sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) translatorisch entlang einer jeweiligen radialen Linie quer zur Längsausdehnungsachse (L) des Stabs (2) in dieselbe Richtung bewegen, um von einer Nichtbetriebskonfiguration in eine Betriebskonfiguration und umgekehrt zu wechseln.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das erste und das zweite entgegenwirkende Element (19, 20) um eine Rotationsachse drehen, die relativ zur Längsausdehnungsachse (L) des Stabs (2) außermittig ist, um von einer Nichtbetriebskonfiguration in eine Betriebskonfiguration und umgekehrt zu wechseln.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endabschnitte (19a, 20a) des ersten und des zweiten entgegenwirkenden Elements (19, 20) jeweilige Oberflächen aufweisen, die ausgebildet sind, um sicher mit den Stababschnitten (2) in der Nähe der Zone des Schnittbeginns (18) zusammenzupassen.
