Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour l'emballage au moins partiellement scellé de produits individuels (P), les produits (P) étant du type de préférence choisi parmi des gelées de fruits, des chocolats, des bonbons, des barres chocolatées, des amuse-gueules, des gommes à mâcher et analogues, qui consiste à :
    - juxtaposer une feuille d'emballage (1) contre une première face (A) du produit (P),
    - plier les rabats (2, 3) de ladite feuille (1) sur le produit (P) le long des faces (B, C) qui sont contiguës à ladite première face (A), en donnant à la feuille (1) une forme en U avec un rabat (2) plus long que l'autre,
    - coupler de manière stable le rabat long (2) à la surface intérieure du rabat court (3), en confinant ainsi le produit (P) à l'intérieur d'une partie tubulaire fermée, en donnant par conséquent à la feuille (1) une forme en P,
    - plier le rabat court libre (3) de ladite feuille (1), qui comporte une partie respective du rabat long (2) qui est plié et couplé de manière stable à celui-ci, sur la base dudit produit (P),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste en outre à :
    - faire tourner le produit (P), couplé de manière stable à la feuille (1), à 180° autour d'un axe longitudinal de celui-ci,
    - plier les parties tubulaires (4, 5) qui font saillie par rapport aux deux têtes mutuellement opposées (D, E) dudit produit (P) sur la tête (D, E) respective, les coupler de manière stable dans la configuration fermée et définir des premières parties centrales (6) qui sont coplanaires à ladite première face (A) et des secondes parties externes (7 et 8), qui sont respectivement coplanaires auxdites faces (B et C),
    - plier lesdites parties externes (7) sur la partie centrale (6) respective,
    - plier lesdites parties externes (8) sur la partie externe (7) respective, qui a précédemment été pliée sur ladite partie centrale (6), de manière à former deux languettes sensiblement triangulaires (9 et 10),
    - comprimer lesdites languettes (9 et 10) de manière à renforcer le couplage mutuel desdites parties (6, 7 et 8).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite juxtaposition de ladite feuille (1) contre une première face (A) dudit produit (P) a lieu pendant l'avancée du produit (P) vers l'ensemble d'emballage.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit pliage des rabats (2, 3) de ladite feuille (1) sur le produit (P) le long des faces (B, C) qui sont contiguës à ladite première face (A), en donnant à la feuille (1) une forme en U avec une base plus longue que l'autre, est obtenu en faisant passer ledit produit (P) à travers une trémie, précédé de ladite feuille (1) et juxtaposé contre ladite première face (A) de celui-ci.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite trémie a une forme et des dimensions qui sont au moins partiellement complémentaires de celles dudit produit (P).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit couplage stable dudit rabat long (2) à la surface intérieure dudit rabat court (3) et desdites parties tubulaires saillantes (4, 5) l'une à l'autre et sur les deux têtes mutuellement opposées (D, E) dudit produit (P) est obtenu au moyen de languettes qui sont forcées sur la surface extérieure des zones correspondantes de ladite feuille (1) qui est agencée autour dudit produit (P).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites languettes comportent des bandes chauffées pour fournir une jointure de couplage thermosoudée.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille (1) comporte des couches localisées d'au moins une substance choisie parmi des adhésifs, des polymères thermoplastiques, des bandes adhésives et analogues.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits pliages des parties tubulaires (4, 5) qui font saillie par rapport aux deux têtes mutuellement opposées (D, E) dudit produit (P) sur la tête (D, E) respective, des parties externes (7) sur la partie centrale (6) respective, et des parties externes (8) sur la partie externe (7) respective sont agencés les uns à la suite des autres au moyen d'éléments de pliage profilés respectifs, forcés sur des éléments respectifs en opposition dont la forme et les dimensions sont complémentaires desdits éléments de pliage.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite compression desdites languettes (9 et 10) est obtenue au moyen d'une paire de rouleaux pratiquement mutuellement opposés.
