Claims (10)
- Ensemble d'emballage du type comprenant au moins une première ligne (4) pour fournir des produits alimentaires (2) avec des têtes (2a) et un corps, et au moins une seconde ligne (5) pour fournir des feuilles d'emballage (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :- au niveau de la au moins une zone commune (6) pour la distribution desdits produits (2) et desdites feuilles (3) sur la partie des lignes (4, 5) respectives, au moins une trémie de formage (7) pour le pliage en forme de U d'au moins l'une desdites feuilles (3) sur au moins un desdits produits (2),- en aval de ladite au moins une trémie (7), au moins un premier carrousel (8) respectif avec un axe vertical qui est prévu avec des éléments (9) pour prélever au moins un produit (2) partiellement recouvert par une feuille (3) respective qui est pliée en forme de U sur ce dernier, et pour le couplage stable des rabats de feuille (3a, 3b) respectifs, lesdits éléments de prélèvement (9) étant mobiles pour la rotation dudit produit partiellement couvert (2) afin de modifier son orientation au niveau d'une zone de sortie (10),- faisant face à ladite zone de sortie (10) dudit premier carrousel (8) avec un axe vertical, une unité (11) pour saisir et translater ledit produit partiellement couvert (2), la trajectoire rectiligne de ladite translation passant par des dispositifs de pliage (12) pour la juxtaposition, contre les têtes (2a) du produit (2), des extrémités en saillie (3c) de ladite feuille (3) par rapport à ces dernières,- sensiblement au point d'extrémité de ladite trajectoire rectiligne, et au moins partiellement superposé sur ledit premier carrousel (8) et ladite unité (11), un second carrousel (13) avec un axe horizontal, qui forme une séquence de stations (14) pour plier, superposer et coupler les rabats de ladite feuille (3) sur ledit produit (2), au moins une station d'extrémité (14a) dudit second carrousel (13) comprenant au moins un distributeur (15) d'une substance adhésive sur une zone localisée de la surface de la feuille (3) enroulée autour dudit produit (2), afin de bloquer un rabat de fermeture terminal de ladite feuille (3), qui est forcé sur ladite zone par une bande de pliage (16) respective.
- Ensemble d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rabats juxtaposés (3a, 3b) de ladite feuille (3) sont couplés de manière stable et hermétique le long des segments par liaison adhésive, thermosoudage etc, au niveau d'au moins l'une des parties superposées de ladite feuille (3) enroulée autour dudit produit (2).
- Ensemble d'emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille (3) comprend, au niveau d'au moins l'une des parties conçues pour la superposition sur d'autres parties sur le produit emballé (2), au moins une couche d'un matériau de préférence choisi parmi la colle, un dérivé polymère pour l'étanchéité à froid, une bande adhésive etc, pour le couplage hermétique facile avec la partie de feuille (3) qui est complémentaire par rapport à cette dernière.
- Ensemble d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de ladite au moins une station d'extrémité (14a) dudit second carrousel (13) qui comprend ledit au moins un distributeur (15) d'une substance adhésive, on trouve une station (16) pour la distribution des produits emballés (2) sur une ligne de prélèvement (17).
- Ensemble d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de prélèvement (9) dudit au moins un premier carrousel (8) comprennent des pinces de préhension pour les rabats (3a, 3b) de ladite feuille (3) pliée en une forme de U, qui font saillie par rapport audit produit (2).
- Ensemble d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un parmi ledit premier rabat (3a), ledit second rabat (3b) de ladite feuille (3) pliée en une forme de U, et ladite au moins une des extrémités (3c) qui font saillie par rapport audit produit (2) et sont saisies entre lesdits pinces, comprend au moins une couche d'un matériau choisi parmi la colle, un dérivé polymère pour l'étanchéité à froid, une bande adhésive etc, pour le couplage hermétique facile avec la partie de feuille (3) qui est complémentaire par rapport à cette dernière.
- Ensemble d'emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend quatre éléments de prélèvement (9) dudit au moins un premier carrousel (8), chacun comprenant une pince de couplage stable et de préhension respective pour les rabats (3a, 3b) de ladite feuille (3) pliée en une forme de U, qui font saillie par rapport audit produit (2).
- Ensemble d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité (11) pour saisir et translater ledit produit partiellement couvert (2) le long d'une trajectoire rectiligne est constituée par une unité de levage qui fonctionne entre deux configurations de limite, une configuration à faible hauteur alignée avec ledit premier carrousel (8) et une configuration à forte hauteur qui est alignée avec une station de pliage (14) pour prélever et plier le produit partiellement recouvert (2) dudit second carrousel (13).
- Ensemble d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit second carrousel (13) comprend une séquence de six stations (14) pour plier, superposer et coupler les rabats de ladite feuille (3) sur ledit produit (2), chaque station étant prévue avec des pinces de déplacement et de préhension respectives pour ledit produit (2) au moins partiellement couvert par ladite feuille (3) et étant affectée par des languettes pour plier les rabats et les parties de ladite feuille (3) sur eux-mêmes et sur ledit produit (2).
- Ensemble d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite bande de pliage (16) de ladite station d'extrémité (14a) peut se déplacer le long de la trajectoire dudit produit partiellement couvert (2), ladite bande de pliage (16) étant mobile dans la même direction que ledit second produit (2) sur le second carrousel (13) jusqu'à ce que ledit produit couvert (2) soit transféré, à la station de distribution suivante (14b), sur une ligne (17) pour le prélèvement des produits emballés (2).
