Description

The invention relates to an awning with at least one shading element, the front end is attached to an extension profile, wherein the Ausfahrprofil is guided on guide rails in the extension direction movable and the front end in the extension direction of the guide rails are supported by supports, wherein at least one support is variable in length, and wherein the connection between a support and the guide rail carried by this support is in each case formed by an articulated connection between the guide rail and the support, and wherein the articulation permits pivoting of the guide rail relative to the support about a hinge axis parallel to the extension profile.

Such awnings are from the DE 20 2010 011 307 U1 and the DE 20 2015 001 293 U1 known. In order to avoid such an awning that it comes in rain to a water bag formation, it is provided that at least one of the support columns for unilateral lowering of the awning cloth is variable in height. Furthermore, it is stated to provide a joint connection between the guide rails and the support columns in order to avoid harmful tension within the awning construction.

The disadvantage here is that bent in a height adjustment of one or both support columns in such an awning in the case of an articulated connection between the support column and guide rail due to the changing geometry of the support column and / or the guide rail and there may be significant induced stresses within the design.

The object of the invention is therefore to develop an awning of the type mentioned in such a way that a change in length of the vertical supports is possible, in particular to drain rainwater, without causing undesirable stresses within the structure.

This object is achieved by an awning according to claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

Particularly advantageous in the awning with at least one shading element whose front end is attached to an extension profile, wherein the Ausfahrprofil is guided on guide rails in the extension direction movable and the front end in the extension direction of the guide rails are supported by supports, wherein at least one support is variable in length and wherein the connection between a support and the guide rail carried by this support is in each case formed by a hinge connection between the guide rail and the support, and wherein the hinge connection makes it possible to swivel the guide rail relative to the support about a hinge axis parallel to the extension profile articulated joint parts of the joint are parallel to the hinge axis against each other disengaged.

Due to a one-sided lowering of the awning by the change in length of one of the vertical supports the Ausfahrprofil is displaced from a horizontal course in a diagonal course between the guide rails, thereby increasing the distance between the articulation points of the Ausfahrprofils on the two guide rails. The fact that the hinge connection between the guide rail and the support allows pivoting of the guide rail relative to the support about a hinge axis parallel to the Ausfahrprofil initially the guide rail attached to the lowered support a pitching motion run down, without there being a stress induction within the hinge connection, since a pivoting movement about a hinge axis parallel to the Ausfahrprofile is possible. The definition that this pivoting movement is to take place about a joint axis parallel to the extension profile refers to the horizontal profile of the extension profile in the configuration of the awning when both guide rails are set to the same length. Accordingly, the course of the hinge axis is horizontal.

With the further feature, according to which the articulated joint parts of the articulated connection can be disengaged from one another parallel to the articulation axis, a lateral offset of the articulated part carrying the guide rail relative to the articulated part connected to the support is made possible. In this way, the increase in the distance between the articulation points of the Ausfahrprofils on the two guide rails due to the deflection of the Ausfahrprofils from the horizontal can be compensated in a diagonal position.

The extension direction refers to the direction in which the extension profile moves when the extension profile is moved along the guide rails in the direction of the front end of the awning.

In the case of the awning, the shading element can be unwound from a cloth shaft rotatably mounted in a housing. It may thus be in particular a cassette awning with a rotatably mounted in a housing roller tube. The awning may also be a pergola awning with a plurality of profiles which can be moved on the guide rails in the extension direction, wherein flexible shading elements are fastened between the profiles.

Accordingly, the Ausfahrprofil is moved to the front end of the guide rails, while the housing and the rotatably mounted therein cloth shaft and / or on the Ausfahrprofil indirectly or directly acting drive at the rear end of the guide rails are in particular in a housing. Usually, the housing and / or the canvas shaft and / or the rear ends of the guide rails via appropriate support structures, brackets and the like, for example, attached to a building wall. The front ends of the guide rails are supported by vertical supports. Due to the length variability of at least one of the vertical supports, it is possible to change the inclination of at least one of the guide rails and thus the inclination of the tensioned between the fabric shaft and the Ausfahrprofil cloth to drain incident rainwater and to avoid water bag formation.

In order to avoid the occurrence of undesirable stresses in the construction due to the change in length of one or both in particular vertical supports hinged connections are provided, by means of which the coupling of the particular vertical supports and the support rail carried by the support are formed. The arrangement of such joints, which allow a lateral disengagement of the joint parts against each other, it is particularly avoided to bend the supports fixed to the ground, since the laterally disengageable joints provide the required degrees of freedom.

With the ability to disengage the hinged joint parts of the joint parallel to the hinge axis against each other, a displacement of one of the joint parts relative to the other joint part in the direction of the space between the guide rails is made possible. This results in the compensation of the increase in the distance between the articulation points of the extension profile occurring as a result of the inclination of the Ausfahrprofils.

The variable-length support / n can have a spindle drive. Thus, the change in length of the at least one variable length support can be realized by means of a spindle drive. Such a spindle drive can be actuated by means of a hand crank and / or driven by an electric motor. Preferably, two guide rails are arranged, which are each supported by a variable length support. In this case, preferably the front ends of the guide rails are supported by the supports. By the term of the front end is included in that the supports offset from the front ends along the guide rails by up to 10%, 20%, 30% 40% or 50% of the countries of the guide rails from the front end of the guide rails to the rear are arranged. Accordingly, the guide rails can project beyond the plane which is spanned by the supports in the extension direction.

Preferably, the supports are vertical. Preferably, the supports are firmly mounted on the bottom side. For this purpose, flanges can be arranged at the lower ends of the supports, which are penetrated by fastening screws.

Preferably, the connection of the supports and the guide rails is formed by a hinge connection between the guide rail and the support, which allows a pivoting of the guide rail relative to the support about a pivot axis parallel to the guide rail. Due to the possibility of pivoting the hinge parts against each other by a further, in this case parallel to the guide rail pivot axis, a further degree of freedom of the hinge connection between the guide rail and the support is provided.

Particularly preferably, the articulated joint parts of the joint are parallel to the hinge axis against the restoring force of at least one spring, in particular a coil spring, against each other disengaged. By the pertinent further development of the arrangement with the arrangement of at least one spring, against the restoring force of which a disengagement of the joint parts takes place against each other, is at a reset, i. in prolonging the previously shortened support facilitates and supports the engagement of the disengaged joint part.

Preferably, the guide rail by means of a relative to the hinge joint slidable parallel to the guide rail with the articulated connection coupled, in particular, the carriage can einliegen in a dovetail groove. By arranging such relative to the hinge parallel to the guide rail slidable carriage a mobility of the hinge connection is made possible relative to the guide rail along the guide rail to compensate for the shortening or extension of the support occurring displacement of the supported by the support guide rail.

Two guide rails are particularly preferably arranged, of which one of the guide rails is supported by a variable-length support or both guide rails are each supported by a variable-length support. The two guide rails thus span a surface in which the shading element lies. By shortening one of the two supports, this surface is deflected and the incident on the shading rainwater can drain. Furthermore, an adjustment of the position of the shading element to the position of the sun is possible by the desired positioning of the shading element, in particular its obliquity can be brought about by lowering one or both supports and the support rails carried by the supports.

Particularly preferably, the extension profile has at least one length compensation element. In particular, the extension profile can have at least one telescoping length compensation element. The telescopability of this length compensation element is that it can be telescoped in the direction parallel to the extension profile, ie perpendicular to the extension direction. In particular, the extension profile can have at least one length compensating element which can be pulled out against the restoring force of at least one restoring spring. By one or more such length compensation elements, the increase in the distance between the articulation points of the Ausfahrprofils on the two guide rails due to the deflection of the Ausfahrprofils from the horizontal can be additionally compensated in a diagonal position. The restoring force of a return spring then causes in a relocating the Ausfahrprofils from a diagonal position in the horizontal and the concomitant shortening of the distance between the articulation points of the extension profile the retraction of the length compensation element.

Preferably, rear ends of the guide rails are rotatably attached to the housing and / or to a supporting structure by means of a hinge. By such a bearing of the rear ends of the guide rails relative to the housing and / or to a supporting structure by means of a joint, it is reliably avoided that unwanted stresses in an adjustment of the length of one or both front supports are introduced into the structure, as a rotation of the Guide rails relative to the housing and / or a rotation of guide rails and housing relative to a supporting structure is made possible.

A housing of the awning can be arranged at the rear end of the guide rails and can in particular be inserted via corresponding locking pins in the guide rails to allow easy mounting of housing and guide rails to each other. In the event that the housing with the guide rails is attached directly or indirectly, it is thus preferably provided that both the guide rails and the housing attached thereto are rotatable relative to a supporting structure. Alternatively it can be provided that the housing is fixedly secured to a supporting structure, for example by means of fastening brackets, in which case preferably the guide rails are arranged rotatably relative to the housing.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a partially mounted awning. Shown is in Fig. 1 the perspective view of an awning with a fabric shaft 1. The fabric shaft 1 is in an in Fig.1 Housing not shown received. Of the rotatably mounted cloth shaft 1, the cloth 3 is unwound, the front edge of which in the illustration in accordance with FIG. 1 extended extension profile 2 is attached. The extension profile 2 is guided on guide rails 4, 5 movable in the extension direction. For better clarity is in the schematic representation according to Fig. 1 the housing in which the roller tube 1 is rotatably mounted, not shown In the illustration according to Fig. 1 the extension profile 2 is extended, so that the cloth 3 is stretched between the extension profile 2 and the fabric shaft 1.

The extension direction is shown by the arrow 6. Accordingly, the cloth shaft 1 is located at the rear end of the awning, while the Ausfahrprofil 2 in the position according to Fig. 1 located at the front end of the awning. The extension profile 2 is by means of carriages which are mounted on rollers, along the guide rails 4, 5 in the extension direction 6 and opposite to the extension direction 6 movable.

Due to the perspective view in Fig. 1 only the left guide rail 4 seen from the front is visible, while the right guide rail 5 is covered by the opened cloth 3.

Belt pulleys 7 are arranged on both sides of the cloth shaft 1, on which the counter-tensioning means 8 is wound on both sides of the cloth shaft 1 during extension of the extension profile 2. For the purposes of the invention, the terms counteracting means and traction means are used interchangeably.

In the front area of the awning, the counter-tensioning means 8 is guided over deflection rollers 10, 11 and guided further into the extension profile 2. In this case, two stationary deflection rollers 10 are arranged at the front ends of the guide rails 4, while on the Ausfahrprofil 2 two together with the Ausfahrprofil 2 traversing guide rollers 11 are arranged, over which the Gegenzugmittel 8 are guided on both sides in the Ausfahrprofil 2.

The counter-tensioning means 8 is designed as an integral traction means 8 such that it extends along both sides of the cloth 3 and is guided into the extension profile 2 via deflection rollers 11. Within the extension profile 2, the traction means 8 is guided over two deflection rollers 12, which are arranged stationarily in relation to the extension profile 2. Further, the traction means 8 is guided over two loose rollers 13, on which act symmetrically arranged on both sides spring accumulator 9 and thereby exert a tensile force on the counter-tensioning means 8.

The front ends of the guide rails 4, 5 are mounted on vertical supports 14, 15. The couplings between the guide rails 4, 5 and the Supports 14, 15 are formed by joints 20, 30, the operation of which will be explained below. The vertical extension of the vertical supports 14, 15 is not to scale. Rather, the vertical supports 14, 15 in Fig. 1 only partially shown. The left support 14 of the awning is variable in length, ie that the awning in the region of the hinge joint 20 between the left front guide rail 4 seen from the front and the left vertical support 14 is height adjustable. By shortening the vertical support 14 and lowering the left guide rail 14 rainwater can be discharged onto the awning.

The FIGS. 2a and 2b show a schematic side view of the awning from a position between the guide rails on the inside of the left guide rail 4 on the front vertical support 14 according to Fig. 1 in two different positions, that is with different length settings of the front support 14 of the awning. In the illustration according to Fig. 2 only the guide rail 4 and the front variable length supports 14 are shown schematically in the side view.

The coupling of the guide rail 4 with the upper end of the variable length support 14 by means of the hinge joint 20. The hinge joint 20 allows both a degree of freedom in the form of a displacement along the guide rail 4, as indicated by the double arrow in FIG. 2a is indicated, as well as a rotation of the guide rail 4 relative to the support 14, since the angle between the guide rail 4 and the vertical support 14 by shortening the support 14 changed. The operation of the hinge 20 will be discussed below Fig. 5 explained.

The lower end of the support 12 is secured by means of the bearing 21 to a foundation. The rear end of the guide rail 4 is rotatably supported by a hinge 22 on a building wall, not shown, via a console. As in the FIGS. 2a and 2b recognizable, is in the setting according to Fig. 2b reduces the length of the vertical support 14, so that the Coupling point between the upper end of the support 14 and the guide rail 4 due to the shortening of the support 14 along the guide rail 4 has moved forward. The shortening of the support 14 is indicated by the vertical arrow In Fig. 2b clarified. By shortening the support 14, the front end of the guide rail 4 moves downwards. The migration of the coupling point along the guide rail 4 is made possible by the given movability of the articulated connection 20. At the same time, the inclination of the guide rail 4 relative to the horizontal has been increased by a rotation about the hinge 22 in the counterclockwise direction.

The variability of the entire arrangement by a length variability of the supports 14, 15 is thus made possible in this embodiment in that the coupling of the supports 14, 15 with the guide rails 4, 5 via along the guide rails 4 slidable joints 20 takes place, the joints 20 simultaneously an articulated connection between support 14, 15 and the respective associated guide rail 4, 5 form. Furthermore, the guide rails 4, 5 are articulated at their rear end by means of the joint 22.

In this case, a change in the length of the support 14 leads to a change in the inclination of the guide rail 4, which in particular rainwater can drain on the awning and a water bag formation can be reliably prevented. By arranging the articulated connection 20 and the joint 22, it is thereby reliably avoided that stresses are introduced into the construction through a change in length of the support 14.

The FIGS. 3a and 3b show a schematic front view of the awning. The configuration according to Fig. 3a corresponds to the configuration according to Fig. 2a with the same length of vertical supports 14, 15. The configuration according to Fig. 3b corresponds to the configuration according to Fig. 2b with one opposite 2a / 3a shortened vertical left support 14. In the schematic representation according to the FIGS. 3a, 3b only the vertical supports 14, 15 and the extension profile 2 are shown.

Umgekehrt rückt die vorne betrachtet rechte Führungsschiene 5 in der Darstellung gemäß Fig. 3b nach links gegenüber der rechten senkrechten Stütze 15.When shortening the front viewed from the left vertical support 14, the left end of the extension profile 2 as shown by the vertical arrow in Fig. 3b shown lowered. By the displacement of the extension profile 2 from the horizontal position according to Fig. 3a in the diagonal position according to Fig. 3b the distance between the articulated joints 20, 30 is increased. To compensate for this change in length, the joints 20,30 are designed such that a lateral disengagement of the guide rails 4, 5 in the direction of the other guide rail 4, 5 relative to the bottom firmly anchored to the vertical supports 14, 15 is possible. Accordingly, when viewed from the front left guide rail 4 in the illustration moves according Fig. 3b to the right in relation to the left vertical support 14. Conversely, the right guide rail 5, viewed in the front, moves in the illustration according to FIG Fig. 3b to the left opposite the right vertical support 15.

By the possibility of lateral engagement of the guide rails 4, 5 relative to the guide rails 4, 5 supporting vertical supports 14, 15, it is reliably avoided that by a change in length of the support 14 and the associated displacement of the extension profile 2 from the horizontal out in a diagonal layer stresses are introduced into the construction.

The housing accommodating the cloth shaft 1 can be coupled to the guide rails 4, 5 and thus rotatably arranged relative to the guide rails 4, 5 together with the guide rails 4, 5 rotatable about the rear joints 22 around. Alternatively, the housing may be indirectly fastened, for example, via fastening brackets or directly to a building wall, in which case a rotational position of the guide rails 4, 5 relative to the housing can be realized via the joints 22.

In the illustrated embodiment, only viewed from the front left vertical support 14 is designed as a height-adjustable support. In an alternative, not shown, both front vertical supports 14, 15 designed as height-adjustable supports.

Fig. 4 shows an exploded view of the front viewed from the left vertical support 14, which is designed as a variable-length support. For the purposes of the invention, the terms prop and posts are used interchangeably.

The vertical support 14 is fixedly mounted on the bottom side by means of a flange 141 and the associated cover. Further, the vertical post 14 has an outer post 142 which is coupled to the flange 141. The outer post 142 receives a spindle drive 144, which is actuated by means of a crank drive 143. By means of the spindle drive 144 and the crank actuator 143, the inner post 146 can be retracted and extended. As a result, the vertical support 14 is variable in length, that is, that the upper end of the support 14 relative to the flange 141 is height adjustable. At the upper end of the vertical support 14 is the articulation 20, by means of which the connection between the vertical support 14 and carried by this support 14 guide rail 4 is made. The construction and operation of the hinge joint 20 will be described below with reference to FIG Fig. 5 explained.

Flg. FIG. 5 shows an exploded view of the articulated connection 20 for connecting the vertical support 14 to the guide rail 4 of the awning. The explanation will be made with reference to the hinge 20 on the left side of the awning viewed from the front. The geometric structure of the viewed from the right front joint 30 is in contrast mirror-inverted.

The post end piece 21 is fixed by means of the screws 22 at the upper end of the in Fig. 5 not dargstellten vertical post 14 screwed.

The post end piece 21 thus forms the lower first hinge part. To guide the hinge pin 24, which serves for the rotatable connection of the two hinge parts of the joint 20 about the pin 24, bearing bushes 23 are inserted into the first joint part. The second joint part 25 is rotatably connected to the first joint part 21 by means of the hinge pin 24 around the hinge pin 24 around.

The second joint part 25 simultaneously forms the upper post bearing for receiving the carriage 26. The carriage 26 serves to couple the guide rail mounted on the vertical support. The carriage 26 is, as indicated by the double arrow 36, slidably mounted on the second hinge part 25. As a result, a displacement in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail mounted thereon relative to the joint 20, as indicated by the double arrow 36, allows.

The two joint parts 21, 25 are, as indicated by the arcuate double arrow 34, around the axis of the hinge pin 24 around against each other rotatable. As a result, the rotatability of the hinge connection is ensured around the hinge axis 24 around, whereby a change in the angle between the vertical support 14 and guide rail 4 is made possible.

The upper hinge part 25 can be disengaged in the axial direction of the hinge pin 24 in the direction of the arrow 35 laterally relative to the first hinge part 21. The lateral disengagement of the upper joint part 25 in the direction of arrow 35 relative to the lower joint part 21 takes place counter to the spring force of the coil spring 27. When relocating, the sliding back of the upper joint part 25 is thus supported by the restoring force of the coil spring 27.

The lateral disengagement of the upper hinge part 25 relative to the lower hinge part 21 and thus with respect to the vertical support 14 to compensate for the change in length at a lowering of the vertical support 14. By the displacement of the extension profile 2 from a horizontal position out in a diagonal position is how explained, the distance between the articulation points 20, 30, to which the Ausfahrprofil 2, the guide rails 4.5 is stored, enlarged. To compensate for this change in length serves the lateral disengagement of the upper hinge part 25 relative to the lower hinge part 21 in the direction of arrow 35th

The attachment of the hinge pin takes place on the threaded plate 28. The cylinder screw 29 and the washer 50 are used to mount the carriage 26 on the guide rail. For a clean optical termination of the joint 20 cover caps 51 are provided, which are clipped into corresponding receptacles.

As indicated by the arrows 34, 35, 36 in FIG Fig. 5 indicated, the joint 20 allows for a pivoting of the guide rail 4 relative to the vertical support 14 about the hinge axis 24 around. This is shown by the double arrow 34. Furthermore, a lateral displaceability in the direction of arrow 35 is made possible by the lateral disengagement of the upper hinge part 25 relative to the lower hinge part 21. Furthermore, a displaceability in the direction of the guide rail 4, as represented by the double arrow 36, is made possible by the carriage 26, which is displaceably mounted on the upper joint part 25.

In Fig. 6 the assembled articulated connection 20 is shown in different perspectives in mounted position.
