Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de levage pour un chariot de manutention, comprenant
    - un châssis de levage (10) avec une partie de chargement (12) dirigée de manière mobile et au moins un élément de mât (14) dirigé de manière mobile,
    - un vérin de levée libre (12) agissant sur la partie de chargement (13),
    - au moins un vérin de levage de mât (15) agençant sur l'au moins un élément de mât (14),
    - un groupe hydraulique (16, 28) pour l'alimentation en liquide hydraulique du vérin de levée libre (13) ainsi que de l'au moins un vérin de levée de mât (15),
    - au moins une soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130), laquelle est raccordée avec le groupe hydraulique (16, 28) et avec le vérin de levée libre (13) ou l'au moins un vérin de levée de mât (15) et est uniquement prévue pour l'amenée de liquide hydraulique hors du réservoir hydraulique (16) au vérin de levée libre (13) ou au vérin de levée de mât (15) et
    - au moins une soupape de recirculation (30, 30', 30"), laquelle est raccordée avec le groupe hydraulique (16, 28) et avec le vérin de levée libre (13) et/ou l'au moins un vérin de levée de mât (15) et est uniquement prévue pour le retour de liquide hydraulique du vérin de levée libre (13) et/ou du vérin de levée de mât (15) au réservoir hydraulique (16), caractérisé en ce que
    - une conduite d'alimentation (24) se divise, en amont du groupe hydraulique (16, 28), en une première conduite de raccordement (25) raccordée avec le vérin de levée libre (13) et en une deuxième conduite de raccordement (26) raccordée avec le vérin de levée de mât (15), la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) étant disposée comme vanne proportionnelle dans la première conduite de raccordement (25) et une pression (p1) nécessaire à l'actionnement du vérin de levée libre (13) étant inférieure à une pression nécessaire à l'actionnement du vérin de levée de mât (15), ou la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) étant disposée comme vanne proportionnelle dans la deuxième conduite de raccordement (26) et une pression (p1) nécessaire à l'actionnement du vérin de levée libre (13) étant supérieure à une pression nécessaire à l'actionnement du vérin de levée de mât (15),
    - la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) présentant une position de blocage (100a, 120a, 130a) et une position d'écoulement (100b, 120b, 130b).
  2. Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une soupape de recirculation (30, 30') comprend une vanne proportionnelle, en particulier une vanne proportionnelle 2/2 voies.
  3. Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une soupape de recirculation (30, 30', 30") raccorde avec le groupe hydraulique (16), indépendamment de la soupape d'alimentation (20), une première conduite de retour (31), laquelle dérive de la première conduite de raccordement (25), et/ou une deuxième conduite de retour (32), laquelle dérive de la deuxième conduite de raccordement (26).
  4. Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la première conduite de retour (31) et la deuxième conduite de retour (32) sont réunies en une troisième conduite de retour (33) commune.
  5. Dispositif de levage selon l'une des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la première conduite de raccordement (25) présente un clapet antiretour (40) entre la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) et la bifurcation de la première conduite de retour (31) à partir de la première conduite de raccordement (25) et/ou en ce que la deuxième conduite de raccordement (26) présente un clapet antiretour (42) entre la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) et la bifurcation de la deuxième conduite de retour (32) à partir de la deuxième conduite de raccordement (26).
  6. Dispositif de levage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le groupe hydraulique (16, 28) présente une pompe hydraulique (28), laquelle transporte, hors d'un réservoir hydraulique (16), le liquide hydraulique vers le vérin de levée libre (13) et vers le vérin de levée de mât (15), par la conduite d'alimentation (24) et la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130).
  7. Dispositif de levage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une unité de commande (70), laquelle est conçue pour actionner électriquement l'au moins une soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) et/ou l'au moins une soupape de recirculation (30, 30', 30").
  8. Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le vérin de levée libre (13) et/ou le vérin de levée de mât (15) présente un capteur (17, 18) communiquant avec l'unité de commande (70) pour la détermination de la hauteur de levage et/ou de la vitesse de levage et/ou de la vitesse d'abaissement de la partie de chargement (12).
  9. Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (70) est conçue pour piloter la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) et/ou la soupape de recirculation (30, 30', 30") en fonction de la hauteur de levage de la partie de chargement (12) déterminée par le capteur (17, 18), afin de contrôler la vitesse de levage et/ou la vitesse d'abaissement de la partie de chargement (12).
  10. Dispositif de levage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (70) est conçue pour piloter la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) pour le réglage d'une vitesse de levage prescrite et/ou la soupape de recirculation (30, 30', 30") pour le réglage d'une vitesse d'abaissement prescrite de la partie de chargement (12) et/ou de l'au moins un élément de mât (14), pour déterminer un écart de réglage entre la vitesse de levage prescrite et la vitesse de levage réelle déterminée par le capteur (17, 18) et/ou entre la vitesse d'abaissement prescrite et la vitesse d'abaissement réelle déterminée par le capteur (17, 18), et pour piloter la soupape d'alimentation (100, 110, 120, 130) et/ou la soupape de recirculation (30, 30', 30") pour le réglage de l'alimentation en liquide hydraulique du vérin de levée libre (13) et/ou du vérin de levée de mât (15), sur la base de l'écart de réglage.
  11. Chariot de manutention comprenant un dispositif de levage selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
