Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de distribution de produits pour distributeurs automatiques, constitué par une structure modulaire (10), qui présente deux rails ou axes longitudinaux (A1, B1), perpendiculaires l'un à l'autre et tous deux motorisés, dans lequel un premier axe longitudinal (A1) a des dimensions variables en fonction d'un nombre préfixé de sélections de produits à distribuer, ledit premier axe (A1) étant fixé sur un plan (A3) placé sous une pluralité de crémaillères (A4) où une série de contenants (C2) sont empilés, lesdits contenants (C2) contenant les produits à distribuer ;
    dans lequel ledit plan (A3) a un guide linéaire (A5) et un chariot (A6) mobile, qui est relié à une courroie dentée (A7) capable de déplacer ledit chariot (A6), à travers le mouvement bidirectionnel d'un premier moteur et de poulies associées (A9), depuis une position initiale indiquée par un interrupteur de fin de course (A10) ;
    caractérisé en ce qu'un second axe longitudinal (B1) est fixé sur ledit chariot (A6) mobile, et dimensionné selon la taille des contenants (C2) et des produits à distribuer et un second moteur (B2), qui est placé sur ledit second axe longitudinal (B1), est capable de déplacer une courroie (A8) dentée qui se déplace entre deux poulies (B4, B8), ladite courroie (A8) dentée est couplée à une cheville poussoir (B3), un interrupteur de contact (B5), pour désactiver le second moteur à la détection de l'achèvement d'une révolution de ladite courroie (A8) dentée, et un capteur de présence de produit (B6).
  2. Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est configuré de sorte qu'une fois le chariot (A6) a été positionné en correspondance d'une crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée, le second moteur (B2) et la poulie (B4) sont activés de sorte que la courroie (A8) effectue une révolution et que la cheville poussoir (B3) de la courroie (A8) traverse, pendant un certain temps, le dessous d'un contenant (C2) du produit sélectionné à distribuer, de sorte que ledit contenant (C2) soit poussé vers l'extérieur de ladite crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée, ce qui le fait glisser vers le bas des autres contenants (C2) empilés.
  3. Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier moteur est un moteur avec codeur ou un moteur pas à pas ou un moteur mixte.
  4. Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une base (A12) supporte lesdites crémaillères (A4) et a une série de lames (A2) de confinement réglables, de sorte que la surface de support des produits ait une fente au centre de chaque canal de chargement (C1) desdits produits, à travers laquelle ladite cheville poussoir (B3) circule d'une position de départ (12), en correspondance de l'une desdites deux poulies (B4, B8), à une position finale (13), en correspondance de la sortie desdits produits.
  5. Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits contenants (C2) des produits à distribuer sont placés horizontalement sur ladite base (A12) et latéralement sur les bords desdites lames (A2), de sorte que, en correspondance avec ladite fente, une portion saillante de ladite cheville poussoir (B3), solidaire de ladite courroie (A8) dentée, glisse pendant chaque révolution réalisée par ladite courroie (A8) dentée, de sorte à retirer chaque contenant (C2) des produits pour le porter dans une zone de retrait (14) où l'utilisateur peut le prendre.
  6. Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque crémaillère (A4) a une position attribuée spécifique, partant d'une position initiale, en correspondance de laquelle ledit chariot (A6) est placé au début dudit premier axe longitudinal (A1).
  7. Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier axe longitudinal (A1) est configuré pour placer ledit second axe longitudinal (B1) à la position de la crémaillère (A4) lorsque le contenant (C2) qui contient le produit demandé est inséré, selon une référence fournie par ledit premier moteur, de sorte que ledit chariot (A6) soit positionné à ladite crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée, avant d'activer ledit deuxième moteur (B2), ladite courroie (A8) et ladite cheville poussoir (B3) qui passe par en dessous dudit contenant (C2) du produit sélectionné à distribuer, de sorte que ledit contenant (C2) soit poussé vers l'extérieur de la crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée, ce qui le fait glisser vers le bas vers des autres contenants (C2) empilés.
  8. Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur de présence de produit (B6), qui est placé sur ledit second axe longitudinal (B1), est prévu pour vérifier si, après la sortie d'un contenant (C2) de ladite crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée, d'autres contenants (C2) restent encore ou non dans ladite crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée, de sorte que, si ladite crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée ne comporte pas de contenants (C2), ladite crémaillère (A4) sélectionnée est supprimée d'une liste de produits disponibles et sélectionnables par l'utilisateur.
