Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cooking appliance with a cooking chamber and a water connection on the cooking chamber side, comprising a cartridge holder with a water sprinkling piece which has an upper water inlet nozzle that can be connected to the water connection and a fastening area for a cartridge to be arranged in the cooking chamber.
  • the invention also relates to a method for cleaning a cooking chamber of a cooking device of the aforementioned type, wherein in the cooking device a water inlet port of a water sprinkling piece is pressurized with water and the water is deflected by means of the water sprinkling piece.
  • the invention is particularly advantageously applicable to steam treatment devices, for example stand-alone steam treatment cooking devices or baking ovens with a steam cooking function.
  • Cartridge holders of the type in question have the disadvantage that they sometimes only insufficiently clean a cooking space, e.g. from leftovers, greasy films, limescale deposits, etc.
  • a cooking device in which water is sprayed downwards onto a cleaning plate from a water nozzle arranged on an upper side of the cooking space.
  • the cleaning plate is attached to a wall of the cooking space and has an integral, upstanding side edge. There are openings in the side edge.
  • a detergent pack can be placed on the cleaning plate. The detergent is dissolved by the water dispensed from the water nozzle. The water mixed with cleaning agent flows through the opening without pressure.
  • a cooking appliance with a cooking chamber and a water connection on the cooking chamber side having a cartridge holder with a water sprinkling piece, which has a water inlet nozzle that can be connected to the water connection - on top when connected to the ceiling - and a fastening area for a cartridge to be arranged in the cooking chamber
  • the water sprinkling piece has an intermediate section between the fastening area and the water inlet nozzle, from which water entering the water inlet nozzle under pressure exits laterally.
  • the water sprinkling piece is set up to deflect water flowing out of the water connection laterally in order to sprinkle the walls of the cooking space with water.
  • the cartridge holder additionally has a water distribution piece which has at least one radially extending water conduit for water exiting from the water sprinkling piece.
  • This cartridge holder has the advantage that, thanks to its at least two-part shape, it can be manufactured easily and with large tolerances, can be used reliably even with a low volume flow of the inflowing water and, through the water ducts, a targeted stream formation of the water impinging on the walls from the water sprinkler unit of the cooking space.
  • the beam shaping enables, for example, a locally higher kinetic energy of the impinging water and thus an improved cleaning there, while a general wetting of the walls of the cooking chamber is still guaranteed, in particular with a longer duration of a cleaning process.
  • the water is shaped in particular into water jets by the water ducts, which are directed onto the walls of the cooking space in order to achieve a particularly high mechanical cleaning effect.
  • At least one water conduit is a channel that is open on its side.
  • a water guide channel can also be referred to as a water guide channel will.
  • all water guide channels can be designed as water guide channels. The advantage of a water guiding channel is that it cannot be clogged by particles in the water (leftover food, lime pieces, etc.).
  • At least one water conduit is a laterally closed channel.
  • a water conduit can also be referred to as a water conduit.
  • all water ducts can be designed as water ducts.
  • the water inlet connector is in particular a tubular connector.
  • a longitudinal axis of the water inlet connector may correspond to a longitudinal axis of the cartridge holder and possibly an axis of rotation.
  • the water inlet nozzle When used in a ceiling of the cooking space, the water inlet nozzle represents an upper end area of the cartridge holder.
  • the cooking device is in particular a domestic cooking device.
  • the cooking device is in particular a steam treatment device, for example an independent steam treatment cooking device or an oven with a steam treatment function, in particular a steam cooking function.
  • the water distribution piece has an annular base in which the at least one water conduit is formed. This makes it possible to provide a carrier for the at least one water conduit that is light and easy to manufacture.
  • the water ducts can also be arranged circumferentially, which enables particularly effective sprinkling of the cooking space.
  • Another embodiment is that there is at least one water drainage opening between the base and the water sprinkling piece. Through this water drainage opening, water and particles can drain away. In particular, the water drainage opening is so large that detached cold deposits do not clog the water drainage opening, even with a low volume flow of the water penetrating through the water inlet nozzle.
  • the water drainage opening is at least partially formed by a gap, in particular a vertical annular gap, between the base and the water sprinkling piece. This means that there is no need for a separate water drainage opening. The sufficient width of the gap also prevents any existing rotatability between the base and the water sprinkling piece from being impaired.
  • the base has an attachment area with the water sprinkling piece, which attachment area has at least one opening as part of the water drainage opening.
  • the attachment area enables the base to be securely attached to the water sprinkler unit with practically no wobbling. In the case of a rotatable configuration, a particularly low-torsion and thus rapid rotation is also made possible.
  • a ring-shaped or ring-sector-shaped configuration of the attachment area is advantageous for particularly low sliding friction.
  • the water sprinkling element has a water distribution surface below the water inlet connection, the outer edge of which is higher than an inner end of at least one water conduit.
  • the water distribution surface has a central point pointing in the direction of the water conduit. This enables the water flowing out of the water inlet nozzle to be deflected in a lateral direction with little energy loss. The kinetic energy at the outlet of the water inlet nozzle is largely retained and is converted into a lateral movement at high speed.
  • a uniform flow of water around the tip in the circumferential direction can also be achieved, but this is not necessary. This in turn enables spraying or the like of the walls of the cooking space with jets of water that is even in the circumferential direction, and this enables particularly uniform cleaning.
  • a water film running down the water distribution surface is advantageously comparatively flat, e.g. one to two millimeters. This facilitates a low-loss jump to the base of the water distribution element via the gap in between.
  • the water distribution surface is advantageously smooth in order to avoid energy losses from the water.
  • At least one water conduit has a horizontal or sloping course that rises from the inside to the outside in relation to a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis or axis of rotation.
  • a course of a water conduit at its outer edge or an angle of the emitted water jet at the outer edge with respect to a horizontal line can be characterized by a horizontal inclination angle ⁇ .
  • An arrangement “from the inside to the outside” can in particular be understood to mean an arrangement which extends from a position closer to the longitudinal axis or axis of rotation of the base to a position further away from the axis of rotation.
  • the water conduit can in particular begin or begin at an inner edge of the base and in particular end at an outer edge of the base.
  • the water conduit is in particular a straight or curved elongated channel.
  • At least two water ducts can have different horizontal angles of inclination ⁇ .

  • At least one water guide channel is formed on the top of the base, in particular as a water guide channel open on the top. A large part of the walls of the cooking space can be cleaned with high impulses from the impacting water jets.
  • At least one water guide channel is formed on the underside of the base, in particular as a water guide channel open on the underside or as a deflecting wall. This enables jets of water with high momentum to strike lower areas of a side wall of the cooking space and also the floor of the cooking space.
  • the base is connected via at least one connection area to a fastening ring running parallel thereto, the fastening ring being fastened to the water sprinkling piece in a latching manner.
  • the water distribution piece has an annular base in which the at least one water conduit is formed.
  • This configuration has the advantage that the water distribution piece can easily be attached to the water sprinkling piece, in particular by means of a push-on movement over a water inlet connection of the water sprinkling piece.
  • the water inlet nozzle can have corresponding locking tabs over which the fastening ring can slide over with the application of force and which then spring back and hold the fastening ring in a form-fitting manner.
  • the water distribution piece is rotatably arranged on the water sprinkling piece and can be driven to rotate by water emerging from the water sprinkling piece.
  • the water jets can be moved around the cooking chamber during a cleaning operation, which results in a particularly large area that can also be mechanically cleaned

This object is achieved according to the features of the independent claims. Preferred embodiments can be inferred in particular from the dependent claims.

The object is achieved by a cooking appliance with a cooking chamber and a water connection on the cooking chamber side, having a cartridge holder with a water sprinkling piece, which has a water inlet nozzle that can be connected to the water connection - on top when connected to the ceiling - and a fastening area for a cartridge to be arranged in the cooking chamber The water sprinkling piece has an intermediate section between the fastening area and the water inlet nozzle, from which water entering the water inlet nozzle under pressure exits laterally. The water sprinkling piece is set up to deflect water flowing out of the water connection laterally in order to sprinkle the walls of the cooking space with water. The cartridge holder additionally has a water distribution piece which has at least one radially extending water conduit for water exiting from the water sprinkling piece.

This cartridge holder has the advantage that, thanks to its at least two-part shape, it can be manufactured easily and with large tolerances, can be used reliably even with a low volume flow of the inflowing water and, through the water ducts, a targeted stream formation of the water impinging on the walls from the water sprinkler unit of the cooking space. The beam shaping enables, for example, a locally higher kinetic energy of the impinging water and thus an improved cleaning there, while a general wetting of the walls of the cooking chamber is still guaranteed, in particular with a longer duration of a cleaning process.

The water is shaped in particular into water jets by the water ducts, which are directed onto the walls of the cooking space in order to achieve a particularly high mechanical cleaning effect.

It is a further development that at least one water conduit is a channel that is open on its side. Such a water guide channel can also be referred to as a water guide channel will. In particular, all water guide channels can be designed as water guide channels. The advantage of a water guiding channel is that it cannot be clogged by particles in the water (leftover food, lime pieces, etc.).

It is also a further development that at least one water conduit is a laterally closed channel. Such a water conduit can also be referred to as a water conduit. In particular, all water ducts can be designed as water ducts.

The water inlet connector is in particular a tubular connector. A longitudinal axis of the water inlet connector may correspond to a longitudinal axis of the cartridge holder and possibly an axis of rotation. When used in a ceiling of the cooking space, the water inlet nozzle represents an upper end area of the cartridge holder.

The cooking device is in particular a domestic cooking device. The cooking device is in particular a steam treatment device, for example an independent steam treatment cooking device or an oven with a steam treatment function, in particular a steam cooking function.

It is an embodiment that the water distribution piece has an annular base in which the at least one water conduit is formed. This makes it possible to provide a carrier for the at least one water conduit that is light and easy to manufacture. The water ducts can also be arranged circumferentially, which enables particularly effective sprinkling of the cooking space.

Another embodiment is that there is at least one water drainage opening between the base and the water sprinkling piece. Through this water drainage opening, water and particles can drain away. In particular, the water drainage opening is so large that detached cold deposits do not clog the water drainage opening, even with a low volume flow of the water penetrating through the water inlet nozzle.

Another embodiment is that the water drainage opening is at least partially formed by a gap, in particular a vertical annular gap, between the base and the water sprinkling piece. This means that there is no need for a separate water drainage opening. The sufficient width of the gap also prevents any existing rotatability between the base and the water sprinkling piece from being impaired.

It is yet another embodiment that the base has an attachment area with the water sprinkling piece, which attachment area has at least one opening as part of the water drainage opening. The attachment area enables the base to be securely attached to the water sprinkler unit with practically no wobbling. In the case of a rotatable configuration, a particularly low-torsion and thus rapid rotation is also made possible.

A ring-shaped or ring-sector-shaped configuration of the attachment area ("sliding ring") is advantageous for particularly low sliding friction.

It is also a further embodiment that the water sprinkling element has a water distribution surface below the water inlet connection, the outer edge of which is higher than an inner end of at least one water conduit. As a result, a loss in height of the water when crossing the gap can be compensated, which in turn means that a proportion of the water that is jet-shaped by the water ducts can be kept particularly high. Water loss through the gap is kept particularly low.

It is also an embodiment that the water distribution surface has a central point pointing in the direction of the water conduit. This enables the water flowing out of the water inlet nozzle to be deflected in a lateral direction with little energy loss. The kinetic energy at the outlet of the water inlet nozzle is largely retained and is converted into a lateral movement at high speed.

A uniform flow of water around the tip in the circumferential direction can also be achieved, but this is not necessary. This in turn enables spraying or the like of the walls of the cooking space with jets of water that is even in the circumferential direction, and this enables particularly uniform cleaning.

A water film running down the water distribution surface is advantageously comparatively flat, e.g. one to two millimeters. This facilitates a low-loss jump to the base of the water distribution element via the gap in between.

The water distribution surface is advantageously smooth in order to avoid energy losses from the water.

It is also an embodiment that at least one water conduit has a horizontal or sloping course that rises from the inside to the outside in relation to a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis or axis of rotation. As a result, the height of the impact of the associated water jet on a wall of the cooking space can be set. A course of a water conduit at its outer edge or an angle of the emitted water jet at the outer edge with respect to a horizontal line can be characterized by a horizontal inclination angle α. An ascending, horizontal one or a falling course can be described by an α> 0, α = 0 ° or α <0.

An arrangement “from the inside to the outside” can in particular be understood to mean an arrangement which extends from a position closer to the longitudinal axis or axis of rotation of the base to a position further away from the axis of rotation. The water conduit can in particular begin or begin at an inner edge of the base and in particular end at an outer edge of the base. The water conduit is in particular a straight or curved elongated channel.

In particular, at least two water ducts can have different horizontal angles of inclination α. In this way, the cooking space or its walls (floor, side walls and / or ceiling) can be cleaned at different heights. A horizontal angle of inclination α of at least one water duct can be set in such a way that the associated water jet hits the ceiling of the cooking space. A horizontal angle of inclination α of at least one water conduit can be set in such a way that the associated water jet hits the floor of the cooking space.

It is also an embodiment that at least one water guide channel is formed on the top of the base, in particular as a water guide channel open on the top. A large part of the walls of the cooking space can be cleaned with high impulses from the impacting water jets.

It is also an embodiment that at least one water guide channel is formed on the underside of the base, in particular as a water guide channel open on the underside or as a deflecting wall. This enables jets of water with high momentum to strike lower areas of a side wall of the cooking space and also the floor of the cooking space.

It is also another embodiment that the base is connected via at least one connection area to a fastening ring running parallel thereto, the fastening ring being fastened to the water sprinkling piece in a latching manner. This applies in particular if the water distribution piece has an annular base in which the at least one water conduit is formed. This configuration has the advantage that the water distribution piece can easily be attached to the water sprinkling piece, in particular by means of a push-on movement over a water inlet connection of the water sprinkling piece. The water inlet nozzle can have corresponding locking tabs over which the fastening ring can slide over with the application of force and which then spring back and hold the fastening ring in a form-fitting manner.

Dadurch können bei einem Reinigungsbetrieb die Wasserstrahlen in dem Garraum umlaufend bewegt werden, wodurch sich eine besonders große auch mechanisch abreinigbare Fläche ergibtIt is also another embodiment that the water distribution piece is rotatably arranged on the water sprinkling piece and can be driven to rotate by water emerging from the water sprinkling piece. As a result, the water jets can be moved around the cooking chamber during a cleaning operation, which results in a particularly large area that can also be mechanically cleaned

Another development is that the water distribution piece is fixedly or non-rotatably arranged on the water sprinkling piece. This is particularly easy to manufacture and robust.

It is also another embodiment that the at least one connection area is designed to rotate the water distribution piece when water hits the water sprinkling piece. For this purpose, the connection area can in particular be a shovel-like connection area and, when used as a drive element, can also be referred to as a “drive blade”. The use of a drive shovel enables a safe initial movement of the water distributor and a particularly high torque to be achieved. In particular, the drive blade is oriented at an angle to a radial direction. The radial direction or radial direction is in particular perpendicular to a longitudinal axis or axis of rotation of the water distributor. As a result of the deviation from the radial direction, the water released radially by the water sprinkling element can collide with or press against the drive blade in order to apply a force in the circumferential direction.

It is also another embodiment that at least one water conduit is designed to rotate the water distribution piece. In this way, due to the potentially high number of water ducts, a high torque can also be achieved. For this purpose, the water duct runs at least in sections at an angle to the radial direction or radial direction. An angle to the radial direction at the exit of the aqueducts can in the following also be referred to as “radial inclination angle β” without loss of generality. The radial angle of inclination β advantageously points in the same direction (β> 0 or β <0) for all water ducts and possibly the drive blade. The radial inclination angle β can have the same size (β = const.) For all water ducts or have different values for components for at least two water ducts. By selecting the radial inclination angle β, a rotational speed of the water distributor or a torque exerted on it can be set.

It is also an embodiment that a cartridge is attached to the fastening area. The cartridge can be attached to the cartridge holder by a user of the cooking appliance or it can already have been attached to it at the factory. The cartridge can be attached to the cartridge holder in a detachable or non-detachable manner. The cartridge can be disposable with or without the cartridge holder.

The object is also achieved by a method for cleaning a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance of the type set out above, in which a water inlet connection of a water sprinkling piece is pressurized with water, the water is diverted by means of the water sprinkling piece to a water distribution piece placed on the water sprinkling piece and the water is diverted by means of at least one is directed to at least one wall of the cooking space in the water distribution existing water duct.

The method can be designed analogously to the cooking appliance and has the same advantages.

The water directed at the at least one wall of the cooking space is shaped into a water jet (s) in particular by the at least one water duct, since such a jet enables a particularly high mechanical cleaning force.

Fig. 1 shows a cooking appliance in the form of a steam oven 1 with a cooking space 2 that can be loaded with food (not shown) by a user. The cooking space 2 can be heated in a targeted manner and can be supplied with steam. The cooking chamber 2 has a water collecting tray 3 (for example a bowl-shaped recess) on its bottom 2a, in which, for example, condensed water W can collect during steam operation. The water collecting tray 3 is connected to a suction side of a pump 4, the water W in the water collecting tray 3 being able to be conveyed by the pump 4 to a water connection 5 in the form of an opening located in a ceiling 2b of the cooking chamber 2. In a steam cooking operation, a water nozzle (not shown) can be inserted into the water connection 5, for example, in order to finely distribute the water W conveyed there in the cooking space 2 so that it can evaporate there. This creates a water cycle.

To clean the cooking space 2, for example to remove - especially greasy - food vapors deposited on the walls and / or for decalcifying, the water nozzle can be exchanged for a cartridge holder 7 provided with a cleaning cartridge 6. Alternatively, with steam operation, for example, the steam can be generated using an independent steam generator (o fig.) And fed into the Oven 2, and the water circuit is only used to clean oven 2.

To clean the cooking space 2, the cartridge holder 7 is inserted into the water connection 5 and held there in a detachable manner, for example by means of a screw connection, bayonet connection or snap connection or the like. When the pump 4 is switched on, the cartridge holder 7 is pressurized with water W and distributes the water W in the cooking chamber 2, as indicated by the dashed arrows.

In addition, the cooking space 2 is heated, whereby a disk-shaped fusion seal S of the cleaning cartridge 6 melts and exposes an opening T on the underside through which the cleaning agent in the cleaning cartridge 6 (e.g. for removing grease and / or decalcifying, not shown) falls into the water collecting tray 3 . The cleaning agent dissolves there and is then distributed with the water W in the cooking space 2. The cartridge holder 7 has the effect that the walls of the cooking space 2 (including the ceiling 2b and the side walls 2c) are wetted with the water W mixed with the cleaning agent. It is particularly advantageous if the walls 2a-c are wetted as completely as possible. It is also advantageous if the water W hits the walls 2b, 2c and possibly also 2a with a large impulse in order to mechanically remove any food residues, grease films, limescale deposits, etc. located there.

At the end of the cleaning process - e.g. after a few hours - the cleaning cartridge 6 with the cartridge holder 7 can be removed again and, for example, disposed of or provided for recycling. The cleaning cartridge 6 with the cartridge holder 7 can also be referred to as a cartridge system 6, 7.

Fig. 2 shows in an oblique view the cleaning cartridge 6 and a first part (“water sprinkling part” 8) of the cartridge holder 7 of a cartridge system 6, 7 in a not yet assembled state.

The cleaning cartridge 6 has a receptacle 50 made of plastic, which is filled with cleaning agent. The opening T on the underside, which is closed by means of the enamel seal S (for example made of wax, o. Fig.) In the heated cooking space 2, is theirs Protection covered by a screw cap 10. The screw cap 10 is removed by a user before use in the cooking chamber 2.

On the upper side, the cleaning cartridge 6 has fastening areas in the form of guides or slots 11 of a bayonet lock in order to connect it to the cartridge holder 7 in a securely detachable (but possibly also non-detachable) manner. For fastening the cleaning cartridge 6, the water sprinkling element 8 has a fastening area 12 on the underside, on which buttons 13 are present on the inside that match the slots 11.

A water inlet nozzle 14 on the top when installed on the ceiling can be screwed into the water connection 5. For this purpose, the water inlet connection 14 is tubular and has a thread pull 15 on its outside. The fastening area 12 with the cleaning cartridge 6 is then arranged in the cooking chamber 2 when the cartridge system 6, 7 is inserted.

The water sprinkling piece 8 has an intermediate section 16 between the fastening area 12 and the water inlet connection 14. Water W entering the water inlet connector 14 under pressure, emerges laterally from the intermediate section 16 again. The intermediate section 16 thus has at least one laterally opening water outlet opening.

The cartridge system has a longitudinal axis L which corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the water inlet connector 14.

Fig. 3 shows in a view obliquely from above the cartridge holder 7 with the water sprinkling piece 8 and a second part or part, which is referred to below as "water distribution piece 9" without loss of generality. The cartridge holder 7 is thus formed in two parts with a water sprinkling piece 8 and a water distribution piece 9. Both pieces 8, 9 can consist of plastic and have been produced by means of an injection molding process.

The water distribution piece 9 has been plugged onto the water sprinkling piece 8 via the water inlet nozzle 14. As a result, it is arranged on the water sprinkling element 8 so that it can rotate about the longitudinal axis L. For this purpose, the water distribution piece 9 has an annular shape Base 17, which runs in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis L. On its upper side, the base 17 has a plurality of water guiding channels or water guiding channels 18 to 20 which are open on the top and which are radially continuous in the sense that they guide water from an inner edge 29 (see FIG Fig. 4 ) create the annular base 17 to the outer edge thereof. The water ducts 18 thus run from the inside to the outside. The water ducts 18 to 20 are arranged at least approximately equally spaced in a circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis L.

The base 17 is connected to a fastening ring 22 running parallel thereto via three blade-like connection areas 21 distributed symmetrically about the longitudinal axis L here. The scoop-like connecting areas 21 protrude from an upper side of the base 17, so that the fastening ring 22 is also located above the base 17. The fastening ring 22 is slipped onto the water inlet nozzle 14 and is held there in a form-fitting manner by locking tabs 27. The fastening ring 22 is rotatably mounted about the longitudinal axis L between the intermediate piece 16 - which is wider than the water inlet connection 14 - and the locking tabs 27. The water distribution piece 9 rests on the underside on a sliding ring 31 (see Fig. 6 ) slides on the fastening area 12, which is widened there compared to the intermediate piece 16.

The water sprinkler 8 is shaped so that it has a water distribution surface 23 below the water inlet nozzle 14, which deflects the water flowing vertically downwards out of the water inlet nozzle 14 to the side, namely here practically or essentially evenly distributed in the circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis L. This happens with practically no loss of energy. In particular, the water can emerge from the water sprinkling element 8 with approximately the same force in every direction around the longitudinal axis L. This essentially uniformly distributed water outlet is only absent on four wall-like struts 24 which connect the water inlet nozzle 14 to the water distribution surface 23. However, the water distribution surface can generally also be designed in such a way that it effects a non-uniformly distributed water outlet.

The struts 24 are aligned in a straight line radially to the longitudinal axis L, so that they do not significantly influence the uniformly distributed water release. The intermediate section 16 thus has four circumferentially distributed and separated from one another by the struts 24 Water outlets on. This can also be seen in such a way that the intermediate section 16 has a circumferential water outlet opening with four segments.

The water is thus radially from the outer edge 28 (see Fig. 4 ) the water distribution surface 23 is discharged at high speed or emerges from the side thereof. After crossing an annular gap 25, the discharged water meets the annular base 17. At the annular base 17, the water flows further outwards, especially in the water ducts 18 to 20 and possibly along the shovel-like connecting areas 21 In the shape of the water ducts 18 to 20 and, if applicable, of the shovel-like connecting areas 21, the water can be directed into the cooking space 2 in a targeted manner. In this way, the water ducts 18 to 20 can generate water jets in a targeted manner which, in comparison, achieve a particularly good mechanical detachability locally on a wall 2a, 2b or 2c of the cooking space 2.

In addition, different heights in the cooking space 2 can thus be better irradiated with the water. For this purpose, the water ducts 18 to 20 are shaped here in such a way that they allow the water flowing through them at different elevation angles ("horizontal inclination angle a", see FIG Fig. 4 ) let out. While the water ducts 18 radiate the water slightly upwards (a> 0), so that it hits the side walls 2c in a middle height range, the water ducts 19 are directed obliquely downwards (a <0) to bring the water to a lower one To steer the height range of the side walls 2c or the floor 2a. The water ducts 20 are directed upwards at a steep incline (a> 0) in order to direct the water onto an upper height area of the side walls 2c or the ceiling 2b. The water distribution piece 9 thus has water ducts 18, 19 and 20 with courses that rise and fall from the inside to the outside. However, it is also possible to provide a horizontally running (a = 0 °) water duct.

There can be several identically shaped water ducts 18, 19 or 20, or all water ducts 18 can be designed differently from one another in order to achieve a particularly large hosed or sprayed area of the walls 2a to 2c of the cooking chamber 2.

Fig. 4 shows the cartridge holder 7 as a sectional illustration in side view. The water W flowing down from the water inlet connection 14 hits the water distribution surface 23 (which corresponds to an upper side of the fastening area 12).

The water distribution surface 23 has a basic shape which is symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis L and which has a tip 26 pointing in the middle in the direction of the water inlet connector 14 or upward. Starting from the tip 26, the water distribution surface 23 is shaped in such a way that it runs downward with a curved cross section or runs away from the water inlet connection 14. In this way, the water W is deflected from a vertical direction into a lateral, in particular horizontal, direction with little energy loss.

As the distance from the longitudinal axis L increases, the longitudinal distance from the water inlet nozzle 14 increases. The curved sloping area 23a of the water distribution surface 23 can merge into a horizontal edge area 23b or even into an edge area that rises again at the edge. Alternatively, the curved sloping area 23a extends as far as the outer edge 28. In order to transfer the water W from the outer edge 28 of the water distribution surface 23 as completely as possible via the annular gap 25 to the water ducts 18 to 20, the outer edge 28 of the water distribution surface 23 lies somewhat the inner ends of the water ducts 18 to 20 are higher. A possible height h of the water W is indicated here by the double arrow and can be, for example, one to two millimeters.

Water W, which does not overcome the annular gap 25 or runs back from the water distributor 9, flows into the annular gap 25, as also on the basis of an enlarged section in FIG Fig. 5 shown. The annular gap 25 is dimensioned so wide that typically dimensioned dirt and / or lime particles K cannot clog the annular gap 25 and thus also do not hinder a rotation of the water distribution piece 9 relative to the water sprinkling piece 8.

The water W and the dirt and / or lime particles K can escape from the annular gap 25 through openings 30 of a sliding ring 31 (see also Fig. 6 ) flow away. The sliding ring 31 is provided for the sliding support of the water distribution piece 9 on the water sprinkling piece 9 and for this purpose is arranged on an underside of the base 17.

The annular gap 25, the openings 30 and an optionally available further, short horizontal annular gap 32 between the base 17 and the fastening area 12 together represent a water drainage opening.

Fig. 6 shows the water distribution piece 9 in a view obliquely from below. On an inner edge 17a of the base 17 of the water distribution piece 9, the annular sliding ring 31 projects downwards with its several perforations 30 evenly distributed in the circumferential direction. A diameter of the inner edge 17a is greater than a diameter of an outer edge 22a of the fastening ring 22 in order to facilitate removal of the water distribution piece 9 from the mold.

It is a variant that the water distributor 9 does not rotate during a cleaning operation and, for example, cannot be rotated against the water sprinkler 8 either.

Another particularly advantageous variant for complete irradiation or spraying of the walls 2a to 2c with water is that the water distribution piece 9 rotates around the water sprinkling piece 8 during a cleaning operation. This is because the water jets emitted by the water distributor 9 also rotate, as a result of which they impinge on a particularly large area of the cooking space 2 or the walls 2a to 2c and enable particularly effective cleaning.

In order to drive the rotatable water distribution piece 9 to rotate against the water sprinkling piece 8, the water guide channels 18 to 20 and / or the shovel-like connecting areas 21 can be angled in comparison to an orientation extending radially in a straight line with respect to the longitudinal axis L. As a result, the water W flowing therein or hitting it exerts a force in the circumferential direction on the base 17 when it is deflected in direction, which force consequently rotates. The shovel-like connecting areas 21 thus serve as drive blades and the water guide channels 18 to 20 as water deflection channels.

Fig. 7 shows, in a view obliquely from above, a section of a further water distribution piece 41. Fig. 8 shows a top view of a further section of the water distribution piece 41.

The water distribution piece 41 differs from the water distribution piece 9 in that the top-side water ducts 42, 43 and 44 of the base 48 and the shovel-like connecting areas 45 are drawn in inclined towards a straight, radial orientation. The angle to the radial direction (shown in dashed lines) at the outlet of the water ducts 42, 43 and 44 is referred to below as the "radial inclination angle" β without loss of generality. The radial angle of inclination β points in the same direction (β> 0) for all water ducts 42, 43, 44 and possibly the shovel-like connecting areas 45. The radial inclination angle β can have the same size (β = const.) For all water ducts 42, 43, 44 and possibly the shovel-like connecting regions 45 or have different values for at least two of these components.

This radially inclined course (with β> 0) causes an impulse transfer from the water W to the water distributor 41 in the circumferential direction, which generates a torque on the water distributor 41. This results in a rotation of the water distribution piece 41, namely in the counterclockwise direction in the top view shown.

The water ducts 42, 43 and 44 have, similar to the water ducts 18 to 20, different horizontal angles of inclination α. The water duct 42 runs slightly upwards from the inside to the outside, the water duct 43 horizontally (a = 0 °) and the water duct 44 is strongly curved upwards. The water distribution piece 41 furthermore has two water ducts 46 - in particular oblique to a radial direction - which are open at the bottom and thus lead or deflect the water on the upper side, as in FIG Fig. 9 shown in a view from obliquely below. A particularly strong and targeted water jet can be directed through the water guide channels 46 into a lower region of the side wall 2c and onto the floor 2a of the cooking space 2 (a <0). Furthermore, at least one water conduit 47 which is open on the top but sloping from the inside outwards (a <0) can also be present.

The slip ring 31 is in Fig. 7 and Fig. 9 drawn in without the openings 30.

Fig. 10 sketches a cross-sectional view of the water distribution piece 41 in the area of a water conduit 46. Possible steps on the upper side of the ring 48 are under one Taper angle formed obliquely in order to simplify removal of the water distribution piece 41 from the mold, as indicated here with the aid of a correspondingly inclined water outlet opening 49.

In general, the cartridge holder can also not only be inserted vertically into a ceiling of a cooking space, but also e.g. at an angle to it, in particular at an angle of 90 ° or inserted horizontally. In this case, the position information used above, such as "above", "below", etc., can be adjusted accordingly.

In general, “a”, “an” etc. can be understood to mean a singular or a plurality, in particular in the sense of “at least one” or “one or more” etc., as long as this is not explicitly excluded, for example by the expression “precisely” a "etc.

A numerical specification can also include exactly the specified number as well as a customary tolerance range, as long as this is not explicitly excluded.
