Definitions
- a person climbing on the floor of the platform climbs on one of the two supports, by an external lateral side of the platform, then goes around the guardrail, blocking the possibility of him climbing on the floor by the respective edge of said support, so that the individual finds himself in a position of precarious balance, having his feet arranged on either side of the support and retaining a large part of his weight with the sole force of his arms.
- a second objective is to offer such a removable degree.
- a third objective is to provide such a degree, simple to manufacture.
- Such a degree thus facilitates the ascent of an individual on a platform.
- This degree is removable, allowing it to be moved on the platform and quickly removed from it.
- the degree is also simple to manufacture.
- a platform integrating a support, this support comprising an upright defining an external longitudinal side of the platform and a bar, the platform also comprising a degree as presented above.
- a platform 1 is represented, comprising a degree 2.
- the platform 1 comprises two supports 3, arranged on either side of a floor 4.
- the supports 3 support the floor 4 in a substantially horizontal position, at a predetermined height.
- the floor 4 is thus intended to support an individual, allowing him to perform work at height, or facilitating access to height.
- Each support 3 comprises bars 5 and two uprights 6, to which the bars 5 are fixed .
- the bars 5 are fixed substantially perpendicular to the uprights 6 and are arranged substantially equidistant from each other, so as to form a ladder.
- the uprights 6 comprise openings 7, through which the bars 5 pass.
- uprights 6 include more lights 7 than bars 5.
- the bars 5 are solid, include a cavity in their center or are preferably hollow.
- each support 3 comprises a single bar 5 or a plate replacing the bars 5 or even only an upright 6.
- the floor 4 of the platform 1 comprises for example two joists 8 resting on one of the bars 5 of the supports 3. According to an example not shown, the joists 8 are fixed to the uprights 6 of the supports 3.
- the floor 4 also comprises a board 9 resting on the joists 8. According to an example not shown, the floor 4 only comprises the board 9, directly fixed to the bars 5 or to the uprights 6 of the supports 3.
- the platform 1 thus forms a device comprising an upright 6 fitted with lights 7 and allowing work to be carried out at height or to facilitate access at height.
- the platform 1 has two outer lateral sides 10 , each substantially parallel to the bars 5 of one of the supports 3.
- the platform 1 also has two outer longitudinal sides 11 , substantially perpendicular to the outer lateral sides 10 , defined in part by the uprights 6 of the brackets 3.
- platform 1 is illustrated in dotted lines on the figure 1 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 8, 9 and 10 .
- Step 2 when held to one of the supports 3 of the platform 1, protrudes from one of the outer longitudinal sides 11 thereof.
- the support portion 12 , the support portion 13 and the holding portion 14 are integral.
- the support portion 12 , the support portion 13 and the holding portion 14 are independent parts, assembled together.
- the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 form a single piece, or step 2 is a single piece.
- the support portion 12 is configured to rest on one of the uprights 6 of the support 3 of the platform 1.
- the support portion 13 is arranged projecting from the outer longitudinal side 11 of the platform 1.
- the support portion 13 allows an individual to bear on the step 2, helping him to climb on the floor 4 of the platform 1.
- the holding portion 14 is directly integral with the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 .
- the retaining portion 14 comprises a front face 15 , a transverse face 16 and a rear face 17 .
- the front face 15 and the transverse face 16 are integral.
- the transverse face 16 and the rear face 17 are integral.
- stage 2 is described assembled on platform 1.
- the front face 15 , the transverse face 16 and the rear face 17 are preferably substantially parallel to the faces 18 of the upright 6 of the support 3. Such a configuration increases the stress making it possible to maintain the degree 2 in position with respect to the upright 6 .
- the retaining portion 14 is either disposed below the supporting portion 13 , or substantially at the same level as the supporting portion 13 , or above the supporting portion 13 .
- the retaining portion 14 when disposed below the supporting portion 13 , makes it possible to increase the degree 2 rotational locking constraint around an axis substantially parallel to the supporting portion 13 of the degree 2.
- the holding portion 14 when disposed above the support portion 13 , makes it possible to increase the locking stress in translation by degree 2 along an axis substantially parallel to said upright 6 of the support 3.
- the retaining portion 14 when disposed substantially at the same level as the supporting portion 13 , makes it possible to obtain a compromise between the increase in the rotation locking stress of degree 2 around the axis substantially parallel to the support portion 13 of degree 2 and the increase in the translation locking stress of degree 2, along the axis substantially parallel to said upright 6 of support 3.
- the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 are aligned. According to an embodiment not shown, the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 form an angle with respect to each other.
- the support portion 13 is arranged substantially parallel to the floor 4 of the platform 1, so as to provide an individual with stable support for climbing onto the platform 1.
- the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 have a generally cylindrical shape, with a circular base. According to an embodiment not shown, the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 have different shapes.
- the support portion 12 rests on one of the uprights 6 so as to enter one of the slots 7 of the upright 6 of the support 3 along a direction defined by a main axis P , substantially perpendicular to the slot 7.
- the general shape light 7 allows a rotation of degree 2 around the main axis P.
- the support portion 12 is inserted into a slot 7 through which one of the bars 5 of the support 3 passes .
- the support 3 increased.
- the support portion 12 is inserted in a slot 7 through which one of the bars 5 does not pass.
- the cooperation of the support portion 12 and the light 7 makes it possible to substantially block translations of degree 2, relative to the support 3, to the nearest clearance between the support portion 12 and the light 7, in all perpendicular directions. to the main P axis.
- the transverse face 16 of the holding portion 14 being substantially in contact with one of the sections 18 of the upright 6, blocks a rotation of degree 2 around the main axis P in one direction.
- the front face 15 and the rear face 17 of the holding portion 14 block a translation of degree 2 along the main axis P.
- the face 15 before punctually increases the perimeter of the portion 13 of support.
- the front face 15 thus reinforces degree 2, which makes it possible to offer increased resistance to an effort exerted by an individual exerting a vertical force on degree 2.
- the support portion 13 comprises a flat 19.
- the flat 19 makes it possible to reduce the risk of the individual slipping using degree 2 to climb on the platform 1.
- the holding portion 14 comprises a return 20 hooking one of the bars 5 of the support 3.
- the return 20 allows a better holding constraint of degree 2 in its position.
- the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 of degree 2 form, with respect to each other, an angle.
- the support portion 12 is arranged to bear on the upright 6 on which the step 2 is mounted, at the level of the external longitudinal side 11 of the platform 1.
- the support portion 12 thus blocks a translation of degree 2 in one direction, towards the upright 6, in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the upright 6 extends.
- the support portion 12 is preferably arranged substantially parallel to the direction in which the upright 6 extends, which makes it possible to guarantee good contact with the upright 6.
- the angle defined by the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 is preferably a right angle.
- the support portion 13 is arranged substantially parallel to the floor 4 of the platform 1, so as to provide an individual with stable support for climbing onto the platform 1.
- the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 have the general shape of a cylindrical bar. According to an embodiment not shown, the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 have different shapes, for example of a bar with a polygonal section.
- the transverse face 16 of the holding portion 14 blocks a translation of degree 2, in one direction, in a direction perpendicular to the transverse face 16 .
- the rear face 17 of the holding portion 14 blocks a translation of degree 2 in one direction, opposite to the direction blocked by the support portion 12 , in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the post extends 6.
- the rear face 17 of the retaining portion 14 is in contact with one of the bars 5 of the support 3.
- the rear face 17 thus blocks a translation of degree 2, in one direction, following a direction substantially parallel to the direction in which the upright 6 extends so that the step 2 does not slide along the said upright 6 when an individual leans on the step 2.
- the support portion 13 comprises a flat 19.
- the flat 19 makes it possible to reduce the risk of slipping of the foot of the individual using degree 2 to climb on the platform 1.
- the holding portion 14 comprises a return 20 hooking one of the bars 5 of the support 3.
- the return 20 blocks a translation of degree 2, in a direction different from the direction blocked by the transverse face 16 of the holding portion 14 , in the direction perpendicular to the transverse face 16 .
- the return 20 and the transverse face 16 make it possible, in cooperation, to block a rotation of degree 2 around the axis substantially parallel to the support portion 13 of degree 2.
- the support portion 12 and the support portion 13 of degree 2 are integrated in a part, of any shape, offering greater resistance to degree 2.
- Such a degree 2 thus makes it possible to facilitate the ascent of an individual on the floor 4 of the platform 1.
- This degree 2 is also removable, allowing it to be moved on the uprights 6 or to be quickly dismantled from the platform 1, without requiring specific tools.

Description
The invention relates to the field of devices for access and work at height such as, for example, ladders, stepladders or scaffolding, and more specifically to means facilitating climbing on such devices.
Scaffolding and ladders or stepladders, capable of being configured as a platform, generally have an inverted U-shape defining a substantially horizontal floor, integral, at two opposite edges, with supports similar to ladders, used to climb on the floor.
Ordinarily, the platform includes a guardrail on each of the two opposite edges.
A person climbing on the floor of the platform climbs on one of the two supports, by an external lateral side of the platform, then goes around the guardrail, blocking the possibility of him climbing on the floor by the respective edge of said support, so that the individual finds himself in a position of precarious balance, having his feet arranged on either side of the support and retaining a large part of his weight with the sole force of his arms.
It is known to fix to one of the supports a degree, arranged in the extension of the external lateral side of said support, projecting from an external longitudinal side of the platform, so that when an individual climbs on the floor of the platform, the individual takes a first step on the degree, giving him a good balance to get around the guardrail and allowing his weight to rest on this leg, then a second step on the floor.
A first objective is to propose a degree facilitating a climb on a platform.
A second objective is to offer such a removable degree.
