Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sliding wall system with a carriage for a sliding wall element of the sliding wall system, having a carriage housing, a first running wheel, a second running wheel and a suspension element, the running wheels being mounted so as to be rotatable about at least one running wheel axis with respect to the carriage housing by at least one bearing device, and wherein furthermore the suspension element is arranged in and / or on the vehicle housing, protruding from the car housing, in such a way that a sliding wall element can be fastened to the suspension element.
- the sliding wall system comprises a profile element for a ceiling guide, having a first runner profile, a second runner profile and a profile gap, which is particularly preferably arranged between the first runner profile and the second runner profile, the profile element being intended for use with such a carriage.
- the sliding wall element is attached to the carriage and the carriage is movably arranged in the profile element.
- Sliding wall systems are used to variably close and reopen openings in rooms. Such sliding wall systems can also be used for a variable division of rooms. Sliding wall systems in particular have a plurality of sliding wall elements which are movably guided in a profile element of a ceiling guide of the sliding wall system via at least one carriage each. It is known to design these sliding wall systems at least partially automatically, that is to say in particular that at least one of the carriages is constructed as a drive carriage.
- a Such a drive carriage has a drive unit which is designed to drive a running wheel and thus enables a driven and automatic movement of the sliding convertible element along the ceiling guide.
- switch sections for a branching of a lane in a profile element of the ceiling guide.
- Crossing lanes can also be made possible by such switch sections.
- a carriage can cut at least a first path section and a second path section in such a switch section.
- routes for the individual carriages of the sliding wall system can be provided in this way. For example, it is conceivable to set up parking spaces in which the individual sliding wall elements are arranged parallel to one another.
- a route section selected in a switch section can be set directly by a user.
- automatic sliding wall systems in which at least one of the carriages is designed as a drive carriage, however, such direct influencing of a movement of the sliding wall element and thus the carriage or the drive carriage is often no longer possible.
- complex switching mechanisms both for switch sections and for carriages, are known in order to define a travel path of a sliding wall element of a sliding wall system.
- these are mechanically complex and cause high costs, both in production and in their use, in particular, for example, with regard to susceptibility to maintenance.
- EP 0 719 902 A1 shows a carriage according to the preamble of claim 1.
- FIG. 11 shows a suspension roller assembly for movable partitions mounted on a guide rail for moving a door plank.
- a running wheel bearing is arranged in the guide rail, which in turn has a guide plate at the upper end.
- the object of the invention is to at least partially remedy the disadvantages described above of carriages for a sliding wall element of a sliding wall system, of profile elements for a ceiling guide of a sliding wall system and of sliding wall systems.
- the object of the invention is to provide a sliding wall system with a carriage and a profile element in which a travel path of the carriage can be set in a particularly simple and inexpensive manner, in which in particular mechanically active, in particular switchable, components can be dispensed with.
- the carriage has at least one arrangement element which has two or more receiving positions for the optional but fixed arrangement of a guide element, a guide element for defining a path of the carriage being arranged in at least one of the receiving positions.
- the arrangement element is arranged on the suspension element in such a way that the at least one guide element is arranged below the profile element.
- the carriage housing provides a volume for at least a part of the carriage, in which this part of the carriage is arranged. Protection against damage and / or contamination can thereby be provided.
- the first and second running wheels are each designed to contact a running surface of a profile element of a ceiling guide of the sliding wall system, whereby a movement of the carriage in the profile element of the ceiling guide of the sliding wall system can be made possible.
- the two running wheels have at least one running wheel axis about which the respective running wheel is rotatably mounted in the carriage, the two running wheels preferably being arranged coaxially to one another and thus having a common running wheel axis.
- a mounting device enables this movement, with the mounting direction also making it possible, in particular, for example, to reduce or minimize friction losses of a rotation of the running wheels.
- the carriage has a suspension element to which a sliding wall element of the sliding wall system can be fastened.
- the suspension element can be inside the car body or directly on the car body be attached. It is crucial that the suspension element protrudes from the car housing in such a way that the sliding wall element can be attached to it.
- a profile gap is provided through which the suspension element also protrudes.
- the sliding wall element can already be held by just one carriage. Such holding can, however, also be provided by several of the carriages and / or a combination of one or more of the carriages and one or more drive carriages which have a drive unit.
- the carriage has at least one arrangement element.
- Such an arrangement element can be designed as an independent component, but also as an integral part of an existing element of the carriage.
- the arrangement element has two or more receiving positions.
- a receiving position is a location on the arrangement element which is designed to receive a guide element.
- each of the receiving positions of an arrangement element has the necessary devices to receive a guiding element or that a guiding element can be arranged at this receiving position.
- These devices can, for example, be threaded bores, snap elements or axle elements for guide elements designed in the manner of a roller. According to the invention it is provided that at least one of the receiving positions is occupied by a guide element.
- This assignment which is an arrangement of a Running element corresponds to a receiving position of the arrangement element, can optionally and particularly preferably be made reversible.
- a guide element within the meaning of the invention is a component and / or a device that is designed to adjust a path of the carriage when moving in a ceiling guide of a sliding wall system or can be used for such an adjustment.
- a travel path of the carriage in the ceiling guide can be set.
- a selection of the receiving position of the at least one running element on the arrangement element can be particularly preferred to set in which of the switch sections this interaction of the at least one guide element takes place and which path is taken in the corresponding switch section by the carriage will.
- a special travel path of the carriage can be set in the entire profile element of the ceiling guide by the receiving position of the arrangement element in which the at least one guide element is arranged on the arrangement element.
- An arrangement element is arranged on the suspension element of the carriage.
- Another arrangement element can be arranged on the car body.
- An arrangement within the meaning of the invention can include an, in particular reversible, fastening of the arrangement element on the vehicle housing and / or on the suspension element.
- an integral, in particular one-piece, configuration of the arrangement element with the carriage housing and / or the suspension element of the carriage represents an arrangement according to the invention.
- the carriage housing of the carriage mostly protects a section of the carriage that is located above the profile element.
- An additional arrangement of an arrangement element on the car housing can thus provide that both an arrangement of guide elements above the profile element and can be provided below the profile element by arranging the arrangement element on the suspension element.
- a particularly large number of locations at which receiving positions can be provided for an arrangement of a guide element can thus be created.
- a variability of the adjustable running paths for the carriage can thereby be increased overall.
- the carriage can also be designed in such a way that the at least one guide element is designed as a guide roller.
- a guide roller is preferably a cylinder-like guide element which is rotatably mounted in the respective receiving position.
- the guide roller can rotate about its axis of rotation, in particular when it comes into contact with a profile element, preferably a counter-guide element of a profile element, a ceiling guide for adjusting a travel path of the carriage. Frictional losses in these interactions can be minimized by designing a guide element as a guide roller, in particular by rotating the guide roller. In particular, tilting of the guide element and thus of the entire carriage in the profile element can also be prevented or at least made significantly more difficult.
- An axis of rotation of such a guide roller can furthermore preferably be aligned parallel to a vertical axis of the carriage and thus mostly perpendicular to a wheel axis and a running direction of the carriage.
- the axis of rotation of the guide roller is aligned parallel to a vertical axis of the carriage.
- the carriage has two or more, preferably six or eight, receiving positions.
- the receiving positions are each provided by at least one arrangement element.
- each of the receiving positions is exhibited by an arrangement element.
- Pick-up positions are those places on the carriage where guide elements can be arranged.
- a combination of arranged guide elements defines in particular the path that the carriage will take when used in a profile element of a ceiling guide of a sliding wall system. In this way, a particularly large number of possible definitions of routes through the two or more, preferably six or eight, receiving positions can also be provided.
- the carriage can be designed in such a way that the carriage is designed as a drive carriage and has a drive unit with an electric drive, which is at least partially arranged inside the first impeller and for driving the first impeller with the first impeller by a first coupling element is mechanically coupled.
- the interior of the first impeller is used to at least partially provide installation space for the electric drive. It is thus possible to use the volume of the impeller for the electric drive or the drive unit.
- a drive torque of the electric drive is transmitted to the first impeller via a first coupling element.
- the first coupling element can, for example, be a transmission, in particular be a planetary gear.
- a first coupling element within the meaning of the invention is also a direct configuration of at least part of the first impeller as part of the electric drive, for example as a rotor of the electric drive be that no or at least only little additional space has to be provided for the arrangement of the drive unit.
- a difference in the installation space requirement between a carriage designed as a drive carriage and a carriage that does not have a drive unit can be minimized as a result. All the advantages that have been described in relation to a carriage without a drive unit can thus also be provided by a carriage which is designed as a drive carriage.
- the suspension element has a bearing element to enable the sliding convertible element to rotate about at least one axis perpendicular to the axial extent of the running wheels.
- a bearing element can be designed, for example, as a swivel joint.
- Such a swivel joint can, for example, use a roller bearing to produce a rotary movement about a vertical axis that is perpendicular to both a direction of movement of the carriage in the ceiling guide and to at least one wheel axis, and a swivel movement of the sliding convertible element about a transverse axis via at least one horizontal bolt , which is aligned perpendicular to the vertical axis and to at least one impeller axis.
- a rotation about the vertical axis simplifies, in particular, a movement of the sliding wall element on a curved path or an arrangement of several sliding wall elements in a parking position. Enabling one Pivoting movement about a transverse axis has the particular advantage that contact with the corresponding running profile can be ensured at all times by a running wheel driven by the drive unit in a profile element of the ceiling guide
- the profile element for the ceiling guide of the sliding wall system has a first running profile, a second running profile and a profile gap, which is particularly preferably arranged between the first running profile and the second running profile, the running wheels of the carriage being arranged on each one of the running profiles and the
- the suspension element extends through the profile gap, the profile element also having at least one counter-guide element for guiding a guide element of the carriage in a contacting manner.
- the carriage is movably arranged in the profile element, the running wheels of the carriage being arranged on each of the running profiles of the profile element.
- the suspension element of the carriage protrudes through the profile gap of the profile element, so that the sliding wall element can be attached to the suspension element of the carriage.
- the two running profiles of the profile element are preferably arranged in such a way that the profile gap is located between the first and the second running profile. In this way, the running wheels, via which a weight force of the sliding convertible element is transmitted to the profile element, are also arranged on both sides of the profile gap, whereby a particularly good and even loading of the profile element can be achieved.
- the profile element has at least one counter-guide element which is designed to guide a guide element of the carriage in a contacting manner.
- the at least one counter-guide element when the carriage moves in the running profile, and thus in a ceiling guide of a sliding wall system, the at least one counter-guide element at least temporarily touches the at least one guide element of the carriage. An at least partially form-fitting guidance of the guide element, and thus of the entire carriage, through the counter-guide element can thereby be provided.
- the guide element of the carriage is in turn arranged on the arrangement element of the carriage in a receiving position, by means of which a specific path along the profile element can be established.
- the at least one counter-guide element of the profile element can therefore preferably be arranged at positions of the profile element at which a branching path of the carriage is possible.
- the profile element can be designed in such a way that the profile element has at least one switch section in which a path, the path at least comprising the running profiles and the profile gap, forks into at least a first path section and a second path section, the switch section being the at least one Has counter-guide element for contacting guidance of a guide element of the carriage.
- a carriage can preferably move in the profile element along a path.
- the path includes at least the two running profiles and the profile gap, see above that along the entire runway both the rollable arrangement of one of the running wheels of the carriage on one of the running profiles and the arrangement of the suspension element extending through the profile gap can be provided.
- a switch section can enable this path to be branched into at least a first and a second path section.
- the profile element can also have several such switch sections. Diverse route combinations can be provided in this way.
- the switch section has the counter-guide element.
- the counter-guide element can, for example, be arranged and / or fastened to the switch section, but can also be formed in one piece and / or in one piece with it.
- the mating guide element is designed to guide the guide element and thus the carriage in a contacting manner.
- the second path section can be set and specified for the path of the carriage.
- the definition of a travel path of the carriage in a switch section of the profile element can be provided.
- the profile element can be further developed in such a way that the switch section has at least one positioning element for optional positioning, in particular for optional reversible positioning, of the counter-guide element on the switch section, a position of the counter-guide element on the positioning element defining the path of the carriage through the switch section.
- a positioning element it can thus be provided in particular that the at least one counter-guide element can be arranged at different positions on the switch section, it being possible for these positions to be assumed by the at least one counter-guide element.
- a wide variety of definitions of routes of the carriage via the contacting guidance of a guide element of the carriage through the at least one counter-guide element can thereby be made possible.
- positions of the positioning element can optionally be occupied with counter-guide elements or remain free.
- a large number of possible arrangement variants of counter-guide elements on a switch section of the profile element can thus be provided in a particularly simple manner.
- a reversibility of the arrangement is particularly preferably provided so that, in other words, an arrangement of the at least one counter-guide element on the positioning element that has been carried out once, and thus a determination of a travel path of a carriage, can be changed at a later point in time.
- the at least one counter-guide element is designed as a guide web and / or as a guide curve.
- a mating guide element designed as a guide bar and a mating guide element designed as a guide curve differ in that they are formed on different, in particular opposite, sides of a guide element for guiding the same in a contacting manner.
- a guide bar for guiding this guide element in contact with one another on an outside, that is to say at a distance
- a suspension element Running curve for contacting guidance on an inside, that is, near or at least closer to the suspension element.
- the same guide element can be particularly easily steered in different directions by means of a contacting guide by means of catwalks and trajectories.
- Branches of a path of a carriage to the right and to the left can thus be determined with the same guide element on the carriage, a mating guide element designed as a guide bar and a mating guide element designed as a guide curve being used for the different directions.
- An increase in the variability of the possible routes without a significant increase in the complexity of the profile element or in particular of the carriage can thus be provided.
- Fig. 1 shows a sliding wall system 100 according to the invention, a sliding wall element 101 of the sliding wall system 100 being shown.
- the sliding wall element 101 is connected at its upper end to a respective suspension element 14 of a carriage 10 and a drive carriage 103.
