Sanitary outlet unit (1) which can be fitted to the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting, having a sleeve-like and single- or multi-part outlet mouthpiece (2), which (2) has a thread (3) or similar fastening means for fastening to a counterpart thread or similar countering means on the water outlet of the sanitary outlet fitting, and having at least one sanitary insert part, which can be inserted from an inflow-side sleeve opening (4) of the outlet mouthpiece (2) into the latter (2) until the at least one insert part bears on a support on the sleeve inner circumference of the outlet mouthpiece (2), wherein the outflow-side outlet face edge of the outlet mouthpiece (2) is arranged with a spacing after the outlet face side of the sanitary insert part in the throughflow direction, and wherein the clear sleeve cross section of the outlet mouthpiece (2) is, at least in the sub-region following the outlet face side of the insert part in the throughflow direction, larger than the clear outlet cross section of the insert part and the insert housing (5) thereof, characterized in that the outlet unit (1) has, at least in an outflow-side sub-region of the outlet mouthpiece (2), an anti-bacterial surface, and in that the spacing between the outlet face side and the outlet face edge measures more than 5 mm.
  2. Sanitary outlet unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that the at least one insert part is in the form of an insert element, or has at least one insert element (5, 6, 7, 8), which (5, 6, 7, 8) has a perforated structure with throughflow holes.
  3. Sanitary outlet unit according to Claim 2, characterized in that the at least one insert element (5, 6, 7, 8) has a grid-like, mesh-like or honeycomb perforated structure.
  4. Sanitary outlet unit according to Claim 3, characterized in that the grid-like or mesh-like perforated structure is formed from sets of webs crossing one another at crossing points, which webs bound the throughflow holes between one another.
  5. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the perforated structure of the at least one insert element (7, 8) is bounded by a ring at the outer circumference.
  6. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 2 to 5, characterized in that provision is made for at least two insert elements (5, 6) spaced apart from one another in the throughflow direction, of which at least one insert element (6) is in the form of a jet splitter, which divides the water jet into individual jets, and one outflow-side insert element (5) is in the form of a flow straightener, which brings together the individual jets to form a homogeneous outlet jet.
  7. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the sanitary insert part is in the form of a preferably non-aerated jet regulator or in the form of a jet former or has a preferably non-aerated jet regulator (9) or jet former.
  8. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the sanitary insert part has an insert housing (5) which, at least in a sub-region, has an anti-bacterial housing surface at the inner side and/or outer side.
  9. Sanitary outlet unit according to Claim 8, characterized in that at least two insert elements (6, 7, 8) are inserted into the insert housing (5).
  10. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the sanitary insert part or at least the insert housing (5) thereof consists of at least one plastic part and in particular at least one plastic injection-moulded part.
  11. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the sanitary insert part and in particular the insert housing (5) thereof bears an anti-bacterial surface coating in the region of the anti-bacterial surface.
  12. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the outlet mouthpiece (2), in the region of the anti-bacterial surface thereof, is produced from a material with anti-bacterial material properties.
  13. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the outlet mouthpiece, in the region of the anti-bacterial surface thereof, is produced from copper or a copper alloy.
  14. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the outflow-side outlet end region of the outlet mouthpiece is formed by a copper annular sleeve.
  15. Sanitary outlet unit according to Claim 14, characterized in that the spacing between the outlet face side and the outlet face edge measures more than 10 mm and preferably more than 15 mm.
  16. Sanitary outlet unit according to Claim 14 or 15, characterized in that the spacing between the outlet face side and the outlet face edge measures more than one third of the longitudinal extent of the insert part in the throughflow direction.
  17. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 13 to 16, characterized in that the spacing between the outlet face side and the outlet face edge measures more than half of the clear diameter of the insert part.
  18. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 7 to 17, characterized in that the jet regulator (9) or jet former of the insert part is connected, preferably detachably, to an inflow-side upstream screen or filter screen (15).
  19. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 7 to 18, characterized in that a throughflow-rate regulator (16) or throughflow limiter is arranged upstream of the jet regulator (9) or jet former of the insert part at the inflow side and is preferably arranged between the jet regulator (9) or jet former at one side and the upstream screen or filter screen (15) at the other side.
  20. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 19, characterized in that the outlet mouthpiece (2) bears at least one annular groove on its outflow-side outlet face edge.
  21. Sanitary outlet unit according to one of Claims 1 to 20, characterized in that the anti-bacterial surface is formed at least on a surface region which is accessible from the outside, in particular a surface region spaced apart from the water jet.
