Claims (9)

  1. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10), comprenant au moins un corps (11) et au moins un élément de fermeture (20) fermant une ouverture du corps (11), ainsi qu'au moins un agencement de profilé (1) disposé dans une fente (19) formée entre l'élément de fermeture (20) et le corps (11), l'agencement de profilé comprenant au moins une base (8), au moins un agencement de fixation (2), au moins un élément de revêtement (5), ainsi qu'au moins un agencement d'étanchéité (3), qui comporte au moins une cavité (30, 31, 32, 33) et qui est fabriqué en un matériau polymère élastique souple présentant une dureté Shore A selon DIN EN ISO 868 d'environ 50 à 95, de préférence de 60 à 90, l'élément de revêtement (5) étant disposé par liaison de matière sur l'agencement d'étanchéité (3), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) est disposé par liaison de matière sur au moins une paroi de l'ensemble d'étanchéité (3) entourant la cavité (30, 31, 32, 33).
  2. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) est appliqué sur l'agencement d'étanchéité (3) par pression et/ou température, de préférence dans un procédé en ligne.
  3. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de l'agencement d'étanchéité (3) et/ou de l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) est activée avant l'application de l'élément de revêtement (5) par un traitement physique et/ou chimique, de préférence par un traitement thermique, à la flamme, au plasma, par micro-ondes, infrarouge ou corona.
  4. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) comporte au moins une couche supérieure (51) ainsi qu'au moins une couche inférieure (52) reliée à celle-ci.
  5. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche inférieure (52) de l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) comporte au moins en partie un adhésif à réactivité chimique activable.
  6. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche inférieure (52) de l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) se base sur le matériau à partir duquel l'agencement d'étanchéité (3) de l'agencement de profilé (1) est fabriqué.
  7. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche supérieure (52) de l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) est réalisée au moins en partie sous la forme d'un élément décoratif et/ou comporte au moins un élément décoratif.
  8. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de l'élément de revêtement (5) de l'agencement de profilé (1) est comprise entre 0,01 et 0,5 mm, de préférence entre 0,01 et 0,25 mm.
  9. Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parois entourant la cavité (30, 31, 32, 33) de l'agencement d'étanchéité (3) de l'agencement de profilé (1) présentent une épaisseur de paroi d'environ 0,1 à 2 mm, de préférence environ 0,2 à 1,5 mm.
