- the invention further relates to a container comprising this container, wherein the container is placed in an outer packaging and / or wherein the container is mounted within an outer packaging.
- the invention also relates to methods for producing corresponding containers and containers.
- a container which consists of cardboard or cardboard and for receiving liquid, pasty or powdered compositions, in particular for receiving paint, is used.
- the container is stored in a bag in which the paint is stored.
- a liquid-tight separating element is attached between the bag and the container.
- a container of the type mentioned in which at least one handle-like element is provided, which is integrally connected at least to the bottom element and / or the side wall.
- the container can be easily carried with one hand, so that the other hand can be used for painting.
- the carrying handle-like element is integrally connected to the bottom element and / or the side wall, a very high stability is ensured, so that the container can be worn safely.
- the bottom element, the side wall and the handle-like element form a coherent, one-piece part.
- the bottom element, the side wall and the handle-like element consist essentially of a cellulose-containing material, in particular paper, cardboard, or any combination of the three materials, and a contiguous, folded Form part.
- a cellulose-containing material in particular paper, cardboard, or any combination of the three materials, and a contiguous, folded Form part.
- the coherent part can be made, for example, as a blank of cardboard or cardboard with incorporated punching lines and / or perforations and then in unfolded, flat form in stacks be stored and transported.
- the container according to the invention can then simply be folded out of one piece and, if necessary, adhesively bonded to designated locations.
- the handle-like element is arranged approximately centrally with respect to the bottom surface, so that the container is in equilibrium when it is worn.
- the handle-like element is arranged between the two trough-like regions.
- the handle-like element divides in this embodiment, the trough for receiving the substance or the composition practically in two halves, wherein the handle-like element is preferably arranged centrally so that the container is as balanced as possible when it is worn.
- the handle-like element may have openings and / or passages, via which at least two trough-like regions are connected to one another.
- a particular advantage of this embodiment lies in the fact that the trough-like regions are connected to one another by the introduction of openings and / or passages, so that, for example, ink located therein can be distributed in equal parts in both regions without creating an imbalance.
- the handle-like element consists in this embodiment of a folded-up portion of the bottom element and thus two adjacent sub-elements (leaves), it is advantageous if these sub-elements are glued or otherwise firmly connected, so that the two stay trough-like areas leak-proof and the stability of the container according to the invention is additionally increased.
- the handle-like element protrudes beyond the upper edge of the side wall, wherein the element has at least one engagement which is arranged above the upper edge of the side wall.
- the container is additionally stabilized when worn, and the outstanding engagement avoids the user coming into unintentional contact with the fabric or composition (e.g., paint).
- the surfaces of the bottom element, the side wall and the carrying handle-like element which are in relation to the trough-like region are provided with a coating which is impermeable to the composition, so that an additional barrier exists as leakage protection.
- the coating prevents the material of the inner surfaces from softening too quickly when storing or taking up paint.
- the coating preferably consists of a biodegradable material based on renewable raw materials and water, for example an aqueous polyurethane coating based on vegetable raw materials.
- all suitable plastic coatings or coatings based on renewable raw materials in aqueous or solvent-containing form can be used.
- the coating can be applied to the surfaces, for example, as aqueous plastic dispersions, solvent-based lacquer, melt and / or hotmelt.
- the coating may for example consist of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) or be made at least based on PVAL. PVAL dissolves completely (depending on the saponification degree of the PVAL) in cold or warm water. When recycling the container according to the invention then no adhesions or residues of the coating are no longer present, so that the Inventive container in this embodiment is even more environmentally friendly.
- PVAL polyvinyl alcohol
- a container of the type mentioned in which the outer packaging is a coherent part which completely encloses the container and has at least one extending around the entire circumference of the outer packaging area for opening the outer packaging.
- the container according to the invention thus represents an outwardly completely closed packaging unit, which securely encloses the container according to the invention and is easy to transport due to the compact form.
- This packaging unit is therefore particularly suitable for storage and shipping of the container.
- the outer packaging provides space for other components of the container and thus the ability to provide the user with complete equipment for the intended application in a container. By running around the entire circumference of the outer packaging area for opening the outer packaging, it is possible for the user to open the outer packaging quickly and easily completely in order to access all components of the container according to the invention can.
- the outer packaging consists essentially of a cellulose-containing material, in particular paper, cardboard or cardboard, or any combination of the three materials, and forms a continuous, folded part and / or that the area for opening the outer packaging comprises at least one band-shaped region with perforations extending on both sides and at least one opening tab.
- the outer packaging may consist of a cellulose-containing and thus biodegradable and recyclable material. Even the outer packaging is therefore an environmentally friendly product that can be disposed of easily and ecologically.
- the choice of paperboard or cardboard on the one hand enables the production of a stable outer packaging and on the other hand, the folding of the same from a contiguous (one-piece) part.
- the coherent part can be described as, for example Made of cardboard or cardboard with incorporated punching lines and perforations and then stored in unfolded, flat form in stacks and transported.
- the outer packaging can then be easily folded from one piece and finally, after complete assembly of the container according to the invention, be glued to the designated places. This results in a completely closed to the outside container that can be opened easily and quickly by tearing open the circumferential band along the two-sided running perforations without the glued overpack must be torn open.
- the glued portion of the outer packaging to the container and possibly the lid is maintained and thus seals these individual components of the container in addition.
- the outer packaging comprises a lid for the container, wherein the lid is arranged and / or fixed in the outer packaging such that it closes the container when the outer packaging encloses the container.
- the lid like the container and the outer packaging, can be made by folding from a single continuous part (blank) and form a leak-proof tray which can be used for the collection and removal of the substance or the composition.
- the lid can therefore be used, for example, as an additional ink tray, from which color can be removed by means of a roller or a brush with telescopic rod, for example, if it was parked on the floor.
- the lid is preferably formed at least so high that the handle-like element of the container are completely covered and thus the lid can completely close the container.
- the lid is therefore intended in particular for the transport and storage of the container and should ensure that the embedded paint, utensils, etc. can not fall out and possibly that the paint can not dry out.
- the lid can also serve as a paint tray when the container is opened and the container was supplied to its intended use.
- the outer packaging has at least one gripping device, which is preferably mounted sunk.
- This advantageous embodiment ensures that the container according to the invention can be worn in the closed state by the user. If the handle device is arranged sunk, the container also remains stackable and thus advantageously stored and transported.
- the container according to the invention comprises at least one coating device for paint, which may preferably be arranged in the container and / or the lid.
- the container according to the invention may comprise at least one painting tool, which is preferably also arranged in the container and / or the lid.
- the container according to the invention can therefore provide the user with all or at least some of the tools needed for painting in a single packaging unit.
- the doctor can preferably be glued to the container and / or the lid.
- the doctor can be designed in particular as Abstreichgitter and serve the correct dosage of the color. By gluing to the container and / or the lid prevents the doctor can slip during use.
- the leak-proof plastic bag may consist of a biodegradable material based on renewable raw materials and water, for example an aqueous polyurethane coating based on vegetable raw materials. In principle, all suitable polymers based on renewable raw materials in aqueous or solvent-containing form can be used.
- the leak-proof bag may for example consist of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) or at least be made based on PVAL.
- the container according to the invention may advantageously have a square or rectangular shape, so that several packages are stackable.
- a plurality of containers can be stored and transported particularly economically space-saving, so that the container according to the invention is particularly suitable for mail order (online trading) and the sale in department stores.
- the invention also relates to a method for producing the container according to the invention, in which the bottom element, the side wall and the handle-like element are folded out of the contiguous part in such a way that the trough-like region is leakproof and free of splices and the handle-like element forms at least one side wall.
- the folding of the container from a contiguous (one-piece) part allows the production of a stable container in a single process step, wherein the convolution takes place in the region of the tub in such a way that no splices are required and no places arise, the leakage of the substances or compositions to be absorbed allow.
- the container according to the invention is thus folded from one piece, whereby the handle-like element is formed by unfolding the contiguous part, without the need for gluing or otherwise connecting individual components is required.
- the handle-like element thereby forms at least one side wall and is thus an integral part of the container and not added as a separate part, so that overall a very stable container is formed.
- the invention further relates to a method for producing the container according to the invention, in which initially the outer packaging of the contiguous part is folded such that a container open to one side, in which then the container of the invention is inserted and / or glued, and finally the Outer packaging is closed by folding and gluing the free ends.
- the folding of the outer packaging of a continuous (one-piece) part allows the production of a self-contained container with a stable outer packaging in a few steps, the outer packaging simply folded from one piece and then finally, after the complete assembly of the container according to the invention, is glued to the designated places. This results in a completely closed container to the outside, which can be opened easily and quickly, for example, by tearing a circumferential band along perforations running on both sides.
- FIG. 1 shows an exemplary blank for producing an exemplary embodiment of the container according to the invention, from which the container is made of a contiguous part 1 by folding and gluing.
- the blank is constructed symmetrically and comprises a first half 1a and a second half 1b, which together form the coherent part 1.
- the manufacturing process described below refers to both halves 1a and 1b, wherein the respective steps described for both halves 1 a and 1 b are carried out identically.
- the blank is preferably spread for this purpose on a flat surface, such as a table top or work surface.
- the side walls 2 are then folded upwards along the fold lines 4 on the bottom element 5, the gusset corners 3 each being pulled outwards and folded over in such a way that they abut against the side walls 2, respectively.
- the gusset corners 3 are glued to the side walls 2.

Description
The invention relates to a container for holding liquid, pasty or powdery substances or compositions, in particular paints, which comprises at least one bottom surface forming a bottom element and at least one side wall, wherein the bottom element and the side wall in the lying on the bottom surface state at least form a trough-like area which is leakproof with respect to the compositions. The invention further relates to a container comprising this container, wherein the container is placed in an outer packaging and / or wherein the container is mounted within an outer packaging. Finally, the invention also relates to methods for producing corresponding containers and containers.
At present, paints are usually still transported and sold in liquid or pasty form in plastic buckets or in tin cans. In this case, enormous amounts of waste accumulate annually, which are also contaminated with paint residues and thus are considered hazardous waste and must be disposed of correspondingly consuming and costly. Color buckets or cans, because of their shape and weight, are also impractical for shipping and therefore of limited use for online commerce, which is becoming more and more important in consumer behavior today. Another disadvantage of the usual containers often occurs when painting itself days, because the often large, heavy and bulky paint buckets are very unwieldy and can be difficult to carry when painting in the hand or park on a ladder. Consequently, it is necessary, especially with a ceiling painting, to climb again and again from the ladder to the Brush again with paint, and then climb the ladder again, which is often time consuming and exhausting for the person stroking. For these reasons, alternatives to the conventional plastic buckets and tin cans have been developed, which should avoid the disadvantages mentioned.

While these known containers or containers already represent a significant improvement in terms of disposal and transport or shipping, they are impractical in terms of handling when painting, as they can be poorly worn and a simultaneous wearing and painting is hardly possible.
It is an object of the invention to provide containers and containers of the type mentioned, which avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and in particular ensure good handling during the painting.
The object is achieved by a container of the type mentioned, in which at least one handle-like element is provided, which is integrally connected at least to the bottom element and / or the side wall. By means of the handle-like element, the container can be easily carried with one hand, so that the other hand can be used for painting. Characterized in that the carrying handle-like element is integrally connected to the bottom element and / or the side wall, a very high stability is ensured, so that the container can be worn safely.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the bottom element, the side wall and the handle-like element form a coherent, one-piece part. As a result, the essential components of the container according to the invention can be manufactured simply from one piece, which simplifies the manufacturing process and ensures high stability.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the bottom element, the side wall and the handle-like element consist essentially of a cellulose-containing material, in particular paper, cardboard, or any combination of the three materials, and a contiguous, folded Form part. That the essential components of the container according to the invention consist of a cellulose-containing material, and thus of a biodegradable and recyclable material, is advantageous from an ecological point of view and facilitates the disposal of the container. The use of cellulose-containing starting materials thus results in an environmentally friendly product. In addition, in particular the choice of cardboard allows on the one hand the production of a stable container and on the other hand the folding of the container from a coherent (one-piece) part. The coherent part can be made, for example, as a blank of cardboard or cardboard with incorporated punching lines and / or perforations and then in unfolded, flat form in stacks be stored and transported. The container according to the invention can then simply be folded out of one piece and, if necessary, adhesively bonded to designated locations.
B. Farbe) deutlich verringert. In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the handle-like element is arranged approximately centrally with respect to the bottom surface, so that the container is in equilibrium when it is worn. As a result, the handling of the container according to the invention is further facilitated and, moreover, the probability of spillage of the composition contained therein (eg color) is significantly reduced.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least two trough-like regions are provided, wherein the handle-like element is arranged between the two trough-like regions. The handle-like element divides in this embodiment, the trough for receiving the substance or the composition practically in two halves, wherein the handle-like element is preferably arranged centrally so that the container is as balanced as possible when it is worn.
For this purpose, the handle-like element may have openings and / or passages, via which at least two trough-like regions are connected to one another. A particular advantage of this embodiment lies in the fact that the trough-like regions are connected to one another by the introduction of openings and / or passages, so that, for example, ink located therein can be distributed in equal parts in both regions without creating an imbalance. If the handle-like element consists in this embodiment of a folded-up portion of the bottom element and thus two adjacent sub-elements (leaves), it is advantageous if these sub-elements are glued or otherwise firmly connected, so that the two stay trough-like areas leak-proof and the stability of the container according to the invention is additionally increased.
Anstrichmittel) kommt. In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the handle-like element protrudes beyond the upper edge of the side wall, wherein the element has at least one engagement which is arranged above the upper edge of the side wall. A particular advantage of this embodiment according to the invention is that the container is additionally stabilized when worn, and the outstanding engagement avoids the user coming into unintentional contact with the fabric or composition (e.g., paint).
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least the surfaces of the bottom element, the side wall and the carrying handle-like element which are in relation to the trough-like region are provided with a coating which is impermeable to the composition, so that an additional barrier exists as leakage protection. In addition, the coating prevents the material of the inner surfaces from softening too quickly when storing or taking up paint. The coating preferably consists of a biodegradable material based on renewable raw materials and water, for example an aqueous polyurethane coating based on vegetable raw materials. In principle, all suitable plastic coatings or coatings based on renewable raw materials in aqueous or solvent-containing form can be used. The coating can be applied to the surfaces, for example, as aqueous plastic dispersions, solvent-based lacquer, melt and / or hotmelt.
The coating may for example consist of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) or be made at least based on PVAL. PVAL dissolves completely (depending on the saponification degree of the PVAL) in cold or warm water. When recycling the container according to the invention then no adhesions or residues of the coating are no longer present, so that the Inventive container in this embodiment is even more environmentally friendly.
The object is further achieved by a container of the type mentioned, in which the outer packaging is a coherent part which completely encloses the container and has at least one extending around the entire circumference of the outer packaging area for opening the outer packaging. The container according to the invention thus represents an outwardly completely closed packaging unit, which securely encloses the container according to the invention and is easy to transport due to the compact form. This packaging unit is therefore particularly suitable for storage and shipping of the container. In addition, the outer packaging provides space for other components of the container and thus the ability to provide the user with complete equipment for the intended application in a container. By running around the entire circumference of the outer packaging area for opening the outer packaging, it is possible for the user to open the outer packaging quickly and easily completely in order to access all components of the container according to the invention can.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the outer packaging consists essentially of a cellulose-containing material, in particular paper, cardboard or cardboard, or any combination of the three materials, and forms a continuous, folded part and / or that the area for opening the outer packaging comprises at least one band-shaped region with perforations extending on both sides and at least one opening tab. Like the container according to the invention, therefore, the outer packaging may consist of a cellulose-containing and thus biodegradable and recyclable material. Even the outer packaging is therefore an environmentally friendly product that can be disposed of easily and ecologically. In addition, in particular, the choice of paperboard or cardboard on the one hand enables the production of a stable outer packaging and on the other hand, the folding of the same from a contiguous (one-piece) part. The coherent part can be described as, for example Made of cardboard or cardboard with incorporated punching lines and perforations and then stored in unfolded, flat form in stacks and transported. The outer packaging can then be easily folded from one piece and finally, after complete assembly of the container according to the invention, be glued to the designated places. This results in a completely closed to the outside container that can be opened easily and quickly by tearing open the circumferential band along the two-sided running perforations without the glued overpack must be torn open. In addition, the glued portion of the outer packaging to the container and possibly the lid is maintained and thus seals these individual components of the container in addition.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the outer packaging comprises a lid for the container, wherein the lid is arranged and / or fixed in the outer packaging such that it closes the container when the outer packaging encloses the container. The lid, like the container and the outer packaging, can be made by folding from a single continuous part (blank) and form a leak-proof tray which can be used for the collection and removal of the substance or the composition. The lid can therefore be used, for example, as an additional ink tray, from which color can be removed by means of a roller or a brush with telescopic rod, for example, if it was parked on the floor. The lid is preferably formed at least so high that the handle-like element of the container are completely covered and thus the lid can completely close the container. The lid is therefore intended in particular for the transport and storage of the container and should ensure that the embedded paint, utensils, etc. can not fall out and possibly that the paint can not dry out. In addition, the lid can also serve as a paint tray when the container is opened and the container was supplied to its intended use.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the outer packaging has at least one gripping device, which is preferably mounted sunk. This advantageous embodiment ensures that the container according to the invention can be worn in the closed state by the user. If the handle device is arranged sunk, the container also remains stackable and thus advantageously stored and transported.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the container according to the invention comprises at least one coating device for paint, which may preferably be arranged in the container and / or the lid. Alternatively or additionally, the container according to the invention may comprise at least one painting tool, which is preferably also arranged in the container and / or the lid. The container according to the invention can therefore provide the user with all or at least some of the tools needed for painting in a single packaging unit. This includes in particular the paints, i. the color, which may be contained in liquid or pasty form or as a powder, for example in a leak-proof plastic bag in the container according to the invention. The doctor can preferably be glued to the container and / or the lid. The doctor can be designed in particular as Abstreichgitter and serve the correct dosage of the color. By gluing to the container and / or the lid prevents the doctor can slip during use.
The leak-proof plastic bag may consist of a biodegradable material based on renewable raw materials and water, for example an aqueous polyurethane coating based on vegetable raw materials. In principle, all suitable polymers based on renewable raw materials in aqueous or solvent-containing form can be used. The leak-proof bag may for example consist of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) or at least be made based on PVAL.
The container according to the invention may advantageously have a square or rectangular shape, so that several packages are stackable. By such an embodiment, a plurality of containers can be stored and transported particularly economically space-saving, so that the container according to the invention is particularly suitable for mail order (online trading) and the sale in department stores.
The invention also relates to a method for producing the container according to the invention, in which the bottom element, the side wall and the handle-like element are folded out of the contiguous part in such a way that the trough-like region is leakproof and free of splices and the handle-like element forms at least one side wall. The folding of the container from a contiguous (one-piece) part allows the production of a stable container in a single process step, wherein the convolution takes place in the region of the tub in such a way that no splices are required and no places arise, the leakage of the substances or compositions to be absorbed allow. The container according to the invention is thus folded from one piece, whereby the handle-like element is formed by unfolding the contiguous part, without the need for gluing or otherwise connecting individual components is required. The handle-like element thereby forms at least one side wall and is thus an integral part of the container and not added as a separate part, so that overall a very stable container is formed.
The invention further relates to a method for producing the container according to the invention, in which initially the outer packaging of the contiguous part is folded such that a container open to one side, in which then the container of the invention is inserted and / or glued, and finally the Outer packaging is closed by folding and gluing the free ends. The folding of the outer packaging of a continuous (one-piece) part allows the production of a self-contained container with a stable outer packaging in a few steps, the outer packaging simply folded from one piece and then finally, after the complete assembly of the container according to the invention, is glued to the designated places. This results in a completely closed container to the outside, which can be opened easily and quickly, for example, by tearing a circumferential band along perforations running on both sides.
The design of the container according to the invention and the container according to the invention and the method for producing the same are explained in more detail below with reference to the figures.

The
The lid is folded without the joining and gluing of individual pieces of a single blank to ensure a particularly high leakage safety as in the container according to the invention. The lid can also be made from paper, cardboard, cardboard or any combination of these three materials. In addition, the inside of the lid may be provided with a coating to seal the lid and prevent the material from soaking.
At the
The contiguous part 40 of the outer package can, like the other components of the container according to the invention, be made of paper, cardboard, paperboard or any combination of these three materials. On a coating of the material can be dispensed with, since the outer packaging usually does not come into contact with paints. The outer packaging should be at least dimensioned so that at least the container according to the invention, the lid and optionally the doctor can find space in it. But it should also be designed so that little to no air space between the individual components of the container remains to prevent slippage of the same. For transport, the packaging unit is preferably square or rectangular in order to make the individual packaging units compact and stackable. In order to additionally facilitate the stacking of the units, the gripping
In the
