Claims (7)

  1. Device for manufacturing finished articles from a strip-shaped material (9), wherein a roll (8) of the strip-shaped material (9) can be rotatably mounted in a feed region (3), wherein the material (9) unwound from the roll (8) can be fed to a gap between conveyor rollers (29, 29) and a pressing region (4),
    wherein the pressing region (4) has a first, movably arranged moulded retaining part (20) and a second moulded retaining part (27) mounted in a stationary manner, which can be moved towards one another and away from one another by a drive in such a manner that the unwound strip-shaped material (9) can be moved by the conveyor rollers (29) directly between moulded parts mounted on the moulded retaining parts (20, 27) for the manufacture and release of a finished article, wherein the moulded parts can be moved successively between a closed and a release position, and
    wherein the manufactured finished articles can be moved successively from the pressing region (4) into a stacking region (5) and can be stacked in said stacking region,
    characterised in that
    the feed region (3), the pressing region (4) and the stacking region (5) are arranged next to one another in the longitudinal direction in a common frame (2), that the two conveyor rollers (29, 29) are arranged in the frame (2), that the second moulded retaining part (27) is mounted in a stationary manner in the frame (2), and that the manufactured finished articles can be moved successively directly from the pressing region (4) into the stacking region (5),
    that in the feed region (3) an unwinding wheel (10) mounted on an arm part (12) can be arranged on the surface of the roll (8) and can be driven by a drive (11), in order to rotate the roll (8) and in order to unwind strip-shaped material (9) from the roll (8), that the arm part (12) is pivotably mounted about a pivot point (13) in the frame (2), which pivot point is spaced apart from the drive (11), that in the frame (2) in the feed region (3) a guide surface (30) is arranged between a guide roller (17) fastened to the frame (2) and the conveyer rollers (29, 29), in order to guide the strip-shaped material (9) from the guide roller (17) to the gap between the guide rollers (29, 29), that the guide surface (30) is located above the arm part (12), that the roll (8) is located on a reel (6), the shaft (7) of which is mounted in transversely opposite receiving parts (14), which are arranged on opposite regions of the frame (2),
    that in the pressing region (4) the upper moulded retaining part (20) is fastened to each transversely opposite side of the frame (2) on opposite sides of two drive belts (21) running parallel, spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction, that the drive belts (21) in each case run between two belt wheels (22), which, viewed in the direction of movement of the upper moulded retaining part (20), are arranged rotatably above one another in the frame (2), that the belt drives (21) can be driven by at least one drive motor (24) arranged on the frame (2), and that the upper moulded retaining part (20) is guided during its movement in guide rails (38), which are fastened to the frame (2).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the waste material produced from the strip-shaped material (9) during the pressing is conveyed via a guide shaft (32) into a waste collection container (26) which is arranged in the stacking region (5) below the conveyor table (25), wherein the guide shaft (32) is formed in the frame (2) in the transition region between the pressing region (4) and the stacking region (5).
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the guide shaft (32) comprises a first leg region (35) and a second leg region (37), which are connected with one another in a corner region (36), wherein the first leg region proceeds from the pressing region (4) and the second leg region (37) ends above the waste collection container (26), and that in the corner region (36) a nozzle arrangement (33) is arranged in such a manner that it sucks the waste produced during the pressing out of the pressing region (4) into the first leg region (36) to the corner region (35) and presses it from the corner region (36) into the second leg region (37).
  4. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the electronics system for the control of the device (1) is arranged in the frame (2) below the pressing region (4), preferably on a panel (28) mounted in the frame (2).
  5. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the in each case transversely opposite belt wheels (22) are mounted on a common shaft (23), wherein in each case a shaft (23) of a pair of belts can be driven by the drive motor (24).
  6. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that four guide rails (38) are arranged on the frame (2), of which in each case one guide rail guides a corner region of the upper moulded retaining part (20).
  7. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the finished articles manufactured in the pressing region (4) can be stacked in the stacking region (5) on a conveyor table (25) arranged in a height-adjustable manner in the frame (2).
