Claims (15)

  1. Fördertrommel (1) für Gruppen (100) mit durch mindestens einen Doppelfilter (102) mit mindestens einem zerbrechlichen Filterelement (103) getrennten zwei koaxialen Zigarettensegmenten (101), wobei die Fördertrommel (1) ausgelegt ist, um in Verbindung mit einer Anbringungswalze (3) zu arbeiten, um eine Stopfenumhüllung (3a) an der Gruppe (100) anzubringen, wobei die Fördertrommel (1) eine ringförmige umfangseitige Ummantelung (7) aus Metall umfasst und mit einer Vielzahl an Aufnahmeabschnitten (8) versehen ist, die an gleichen Winkelintervallen entlang des Umfangs der Ummantelung (7) verteilt sind, wobei ein jeder Aufnahmeabschnitt (8) eine konkave Saugfurche (8a) zur Unterbringung einer jeweiligen Gruppe (100) definiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein jeder Aufnahmeabschnitt (8) nur in einem Teil, der ausgestaltet ist, um den Doppelfilter (102) aufzunehmen, mindestens eine hoch nachgiebige Sektion (9) aufweist, die ausgestaltet ist, um das mindestens eine zerbrechliche Filterelement (103) aufzunehmen, und ausgelegt, um die geometrische Verschiebung von dem mindestens einen zerbrechlichen Filterelement (103) in einer radialen Richtung während eines Schritts zum Freigeben einer Stopfenumhüllung (3a) auf der jeweiligen Gruppe (100) zu erlauben.
  2. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mindestens eine hoch nachgiebige Sektion (9) eine mittels Hebel betätige Halterung (10) umfasst, die gelenkig an einem Ende an einem jeweiligen umfangseitigen Abschnitt (11) der Fördertrommel (1) befestigt ist, um sich um eine jeweilige Schwenkachse (Y) zu drehen, die parallel zur Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1) angeordnet ist und am anderen Ende einen jeweiligen Abschnitt der konkaven Saugfurche (8a) aufweist, wobei die mittels Hebel betätigte Halterung (10) um die Schwenkachse (Y) zwischen einer angehobenen Position, in der sie den Abschnitt der konkaven Saugfurche (8a) wegführend von der Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1) verschiebt, und einer abgesenkten Position drehbar ist, in der sie den Abschnitt der konkaven Saugfurche (8a) näher an die Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1) verschiebt, wobei die Fördertrommel (1) zudem elastische Mittel (12) umfasst, die auf die mittels Hebel betätigte Halterung (10) wirken, um die mittels Hebel betätigte Halterung (10) in der angehobenen Position zu halten.
  3. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die elastischen Mittel (12) zwischen dem umfangseitigen Abschnitt (11) und der mittels Hebel betätigten Halterung (10) eingesetzt sind.
  4. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die elastischen Mittel (12) für eine jede mittels Hebel betätigte Halterung (10) mindestens eine jeweilige Schraubenfeder (12a) umfassen.
  5. Fördertrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2-4, wobei der jeweilige umfangseitige Abschnitt (11) der Fördertrommel (1) einen Halterungsblock (13) umfasst, der entfernbar an der Fördertrommel (1) in einem entsprechenden umfangseitigen Sitz (14) der Ummantelung (7) fixierbar ist, sich erstreckend parallel zur Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1) und eingeschlossen zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Aufnahmeabschnitten (8).
  6. Fördertrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein jeder Aufnahmeabschnitt (8) in dessen Sektionen ohne hohe Nachgiebigkeit durch metallische Erhebungsabschnitte (7a) der Ummantelung (7) definiert ist, wobei die Erhebungsabschnitte (7a) voneinander entlang einer Richtung, die parallel zur Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1) angeordnet ist, durch einen Hohlraum (7b) zum Einsetzen der hoch nachgiebigen Sektion (9) beabstandet sind.
  7. Fördertrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2-6, wobei die mittels Hebel betätigte Halterung (10) mindestens eine Durchführungsöffnung (16) aufweist, um einen Luftunterdruck zu erzeugen, wobei die Durchführungsöffnung (16) an einem Ende in die jeweilige Sektion der konkaven Saugfurche (8a) führt und am anderen Ende mit der Unterdruckquelle in der Fördertrommel (1) in Kommunikation ist.
  8. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mindestens eine hoch nachgiebige Sektion (9) aus einem Einsatz aus elastischem Material ausgeformt ist, stabil verbunden mit der Ummantelung (7) und außenseitig definierend mindestens eine jeweilige Sektion der konkaven Saugfurche (8a), wobei der Einsatz vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise aus Kautschuk besteht.
  9. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Längsabmessung des Einsatzes, parallel zur Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1), der axialen Abmessung der hoch nachgiebigen Sektion (9) entspricht, definiert durch den Einsatz, und wobei der Einsatz vorzugsweise vollständig aus Kautschuk besteht.
  10. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei ein jeder Aufnahmeabschnitt (8) in dessen Sektionen ohne hohe Nachgiebigkeit durch metallische Erhebungsabschnitte (7a) der Ummantelung (7) definiert ist, wobei die Erhebungsabschnitte (7a) voneinander entlang einer Richtung, die parallel zur Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1) angeordnet ist, durch einen Hohlraum (7b) zum Einsetzen des Einsatzes beabstandet sind.
  11. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein jeder Aufnahmeabschnitt (8) durch einen jeweiligen Einsatz (17, 19) definiert ist, der sich entlang der vollen Länge der konkaven Saugfurche (8a) erstreckt, und wobei der Einsatz (17, 19) entfernbar an der Ummantelung (7) angebracht ist und steife Abschnitte (18, 20) aufweist, die an entgegengesetzten Seiten der mindestens einen hoch nachgiebigen Sektion (9) angeordnet sind, bestehend vorzugsweise aus Kautschuk.
  12. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 11, wobei ein jeder Einsatz (17) entlang einer umlaufenden Richtung der Ummantelung (7) einen Frontabschnitt (17a) aufweist, der die konkave Saugfurche (8a) definiert, und einen rückseitigen Abschnitt (17b), der mit Mitteln (6) für das vorläufige Stützen der Stopfenumhüllung (3a), die an der Gruppe (100) angebracht ist, versehen ist.
  13. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei ein jeder Einsatz (17) an mindestens einem der steifen Abschnitte (18) Verbindungsmittel (15) für die entfernbare Verbindung mit der Ummantelung (7) aufweist.
  14. Fördertrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11-13, wobei die hoch nachgiebige Sektion (9) stabil an den steifen Abschnitten (18, 20) fixiert oder mit diesen zusammen geformt ist.
  15. Fördertrommel (1) nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Einsatz (19) jeweils zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden fixierten umfangseitigen Abschnitten (21) der Fördertrommel (1) abgewechselt ist, definiert durch metallische Erhebungsabschnitte der Ummantelung (7), sich erstreckend parallel zur Achse (X) der Fördertrommel (1) entlang des Umfangs der Ummantelung (7), wobei die umfangseitigen Abschnitte (21) mit Mitteln (6) zum vorübergehenden Stützen der an der Gruppe (100) angebrachten Stopfenumhüllung (3a) versehen sind.
