- An alarm device comprises in known manner an alarm center, sensors for detecting a predetermined alarm condition, and devices for transmitting alarm signals.
- the alarm center contains all the software and hardware functionalities allowing the management of the alarm device.
- the sensors for detecting a predetermined alarm condition make it possible to detect, for example, a violation of a protected space.
- Alarm signaling devices allow the violation of the protected area to be reported by various means.
- WO 2013/134892 describes a method for monitoring the security of an area in which the connection to a wireless network of said area by a user's mobile phone is used to detect the presence of this user.
- the alarm system is activated, the absence of connection to the local wireless network being interpreted as a departure from the user of the protected area. This will prevent the user from forgetting to activate the alarm system when he leaves the premises and thus strengthen the protection.
- the invention aims to provide a home automation device which overcomes these drawbacks.
- EP 2,287,812 describes a device for detecting entry into a protected space and for recognizing transponder badges by a proximity reader arranged at an access door.
- the proximity reader of the entry detection device is in communication with an alarm and / or intrusion monitoring center.
- EP 2,287,812 also describes a process for monitoring a home in which, following entry detection (crossing an access door), the alarm is disarmed if a transponder badge is simultaneously recognized by the proximity reader or '' it is in an interval of time necessary for the execution of the communication steps of the badge recognition protocol considered.

- said central displacement signals representative of any movement of an access door
- at least displacement signals representative of an opening and d '' closing an access door are arranged in particular.
- only certain movements can be detected, i.e. those whose amplitude allows the passage of a state in which the position of the access door does not allow a human being to cross the door access to a state in which the position of the access door allows a human being to pass through the access door, and vice versa. Detection can therefore be limited to such displacements.
- the detected movements are in particular chosen from an opening (passage from a state in which the position of the access door does not allow a human being to pass through the access door to a state in which the position of the door allows a human being to cross the access door), a closing (passage of a state in which the position of the access door allows a human being to cross the access door to a state in which the position of the access door does not allow a human being to pass through the access door), an opening followed by a closing.

It is therefore known at all times whether an authorized user is considered to be present or absent, that is to say that the presence state of each badge in real time is at all times determined.
- the central unit is adapted to memorize the presence data of each of the badges at least until the next change in the presence state of each of the badges. That is, for a first badge, its presence state ('present' or 'absent') is kept in memory at least until it changes from a 'present' state to the 'absent' state, if it was previously 'present' or vice versa. And it is the same for a second badge and so on for any other badges, the changes in presence status are of course not necessarily simultaneous.
- the central unit is programmed to store active movement data and passive movement data so as to distinguish the case where a user entered or exited by opening and / or closing an access door (entry or active exit) if a user entered or exited without moving an access door (passive entry or exit).
- FIG. 2 a typical example of a presence table representative of the data stored and updated by a central unit of a device according to the invention.
- the home automation system includes N badges, each badge being identified by a number ranging from 1 to N.
- the presence status appears for each badge (and therefore for each authorized user or group of authorized users) of said badge (0 for the present state and 1 for the absent state) and the displacement data associated with said badge (A for "active", P for "passive” in accordance with table 1.
- Table 2 badges State of presence Displacement data 1 1 AT 2 0 AT 3 1 P 4 0 P ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ NOT 0/1 A / P
- the presence state is only modified in the presence table after a duration predetermined (2min30sec for example) during which no new entry (passive or active) has been detected. This mechanism is not used during a passive entry, the presence table being immediately modified as soon as a change from the absent state to the present state is detected.
- control unit can also be programmed to memorize the order of arrival and departure of each of these badges and in particular the time of arrival and departure of each of these badges ... etc ... or any other data that can be measured by the central unit or a home automation device.
- the central unit is programmed to be able to execute a scenario chosen from a plurality of predetermined scenarios according to the state of the panel, after each update of the latter, each scenario being able to be linked to the control of at least one home automation device (for example activation / deactivation of an alarm; opening / closing of shutters and / or latches; modification of the regulation characteristics of a heating and / or air conditioning device, switching on / off of a lighting device (with possibly additional external conditions, for example ambient light); display of information (for example identification of badges (persons) in the present state) on a display screen, such as a computer screen or the control panel or television ...) and can be different for each user, that is to say for each badge.
- a home automation device for example activation / deactivation of an alarm; opening / closing of shutters and / or latches; modification of the regulation characteristics of a heating and / or air conditioning device, switching on / off of a lighting device (with possibly additional external conditions, for example ambient light
- the control unit can command the activation of an alarm, the closing of shutters, the extinction of lights, the passage of a heating device in economy mode ...
- the control unit can control the deactivation of the alarm, opening shutters, switching on lights, switching a heating device to comfort mode, etc.
- the control unit can be programmed to perform no specific action.
- the control panel can be programmed either to take no specific action, or to broadcast an information message on its display screen or to another user (by telephone, Internet, etc.). ) signaling said passive output and / or that a possible power supply problem has occurred on the badge whose passive output has been observed.
- the home automation device can be adapted to be able to learn as and when the most frequent habits of authorized users of the house and record their usual departure and arrival times according to the days of the week for example and to dispense with, for example, the sending of a confirmation message to the authorized user who leaves his home at a usual known time.
- the figure 2 shows a simplified block diagram of a first embodiment of a method for controlling a home automation device as described above in which an activation of said home automation device is controlled.
- step 401 the central unit 20 detects a movement which consists in closing the access door 3. As soon as the access door 3 is moved, in particular open then closed, the device for detecting movement of the door access 3 sends displacement signals to the central 20.
- this step 401 can also correspond to a periodic monitoring of the movement of the access door 3 during which the central unit acquires displacement signals with a predetermined acquisition frequency.
- step 402 the central unit starts a stopwatch and then proceeds to step 403.
- step 403 the central unit acquires presence signals from each badge 12, 13 of any authorized user of the predefined perimeter.
- the central unit then proceeds to step 404.
- step 404 the central unit compares the value of the chronometer started in step 402 with the predetermined value of start / finish time recorded in a memory.
- the start / finish time is for example 30 (thirty) seconds. As long as this departure / arrival time has not elapsed, the central unit continues to acquire presence signals from the badge 12, 13 of an authorized user.
- step 405 the central unit determines whether the state of presence of each badge, that is to say of all the authorized users of said predefined perimeter, is in the absent state.
- the central unit proceeds to step 407. Otherwise the central unit proceeds to step 406 .
- step 406 the central unit controls the activation of said home automation device.
- a second embodiment of a method for activating a home automation device said method is in accordance with the activation method described in figure 2 but in which, in step 401, the central unit detects a departure from the last authorized user present in the predefined perimeter (instead of closing the access door 3).
- the processing unit detects an exit from all the authorized users of said predefined perimeter.
- this step 401 can also correspond to a periodic monitoring of the departure of all the authorized users during which the central unit acquires presence signals with a predetermined acquisition frequency.
- step 402 the central unit starts a stopwatch and then proceeds to step 403.
- step 403 the central unit acquires displacement signals from the device 1 for detecting the closing of the access door 3, 4.
- the central unit then proceeds to step 404.
- step 404 the central unit compares the value of the chronometer started in step 402 with the predetermined value of start / finish time recorded in a memory.
- the start / finish time is for example 30 seconds. As long as this start / finish time has not elapsed, the control unit continues to acquire displacement signals from the device 1,2 for detecting the closure of the access door 3, 4.
- step 405 the control panel determines whether signals representative of a closing of the access door have been detected.
- step 406 the central unit controls the activation of said home automation device, possibly after the emission of an activation confirmation signal.
- the home automation device can also include other sensors for detecting a predetermined alarm condition of any type, such as for example at least one volumetric sensor, at least one sensor with magnetic contact, a glass break sensor, a infrared sensor, a displacement sensor, etc.
- sensors for detecting a predetermined alarm condition of any type, such as for example at least one volumetric sensor, at least one sensor with magnetic contact, a glass break sensor, a infrared sensor, a displacement sensor, etc.
- sensors make it possible to issue an alarm signal as soon as an unauthorized movement resulting, for example, from a displacement or an impact suffered by the sensor is detected.
- a device for transmitting an alarm signal from a home automation device can be of any known type.
- at least one device for transmitting an alarm signal is chosen from the group comprising a device for transmitting sound signals such as a siren, a device for transmitting light signals such a projector and a device for transmitting radio frequency messages to a mobile phone.
- the invention can be the subject of very numerous variant embodiments.
- said home automation device can take into account several different access doors of the same premises and that each authorized user has detectors of different types (badge for one, mobile phone for another ... etc).
