  • WO 2013/134892 describes a method for monitoring the security of an area in which the connection to a wireless network of said area by a user's mobile phone is used to detect the presence of this user.
  • the alarm system is activated, the absence of connection to the local wireless network being interpreted as a departure from the user of the protected area. This will prevent the user from forgetting to activate the alarm system when he leaves the premises and thus strengthen the protection.

  • the figure 2 shows a simplified block diagram of a first embodiment of a method for controlling a home automation device as described above in which an activation of said home automation device is controlled.
  • step 401 the central unit 20 detects a movement which consists in closing the access door 3. As soon as the access door 3 is moved, in particular open then closed, the device for detecting movement of the door access 3 sends displacement signals to the central 20.
  • this step 401 can also correspond to a periodic monitoring of the movement of the access door 3 during which the central unit acquires displacement signals with a predetermined acquisition frequency.
  • step 402 the central unit starts a stopwatch and then proceeds to step 403.
  • step 403 the central unit acquires presence signals from each badge 12, 13 of any authorized user of the predefined perimeter.
  • the central unit then proceeds to step 404.
  • step 404 the central unit compares the value of the chronometer started in step 402 with the predetermined value of start / finish time recorded in a memory.
  • the start / finish time is for example 30 (thirty) seconds. As long as this departure / arrival time has not elapsed, the central unit continues to acquire presence signals from the badge 12, 13 of an authorized user.
  • step 405 the central unit determines whether the state of presence of each badge, that is to say of all the authorized users of said predefined perimeter, is in the absent state.
  • the central unit proceeds to step 407. Otherwise the central unit proceeds to step 406 .
  • step 406 the central unit controls the activation of said home automation device.
  • a second embodiment of a method for activating a home automation device said method is in accordance with the activation method described in figure 2 but in which, in step 401, the central unit detects a departure from the last authorized user present in the predefined perimeter (instead of closing the access door 3).
  • the processing unit detects an exit from all the authorized users of said predefined perimeter.
  • this step 401 can also correspond to a periodic monitoring of the departure of all the authorized users during which the central unit acquires presence signals with a predetermined acquisition frequency.

  • step 403 the central unit acquires displacement signals from the device 1 for detecting the closing of the access door 3, 4.
  • the central unit then proceeds to step 404.
  • step 404 the central unit compares the value of the chronometer started in step 402 with the predetermined value of start / finish time recorded in a memory.
  • the start / finish time is for example 30 seconds. As long as this start / finish time has not elapsed, the control unit continues to acquire displacement signals from the device 1,2 for detecting the closure of the access door 3, 4.
  • step 405 the control panel determines whether signals representative of a closing of the access door have been detected.
  • step 406 the central unit controls the activation of said home automation device, possibly after the emission of an activation confirmation signal.
  • the home automation device can also include other sensors for detecting a predetermined alarm condition of any type, such as for example at least one volumetric sensor, at least one sensor with magnetic contact, a glass break sensor, a infrared sensor, a displacement sensor, etc.
  • sensors for detecting a predetermined alarm condition of any type, such as for example at least one volumetric sensor, at least one sensor with magnetic contact, a glass break sensor, a infrared sensor, a displacement sensor, etc.
  • sensors make it possible to issue an alarm signal as soon as an unauthorized movement resulting, for example, from a displacement or an impact suffered by the sensor is detected.
  • a device for transmitting an alarm signal from a home automation device can be of any known type.
  • at least one device for transmitting an alarm signal is chosen from the group comprising a device for transmitting sound signals such as a siren, a device for transmitting light signals such a projector and a device for transmitting radio frequency messages to a mobile phone.
  • the invention can be the subject of very numerous variant embodiments.
  • said home automation device can take into account several different access doors of the same premises and that each authorized user has detectors of different types (badge for one, mobile phone for another ... etc).
