- A profile bar assembly (15) for a blind frame (4) and a sash frame (3) of a door (1) or a window, having at least one blind frame profile (16) and at least one sash frame profile (17) differing from the blind frame profile (16) in its profile cross section, wherein at least one first and one second profile element (18, 20) are associated with the blind frame profile (16) and the sash frame profile (17), the profile elements (18, 20) have a differing profile cross section and respectively form a cover (32, 52, 102, 112), and the covers (32, 52, 102, 112) cover at least one first receiving cavity (31) of the blind frame profile (16) and at least one second receiving cavity (51) of the sash frame profile (17), characterised in that the covers (32, 52, 102, 112) are fixed on the blind frame profile (16) and sash frame profile (17) by means of integral fixing arrangements of such kind that the first profile element (18) is fixable both on the blind frame profile (16) and the sash frame profile (17), and the second profile element (20) is fixable both on the sash frame profile (17) and the blind frame profile (16).

- The profile bar assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the current paths are extruded onto or into the blind frame profile (16), the sash frame profile (17) and/or the profile elements (18, 20) in the form of conductor strips, and/or are bonded onto the blind frame profile (16), the sash frame profile (17) and/or the profile elements (18, 20) in the form of conductive foil strips, and/or are extruded onto or into the blind frame profile (16), the sash frame profile (17) and/or the profile elements (18, 20) in the form of electrically conductive plastic strips.
