Claims (14)
- Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) destiné à être utilisé avec une canule de ciblage de dispositif de biopsie, l'ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) comprenant :un arrêt de profondeur (1095) configuré pour recevoir la canule de ciblage ; etun support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) incluant un corps (1014) configuré pour être couplé à l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) ; l'ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) étant caractérisé par l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) présentant une ou plusieurs saillies configurées pour limiter sélectivement le mouvement axial de la canule de ciblage par rapport à l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) ;et l'ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) étant caractérisé en outre en ce qu'il comprendun élément de rotation (1020) présentant une molette (1022), dans lequel l'élément de rotation (1020) est fixé au corps (1014) avec l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) disposé entre l'élément de rotation (1020) et le support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012), dans lequel la molette (1022) est configurée pour faire pivoter l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) par rapport au support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) pour mettre en prise la ou les saillies de l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) avec la canule de ciblage.
- Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 1,
dans lequel l'élément de rotation (1020) est configuré pour limiter la rotation de l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) à une plage de mouvement prédéterminée par rapport au support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012). - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 1,
dans lequel l'élément de rotation (1020) inclut un ou plusieurs éléments d'actionnement (1026) configurés pour manipuler l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) grâce à une plage de mouvement prédéterminée lors de la rotation de la molette (1022). - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 3,
dans lequel le support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) est configuré pour recevoir la canule de ciblage et être verrouillé en rotation par rapport à la canule de ciblage lorsque la canule de ciblage est reçue par le support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012). - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 3,
dans lequel le support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) définit une ou plusieurs ouvertures partiellement circonférentielles configurées pour entrer en prise avec le ou les éléments d'actionnement (1026) de l'élément de rotation (1020) pour limiter la rotation de l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) à la plage de mouvement prédéterminée. - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 1,
dans lequel au moins une partie du support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) définit un alésage (1017), dans lequel l'alésage présente une forme ovale correspondant à la forme de la canule de ciblage de manière à verrouiller ainsi en rotation le support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) par rapport à la canule de ciblage. - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 6,
dans lequel le support d'arrêt de profondeur inclut un élément transversal (1016), dans lequel une partie de l'élément transversal (1016) définit l'alésage (1017). - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 7,dans lequel l'élément transversal (1016) définit un ou plusieurs espaces (1015) correspondant à un ou plusieurs éléments d'actionnement (1026) de l'élément de rotation (1020),dans lequel l'élément transversal (1016) est configuré pour entrer en prise avec le ou les éléments d'actionnement (1026) de l'élément de rotation pour limiter la rotation de l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) à la plage de mouvement prédéterminée.
- Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 1,dans lequel le support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) inclut un élément de couplage (1018) faisant saillie distalement à partir du corps (1014),dans lequel l'élément de couplage (1018) est configuré pour fixer sélectivement le support d'arrêt de profondeur au dispositif de guidage associé à la canule de ciblage.
- Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 9,
dans lequel l'élément de couplage (1018) définit un canal de liaison (1019), dans lequel le canal de liaison est configuré pour recevoir une saillie du dispositif de guidage pour fournir un couplage sélectif entre l'élément de couplage (1018) et une partie du dispositif de guidage. - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 1,
dans lequel l'élément de rotation (1020) est configuré pour faire pivoter l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) entre une position verrouillée et une position déverrouillée, dans lequel l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) est configuré pour être verrouillé dans une position axiale sélectionnée suivant la longueur de la canule de ciblage lorsque l'arrêt de profondeur est en position verrouillée. - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 11,
dans lequel le ou les saillies de l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) incluent une ou plusieurs lames, dans lequel chaque lame parmi la ou les lames est configurée pour creuser dans la canule de ciblage lorsque l'arrêt de profondeur (1095) est en position verrouillée. - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 1,
dans lequel l'élément de rotation (1020) inclut un ou plusieurs bras de verrouillage (1028), dans lequel chaque bras de verrouillage (1028) parmi le ou les bras de verrouillage (1028) est configuré pour fixer l'élément de rotation (1020) au support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012) tout en permettant la rotation de l'élément de rotation par rapport au support d'arrêt de profondeur (1012). - Ensemble d'arrêt de profondeur (1010) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la molette (1022) définit une zone préhension circonférentielle (1023), dans lequel la zone de préhension circonférentielle (1023) inclut la circonférence entière de la molette (1022).
