Connecting elements are provided at the ends of the cuboid modules of the tower elements and the at least one upper flange and on at least three sides of the adapter modules. The connecting elements are designed in a simple manner as tabs provided with holes, with some of the connecting elements being designed as double tabs and the arrangement of the connecting elements on the modules such that when two modules are assembled, a single tab of one is between the two tabs of a double tab of the other module engages and a common screw bolt is inserted into the aligned holes of the tabs constituting a connecting arrangement.

The tab-shaped connecting elements are attached to the corners of the front-side boundary surfaces of the modules in such a way that the tabs of a connection between two modules, diagonally opposite in pairs, extend planes parallel to one another and the planes of one pair are offset by 90 ° relative to the planes of the other pair are. In this way, the side forces acting on the modules can be better absorbed.

The modules of the at least one upper chord can be provided with an additional component, the components of the modules complementing each other in the assembled state of the same to form a walk-on area which runs in the longitudinal direction of the upper chord and is provided with a fall protection device. The Modules provided for a tower element can also be provided with an additional component, these components supplementing each other in the assembled state of the tower element to form a vertical access passage with back protection and resting platforms.

The erection of the scaffolding according to the invention can be done in such a way that the upper chord composed of the cuboid modules and the adapter modules is first mounted on the floor, which is then raised by means of at least one lifting device by a distance, which the arrangement in each case one for the Tower elements provided module allows in a position in which it is connected to the top belt by fastening to the respective adapter module provided. This can be done on the floor using, for example, small assembly scaffolding whose height does not need to exceed the length of a cuboid module. After the first cuboid module has been attached to the adapter module of the top chord, the latter is then connected to the modules that have already been installed for the tower elements gradually increased by a corresponding distance in order to attach further modules for the tower elements one after the other and to complete the scaffolding and then to place the scaffolding with the tower elements on appropriately prepared foundation elements and connect them to them.

The length of the cuboid modules will generally be dimensioned so that it is possible to assemble the modules for the tower elements close to the ground without complex measures, so that it is not absolutely necessary to step onto the scaffolding during assembly. In general, a small scaffold will be sufficient to attach the next module to the tower element to be completed.

The number of tower elements will depend on the length of the upper chord and possibly also on the load-bearing capacity of the at least one lifting element to be used. The latter also applies to the maximum height of the scaffolding to be erected, whereby its stability can be secured by guy ropes if necessary.

The three in Figure 1 The frameworks shown have the same basic structure in that they are each provided with an upper chord 12, two tower elements 14 and two foundation elements 16. The tower elements 14 are placed on the latter.

The top chord 12 and tower elements 14 are essentially composed of cuboid modules 18, one of which is shown in FIG Figure 3 is shown. Each of the modules is designed as a framework and provided with four parallel rods 20 running in the longitudinal direction, which are connected to one another at the respective end of the cuboid by four transverse rods. The longitudinal rods 20 have a significantly greater length than the transverse rods, so that in the exemplary embodiment shown in the drawings, a diagonal strut 28 is attached to at least two opposite sides 24, 26 of the module. In Figure 3 an arrangement is shown in which struts 28 are provided on each of the two sides, each extending from one end of the module and meeting in a plane dividing the module in half and being attached there to the opposite longitudinal rod. Furthermore, another diagonal strut running in this plane is provided in the strut 30. The number and arrangement of these struts depends on the particular circumstances, in particular also on the length of the modules, which can generally be about two meters, for example.

The connection between the upper chord 12 and the respective tower element 14 is made using an adapter module 32, which is composed of rods 34 of the same length and thus has the shape of a cube ( Figure 4 ). The surfaces of the cube correspond in terms of dimensions and shape to the end faces 27 of the cuboid modules. Because at least the cuboid modules of the top chord and tower elements coincide with regard to their cross-sectional shape and size, both the modules 18 of the upper chord 12 adjoining the respective adapter module 32 and the corresponding modules of the tower elements 14 can thus be connected to the adapter module, as shown in particular from Figure 2 can be seen. The adapter module 32 is connected to a cuboid module 18 on two of its opposite surfaces. The uppermost cuboid module for the respective tower element 14 is attached to a further, to the two aforementioned surfaces of the vertical surface that delimits the adapter module on the underside.

To produce the connections between the individual modules, the cuboid modules are provided with connection elements at least on their end faces. Corresponding connecting elements are located on at least two mutually opposite surfaces of the adapter module 32 and at least one surface perpendicular thereto, which is located on the underside of the adapter module 32 in the assembled state of the frame.

To fasten the modules to one another, they are provided with fastening means that are designed as tabs. The arrangement of the cuboid modules is such that alternating single tabs 36 and double tabs 38 are provided on each end face at the four corners thereof, the double tabs being arranged parallel to one another and at a distance from one another, such that between the two tabs of a double tab 38 of a module of a single tab of an adjacent module can be inserted. All brackets are provided with a hole, the holes of all brackets being aligned with one another in the connection position so that they can receive a screw bolt or other suitable connecting means in order to connect the brackets of both adjacent modules and thus the modules to one another connect to. The arrangement is such that the tabs of a first pair of diagonally opposite connections to the tabs of the two other diagonally opposite connections are arranged pivoted by 90 ° about an axis which runs parallel to the longitudinal bars 20 of the respective module, like this also with top view of the Figure 5 reveals.

The adapter modules 32 are provided in a corresponding manner with such connecting straps, with the difference that they are not only provided on two opposite sides 12 for connection to the modules 18 of the upper chord, but also at least on a third side, which is in the assembled state of the parts down, so facing the associated tower element. In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the side is also provided with connecting straps which, in the assembled state, is turned upwards, that is, opposite the lower side. This can simplify the handling of the adapter module during assembly.

The two tower elements 14 are each on a foundation element 41 ( Figure 5 ), which consists of two longitudinal beams, for example double-T beams 42 and some cross beams 44 connecting these longitudinal beams and is arranged and optionally anchored on the floor receiving the scaffolding. The foundation elements 41 can, depending on the nature of the ground on which they are placed, be provided with extensions or the like on the underside, which provide a safeguard against displacement that may be required. The cross members 44 located in the middle are also provided with single straps 36 and double straps 38 corresponding to the attachment of the straps to the cuboid module in such a way that the lower end of the respective lowermost module of the tower element is connected to the foundation element 41 in the manner described can be. Especially Figure 5 The drawing shows how the tabs of the connections are offset from one another in such a way that lateral forces can be better absorbed. An - possibly additional - securing of each foundation element can also be done by means of weights 45, for example concrete elements, placed on both ends of the same, which are provided with an eyelet 52 of the same on the top so that they can be brought into the desired position with a lifting element or out of this can be removed.

This in Figure 1c ) The frame shown is provided along the top chord with a work platform 46 to which a railing 48 is assigned. The modules of the upper chord and the adapter modules are provided with corresponding additional components which, when the modules are installed, complement each other to form this work platform in the railing (s). The right tower element of the scaffolding according to Figure 1c is provided with a vertical climb with back protection and resting platforms. The modules of this tower element are provided with corresponding components that complement each other to the climbing gear, etc.

The scaffolding according to Figure 1a is secured with guy ropes 54 due to its greater height.

The framework according to the invention can also have more than two tower elements.

There is of course the possibility of building two or more scaffolding of the type described above next to one another, for example on both sides of a street or the like, in order to tension high-voltage lines running across the street.
