Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Befüllen eines Getränkebehälters (4) und Behälter, der geeignet ist, mit dieser Vorrichtung zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Vorrichtung zum Befüllen dieses Behälters durch seinen Boden (11) hindurch ein Magnetventil (2) und eine Fülldüse (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, durch ein im Boden des Behälters (4) angeordnetes selbstschließendes Organ (5) hindurch eingeführt zu werden, umfasst, wobei die Fülldüse (1) einen inneren Kanal und eine Einspritzöffnung (9) umfasst, wobei die Fülldüse (1) eine in Bezug auf den Mittelpunkt des Bodens (11) des Behälters (4) versetzte Achse aufweist und der Austritt aus ihrer Einspritzöffnung (9) unter einem Winkel (Θ) bezüglich der Achse in einer die vertikale Achse des Behälters (4) und die Achse des Mittelpunktes der Fülldüse (1) umfassenden Ebene erfolgt, um den Strahl des aus der Fülldüse austretenden Getränks entlang einer Trajektorie zu lenken, die tangential zur Innenseite der Seitenwand ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (Θ) größer als 60° ist, und dadurch, dass die Einspritzöffnung der Düse einerseits um einen Winkel α von -5 bis -30° geneigt ist, um den Strahl des Getränks nach unten tangential zur Innenseite des Bodens (11) des Behälters (4) zu lenken, und andererseits in einem Abstand vom Boden (11) des Behälters (4) positioniert ist, wenn sich dieser Letztere in der Befüllungsposition befindet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fülldüse (1) eine zylindrische äußere Form mit einem halbkugelförmigen oder spitzbogenförmigen Kopf (8) aufweist, und dadurch, dass die Düse einen inneren Kanal mit variablem Querschnitt umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fülldüse (1) oder ein Teil des Tragrahmens der Vorrichtung zum Befüllen einen Absatz (10) aufweist, der die Einführungsbewegung des Behälters (4) stoppt und so eine Anlagefläche erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Sensor (3) umfasst, der geeignet ist, das Vorhandensein des Behälters zu detektieren und die äußere Wand (12) des Behälters (4) während der Einführung der Düse (1) zu führen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Auffangwanne umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Getränk aufzufangen, wenn das Magnetventil (2) das Getränk bei Nichtvorhandensein des Behälters (4) freigibt.
- Behälter, welcher geeignet ist, mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 zusammenzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das selbstschließende Organ (5) am Boden (11) des Behälters (4) durch einen Dichtungsring (6) befestigt ist, der mit dem Behälter (4) durch eine mechanische oder chemische Montage oder einen Zusammenbau durch Anschweißen an den Behälter (4) verbunden ist.
- Behälter, welcher geeignet ist, mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 zusammenzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das selbstschließende Organ (5) direkt am Inneren der Dicke des Materials des Bodens (11) des Behälters (4) befestigt oder in dieses eingebettet ist.
- Gerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens zwei Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 umfasst und dazu bestimmt ist, dass jede einen Behälter (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7 aufnimmt.
