Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gebäudeverschluss (2), insbesondere Dachfenster, mit einem Rahmen (7), einen bezüglich des Rahmens (7) drehbar gelagerten Flügel (8) sowie einer Dichtungseinrichtung (1) zum Abdichten eines zwischen dem Rahmen (7) und dem Flügel (8) vorliegenden Luftspalts (11) bei geschlossenem Gebäudeverschluss (2), wobei die Dichtungseinrichtung (1) an mehreren Holmen (6) des Rahmens (7) oder des Flügels (8) durchgehend angeordnet ist, sodass sie bei geschlossenem Gebäudeverschluss (2) durchgehend dichtend an einer den Holmen (6) gegenüberliegenden Dichtfläche (12) des Flügels (8) oder des Rahmens (7) anliegt. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass die Dichtungseinrichtung (1) eine erste Dichtung (3) und eine zweite Dichtung (4) aufweist, wobei die erste Dichtung (3) in die von den Holmen (6) abgewandte Richtung eine größere Erstreckung aufweist als die zweite Dichtung (4) und bei geschlossenem Gebäudeverschluss (2) auf der einer Innenseite (17) des Gebäudeverschlusses (2) abgewandten Seite der zweiten Dichtung (4) angeordnet ist.
