Definitions
- the invention relates to a lower plate, which consists of individual, grid-like juxtaposed ceiling tiles, which are fastened by means of locking hooks on a raw ceiling according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- the invention is based on a false ceiling, the ceiling panels are fastened by means of locking elements to a support structure.
- a locking element according to the invention consists of a locking plate on the one fastening plane which cooperates with a locking hook on the other fastening plane.
- a cable actuation of the spring-loaded latch is associated with high assembly costs and high production costs and otherwise not reliable.
- the DE 20 2013 000 340 U1 describes a ceiling construction of a false ceiling, in which the ceiling panels can be opened and removed without tools.
- the DE 202 12 060 U1 describes a false ceiling with self-folding elements, the ceiling panels are held with spring-loaded index balls. Such an arrangement is not high-load transmitting and there is a risk that in case of shock or higher loads, the respective ceiling panel drops.
- the US Pat. No. 3,354,595 shows a lower ceiling consisting of individual, rectangular grid-like laid cover plates, which are fastened to a bare ceiling or other support structure without tools and on the one side of the mounting plane each curved projections are arranged, which are latched with arranged on the opposite mounting plane locking plates, wherein in the locking plate a cantilevered curved spring hook is attached, the free resilient end forms a Traglastaufikide connection with the projection.
- the FR 1 274 880 A shows a lower ceiling consisting of individual, ceiling panels which are fastened to a support structure and on one side of the mounting level each locking hooks are arranged, which are latched with arranged on the opposite mounting plane locking plates, wherein in the locking plate a two-sided clamped, resilient support rod is attached which engages over a plate-side locking slot and forms a traglastaufikide connection with the insertable through the locking slot locking hook.
- a disadvantage of this device is that the support rod is not removable without tools.
- the invention is therefore the object of developing a ceiling plate with a tool-actuated locking element and a usable for the ceiling plate locking element so that even when transferring high loads a tool-free operation of the locking element is given.
- the invention is characterized by the technical teaching of claim 1.
- the invention has recognized that the load of the ceiling plate can be accommodated in the direction of the locking hook by a spring-loaded support bar clamped on one side in the locking plate. Accordingly, the free resilient end of the support rod forms a traglastaufikide connection with the locking hook.
- the locking element is designed as a locking plate, which is arranged either on the underside of the support structure or on the upper side of a ceiling plate on or in which a cantilevered, resilient support rod is fixed, the free resilient end of a plate-side locking slot in engages over the locking plate, through which a hook head of the locking hook can be inserted and latched to the free resilient end of the support rod.
- one or more control surfaces are arranged, which bring the free resilient end of the support rod out of engagement with the locking hole in the locking plate and thus from the locking engagement with the locking hook at a relative longitudinal movement between the locking hook and the locking plate.
- the invention thus describes a tool-free assembly and disassembly of ceiling panels on a supporting structure, because the locking hook itself forms the tool.
- the locking plates forming part of the locking elements are fastened to the cover plates of the false ceiling and the oppositely arranged locking hooks are fastened to the supporting structure.
- the invention also claims the reverse case in which the locking hooks are attached to the ceiling panels of the false ceiling and the oppositely disposed locking plates are secured to the support structure.
- the locking plate side support rod is formed as a cantilevered, spring-loaded spring steel wire, which preferably consists of a round material.
- the invention is not limited thereto. Instead of a spring steel round material, any other desired profile shape can be selected for the resilient support rod, in particular an oval profile, a rectangular or square profile or any other flat profile shape.
- the support rod made of a spring steel material.
- a plastic material or a plastic-metal composite material or the like may be used.
- the support rod which engages over the locking slot of the locking plate is clamped on one side with its free resilient end and thus lying opposite forms a free resilient end, the load of the ceiling at this point in the direction of the building side Supporting structure transfers.
- the support rod consists of a particularly abrasion-resistant, high load-bearing material and it can be dimensioned according to its diameter in any way, so that ceiling panels are added with weights at the attachment point of, for example, more than 40 kg can.
- Such fastening forces can be transmitted in the range between 20 to 60 kg per mounting plate and per support rod readily on the building-side support structure.
- the invention thus provides as a locking plate before a special metal construction, which is particularly small dimensions and is flat.
- the diameter of the support rod determines the minimized height of the locking plate.
- the locking plate may be multi-layered so that the various recesses arranged in the locking plate result from the layer structure of different composite layers.
- the locking plate can also consist of a single piece, in which case the corresponding openings in the locking plate are achieved by mechanical processing.
- the low height results from the low plate-shaped structure of the locking plate, which is associated with the advantage that only a small path for mounting and dismounting the ceiling plate is necessary, and the travel is determined essentially by the control and locking surfaces on the locking hook.
- the other embodiment provides that the locking hooks are arranged on the ceiling panels and the associated locking plates are arranged on the supporting structure.
- the invention also provides a simple locking plate in which only a single support rod is resiliently clamped on one side.
- the invention also provides a doubling of such a locking plate, so that with respect to a central transverse line a symmetrical structure of a double locking plate thus formed is present.
- two support rods are mounted against each other on the locking element, and the two clamping points of the support rods are each opposite each other.
- the locking plate can therefore also be designed as a continuous part doubled.
- a locking plate in a locking plate two mutually parallel support rods are arranged, so that the locking plate can not only be constructed mirror-image with respect to a transverse center axis, but also can be mirrored with respect to a longitudinal center axis.
- the support rod is designed as a cantilevered bending beam, and the free resilient end engages or overlaps the locking slot, wherein the hook head engages through the locking slot and thereby actuates the support rod.
- the locking hook is designed as a simple locking hook, which means that it is only suitable for suspending the ceiling plate on the supporting structure.
- the locking hook is additionally designed as a rotary or pivot bearing, which therefore serves both to lock with the support rod in the locking plate, but also the possibility offers to pivotally support the ceiling plate recorded there in a pivot bearing of the locking hook.
- the advantage of this measure is that it is no longer necessary to create a revision opening in the lower ceiling, completely remove the ceiling panel, but it is sufficient to press the ceiling panel at a transverse line against the support structure, whereby the locking hook out of engagement with the support rod in the Locking plate comes, and then the pivot bearing on the locking hook comes into operation, which allows folding of the ceiling plate in a horizontal pivot axis on this locking hook, without the need for horizontal displacement is given.
- the locking plate is preferably made of a metal material.
- the invention is not limited thereto. It can also consist of a plastic material or a plastic-metal composite.
- the locking hooks are preferably made of a steel sheet to transmit the required high loads. However, they can also be made of a different material, such as plastic, with lower fire protection requirements and lower loads.
- an aluminum alloy can also be used.
- FIG. 1 shows the top view of the raw ceiling on a support structure 13, which consists essentially of longitudinally extending longitudinal band grid profiles 6, are connected to the transverse direction transverse band grid profiles 5.
- the ceiling panels 1, 2 according to the invention are applied at a distance to the contact surface 7 on the underside of the support structure 13 and the later to be described ceiling plate-side locking hooks 3, 4, 23 engage in the double-sided on both sides of the building-side locking plates 10 arranged locking slots 9 a.
- the half-cut in FIG. 2 shows the section through a left side already fixed ceiling plate 1 and right side still to be fixed ceiling plate. 2
- Each ceiling plate 1, 2 is associated with a number of locking hooks 3, 4, which are arranged depending on the load transmission at a mutual distance.
- the hook head 8 of the respective locking hook 3, 4 engages in each case in an associated locking opening 12 of the building side secured to the support structure 13 Verrieglungsplatten 10 and locked there with the locking opening 12 cross resilient end 22 of a support rod eleventh
- FIG. 2 shows on the left side the assembled state of the ceiling plate 1 with the locking hook 3 on the cross band grid profile 5, wherein the locking plate 10 is releasably latched onto the cross band grid profile.
- the locking plate 10 is integrated in the transverse band grid profile 5. It can then be provided appropriate exemptions in the transverse band grid profile 5 to make the locking plate 10 flush with the top of the transverse band grid profile 5.
- the locking plate 10 is integrated in the longitudinal band-grid profile 6.
- the locking plate can either be applied or fixed on the surface of the longitudinal band-grid profile 6 or be integrated in the profile of the longitudinal band-grid profile 6.
- FIG. 2 shows on the right side of the mounting position of a ceiling plate 2, which is guided in the direction of arrow 14 with its locking hook 4 against the support structure-side locking plate 10.
- the locking hook 4 has at its upper end a hook head 8, which forms an obliquely directed locking slot 9.
- FIG. 2 is merely shown schematically that the free resilient end of a support rod 11, the locking hole 12 in the locking plate 10 passes through, and thus assumes a rest position.
- FIG. 3 shows just the engagement of the diagonally aligned control surface at the free resilient end 22 of the support rod eleventh
- FIG. 4 shows the final assembled state in that the free resilient end 22 of the support rod 11 again covers the locking hole 12, and in latching engagement with the longitudinal slot 34 of the hook head 8 (see FIG. 26 ), wherein the load is now absorbed by the support surface 32 in the hook head 8.
- FIG. 5 shows on the right side of the disassembly position, in which it can be seen that when the ceiling plate 2 is guided in the direction of arrow 14 against the support structure 13, then the hook head 8 of the locking hook 4 through the locking hole 12 is passed through and with its associated control surfaces the resilient end 22 of the support rod 11 displaced, namely until the free resilient end 22 behind left and right side stops 16 comes to rest.
- control surface which effects this is designated by the reference numeral 15.
- the ceiling plate 2 can then in the direction of arrow 14 'at - arrested behind the stops 16 free end 22 of the support rod 11 - be removed, as in FIG. 6 is shown.
- the stop 16 is designed as a rotatable screw bolt or as an eccentric bolt, which is rotatable so that it is designed to be adjustable in height. It can have a coarse thread, which makes it possible to perform a stroke adjustment with half a turn.
- the free end 22 of the support rod 11 can be brought out of engagement with the plate-side stop 16 with a small screwdriver or another rod-shaped tool.
- FIGS. 7 to 11 show the mechanical equivalent to the embodiments according to the FIGS. 2 to 6 where it can be seen that the locking hooks 3, 4 and 23 according to the invention are not fastened to the ceiling panels 1, 2, but to the underside of the support structure 13. In contrast to the aforementioned embodiment, two different types of locking hooks 3, 4 and 23 available.
- the right locking hook 3, 4 is intended for easy locking of ceiling panels 1, 2, which can be pressed in the direction of arrow 14 in its mounting position from below, while the left locking hook 23 serves as a pivot and pivot bearing for the ceiling plate 1. In this way, it is not necessary to solve the solution to remove the ceiling plate 1 of the support structure 13, but by appropriate operation of the ceiling plate, it can be pivoted in the region of the locking hook 23 about a horizontal axis to to swing this ceiling plate from the support structure, but still left in engagement with the locking hook 23.
- FIGS. 7 to 11 only roughly with the corresponding reference numerals FIGS. 2 to 6 labeled, because all the same parts have the same functions and the same structure.
- FIG. 8 shows therefore a first step of a mounting position, where the hook head 8 of the locking hook 3 dips into the locking hole 12 and pushes with its control surface 15, the free end 22 of the support rod 11 aside, and behind a later to be described stop 16 brings to bear.
- the locking opening 12 is free for the dipping of the hook head 8, the in FIG. 9 already completed. There, the hook head is already immersed through the locking hole 12 therethrough. About the spring tension of the free end 22, the free end 22 is back to its original position FIG. 9 swung back; and thus this support rod 11 receives the load transfer in the region of the locking plate 10.
- FIG. 10 again shows the disassembly position when the ceiling plate 2 is moved in the direction of arrow 14 'against the support structure, and the hook head 8 of the locking hook 3, 4 has brought with its control surface 15, the free end 22 of the support rod 11 to rest behind the stop 16.
- FIG. 11 shows the advanced disassembly state when the ceiling plate 2 has been completely removed from the locking hooks 3, 4.
- FIGS. 12 to 16 show an exemplary structure of a ceiling plate 1, 2, which consists of a sheet metal bending profile, which is approximately according to FIG. 13 C-shaped profiled, and consists of a bottom surface to which laterally each edging 18 join, which merge into each upwardly adjoining, mutually directed mounting leg 19.
- the locking plates 10 according to the invention are load-transmitting at six different locations according to FIG. 14 arranged.
- the locking plates 23 would each be on one end side of a ceiling plate 2, 3 according to FIG. 14 attached.
- the locking plates 10 are preferably formed of a metal material and have mounting holes 24 with which they are in not shown manner are connected to the circumferential mounting leg 19.
- any other attachment such as riveting, gluing, crimping, welding or beading.
- Each locking plate 10 preferably has mutually spaced apart and mutually parallel locking openings 12, which are spaced from respective viewing ports 26.
- the locking plate 10 consists of a layer structure of three mutually parallel and flat side interconnected plates 51, 52, 53.
- a multiply profiled recess 27 is arranged at the rear, which has approximately a Y-shape.
- the recess 27 forms the release for the lateral bending of the free spring end 22 of the support rod 11 in a horizontal plane.
- the clamped end of the support rod 11 is housed in a clamping groove 21 which is arranged in the intermediate space between the base plate 51 and the cover plate 53.
- the intermediate plate 52 is recessed in its central region in order to form there the range of motion for the bending movement of the free end 22 of the support rod 11.
- two adjacent viewing ports 26 are arranged to optically control the resilient abutment of the free end 22 behind stops 16, which are arranged in the region of the recess 27 and part of the base plate 51.
- the locking opening 12 is formed as an approximately rectangular locking, which extends through the locking plate 12 through the base plate 51, through the intermediate plate 52 and through the cover plate 53.
- the recess 27 is arranged and still has a recess 29 which limits the movement of the free end 22 of the support rod 11 by means of conically widening guide surfaces 25.
- the clamping point 20 at the lower end of the support rod 11 is formed by the superimposition of base plate 51 and cover plate 53 in the region of the clamping groove 21.

- the stops 16 are formed symmetrically, with respect to the locking hole 12, because thus a ceiling plate 1, 2 can be suspended from one side and from the other side with its associated locking hooks 3, 4 in a locking plate 10.
- FIG. 24 shows in comparison to the aforementioned drawing figures 17 to 23 only a doubling of the locking plate 10, which thus consists of two mutually mirror-symmetrical parts, which are arranged with respect to a transverse line of symmetry 31 mirror-symmetrical to each other.
- the two parts are material integral with each other and form a continuous metal part.
- the shows FIG. 25 also the functional position in the unlocked state at the upper locking plate 10, while the lower locking plate 10 is still in its normal position.
- FIG. 26 shows the top view of a locking hook 3, 4 with its hook head 8, where it can be seen that an incorporated on the hook head 8, obliquely extending longitudinal slot 34 is bounded on one side by the control surface 15, and it extends arcuately into a support surface 32, and is limited on the opposite side by a contact surface 37 which is formed approximately parallel to the inclination of the control surface 15.
- a fold 35 is arranged with an angled stop surface 36 to prevent unwanted disengagement of the there engaging support rod 11 in the attached state.
- the outer surface of the hook head 8 is formed by a stop surface 33 whose inclination corresponds approximately to the inclination of the control surface 15.
- the stop surface 33 is used to pass through the locking hole 12 to bring the locking opening 12 overlapping support rod 11 out of engagement with the locking hole 12, and to transport the free end 22 of the support rod 11 behind the housing-fixed stop 16.
- the opposite surface to the abutment surface 33 is angled and thus forms an insertion bevel to the abutment surface 33.
- This surface is therefore designed as an insertion bevel 38, to which an angled guide surface 39 connects.
- the insertion bevel 38 also serves to move the free resilient end 22 of the support rod to the opposite stop 16 in the housing of the locking plate 10th
- the locking hooks 3, 4 can be material integral or separately connected to a base plate 45. In the illustrated embodiment, it is designed as a sheet metal bent part.
- FIG. 27 shows one opposite FIG. 26 modified embodiment in which the same explanations apply to the locking hooks 3, 4, as indicated above.
- Only the left-side locking hook 23 has a different shape and does not provide for lifting a ceiling plate 1, 2 for the purpose of assembly or disassembly. Rather, here the support rod 11 engages with its free end 22 in an approximately horizontally oriented receiving slot 40, which merges at a radius surface 42 into a support leg 44, which forms the load transfer to the body of the locking hook 23.
- an upstanding fold 35 is provided which avoids accidental disengagement of the free end 22 of the support rod 11.
- the bevel 35 is followed at an angle by an inclined surface 41, which is necessary for mounting the ceiling plate 1, 2.
- This inclined surface 41 in conjunction with the radius surface 42, the pivot bearing for pivoting the ceiling plate, not shown here.
- the hook head 28 is therefore shaped differently than the hook head 8, but performs the same functions.
- the embodiment also shows that on a connecting base plate 45 both the one type of locking hooks 3, 4 and the other type of locking hooks 23 may be integrally fixed.
- the upwardly extending from the receiving slot 40 support web 43 should be high load transfer to transfer the suspension loads on the body of the locking hook 23.
- FIGS. 28 to 29 is the perspective view after FIG. 27 shown, where additionally shown that in the base plate 45, a transverse mounting hole 46 is provided as Anschraubbefest Trent for the locking hook.
- FIGS. 28 and 29 shows that two different locking hooks can be attached to a base plate 45.
- the base plate 45 it is also possible to arrange on the base plate 45 only double-sided either the locking hooks 3, 4 or double-sided and the locking hooks 23.
- FIGS. 17 to 23 show in the FIGS. 17 to 23 a layer structure of the locking plates of a total of three stacked plates 51-53 carrying different recesses. This is provided purely for manufacturing reasons, because it is particularly easy to make in the sheet material of each plate 51-53 associated recesses.
- the invention is not limited thereto. Instead of the arrangement of a layered locking plate 10 with the plates 51-53, a continuous, one-piece locking plate can be used, wherein the corresponding recesses are introduced in the material of the continuous locking plate by machining.
- the recesses can be introduced by deep drawing, stamping, embossing or welding.
- the locking plate 10 is also possible to form the locking plate 10 as a plastic injection molded part and only the load-transferring support rod 11 made of a metal material.
- the material of the sandwich panels 51-53 may be made of sheet metal or aluminum alloy.
- the description of the invention shows that a tool-free assembly and disassembly is possible that high loads can be transmitted at a low height of a locking plate, and that the essential element, a cantilevered cantilevered support bar, for transmitting the loads in conjunction with latching in the locking plate locking hook. 3 , 4, 23 is provided.
- the invention provides to remove the ceiling plate without any horizontal movement from the composite with other ceiling panels, so that the lowest possible joints between the ceiling panels may be present, and this leads to a visually beautiful, continuous ceiling construction that can not reach other, known constructions.
- the floor slabs can be minimized accordingly, without the room height is affected thereby, resulting in a significant reduction in construction costs.

Moreover, a cable actuation of the spring-loaded latch is associated with high assembly costs and high production costs and otherwise not reliable.
The actuation of spring-loaded pins takes place by the engagement of frontal folds of ceiling panels and associated control openings on the bolt-side end of such a spring-loaded pin. This has the disadvantage that the operation of such a spring-loaded pin or bolt is difficult, because the control surfaces must be arranged on the front-side support structure, which may be bent or not accurate, whereby an operation of the spring-loaded bolt is difficult to carry out. This arrangement also does not operate reliable.

Due to the simple embodiment of the spring hook as a bent wire element, no high loads can be applied, otherwise the spring hook would bend and support the ceiling panels.
A disadvantage of this device is that the support rod is not removable without tools.
The invention is therefore the object of developing a ceiling plate with a tool-actuated locking element and a usable for the ceiling plate locking element so that even when transferring high loads a tool-free operation of the locking element is given.
To solve the problem, the invention is characterized by the technical teaching of
The invention has recognized that the load of the ceiling plate can be accommodated in the direction of the locking hook by a spring-loaded support bar clamped on one side in the locking plate. Accordingly, the free resilient end of the support rod forms a traglastaufnehmende connection with the locking hook.
This results in a particularly simple, but hochlastaufnehmende locking connection between the support rod and the locking hook. Because the support rod is resiliently mounted on one side of the locking plate and the free resilient end makes the support connection with the engaging there Verrieglungshaken, a tool-free operation is possible because the Verrieglungshaken itself formed as a tool for the preparation and the resolution of the locking connection between the support rod and the locking hook is.
Feature of the invention is that the locking element is designed as a locking plate, which is arranged either on the underside of the support structure or on the upper side of a ceiling plate on or in which a cantilevered, resilient support rod is fixed, the free resilient end of a plate-side locking slot in engages over the locking plate, through which a hook head of the locking hook can be inserted and latched to the free resilient end of the support rod.
On the hook head of the locking hook one or more control surfaces are arranged, which bring the free resilient end of the support rod out of engagement with the locking hole in the locking plate and thus from the locking engagement with the locking hook at a relative longitudinal movement between the locking hook and the locking plate.
With the given technical teaching, there is the advantage that with the locking hook itself and its hook head as a tool actuation of the trained as a support rod spring bar can be performed in the locking plate. That is, when the ceiling panel is moved toward the support structure, the hook head of the lock hook moves relative to the lock slot in the lock plate, and thus the control surfaces on the lock hook engage the free resilient end of the support bar so as to spring out of the area of the support bar Locking slot is displaced, and thus the ceiling plate is free from its locking with the locking hook and can be removed from the support structure.
The invention thus describes a tool-free assembly and disassembly of ceiling panels on a supporting structure, because the locking hook itself forms the tool.
For the sake of simpler description, it is assumed that the locking plates forming part of the locking elements are fastened to the cover plates of the false ceiling and the oppositely arranged locking hooks are fastened to the supporting structure. However, the invention also claims the reverse case in which the locking hooks are attached to the ceiling panels of the false ceiling and the oppositely disposed locking plates are secured to the support structure.
In a preferred embodiment, the locking plate side support rod is formed as a cantilevered, spring-loaded spring steel wire, which preferably consists of a round material. The invention is not limited thereto. Instead of a spring steel round material, any other desired profile shape can be selected for the resilient support rod, in particular an oval profile, a rectangular or square profile or any other flat profile shape.
Likewise, it is not necessary solution to manufacture the support rod made of a spring steel material. Also, a plastic material or a plastic-metal composite material or the like may be used.
Important in the invention is that the support rod, which engages over the locking slot of the locking plate is clamped on one side with its free resilient end and thus lying opposite forms a free resilient end, the load of the ceiling at this point in the direction of the building side Supporting structure transfers.
This results in a particularly high load-transmitting connection, because the support rod consists of a particularly abrasion-resistant, high load-bearing material and it can be dimensioned according to its diameter in any way, so that ceiling panels are added with weights at the attachment point of, for example, more than 40 kg can.
Such fastening forces can be transmitted in the range between 20 to 60 kg per mounting plate and per support rod readily on the building-side support structure.
The invention thus provides as a locking plate before a special metal construction, which is particularly small dimensions and is flat.
Due to the fact that it is preferably a round profiled support rod, the diameter of the support rod determines the minimized height of the locking plate.
The locking plate may be multi-layered so that the various recesses arranged in the locking plate result from the layer structure of different composite layers.
In another embodiment, the locking plate can also consist of a single piece, in which case the corresponding openings in the locking plate are achieved by mechanical processing.
The low height results from the low plate-shaped structure of the locking plate, which is associated with the advantage that only a small path for mounting and dismounting the ceiling plate is necessary, and the travel is determined essentially by the control and locking surfaces on the locking hook.
With the formation of the locking hook and the locking plate, there is now the advantage that no lateral travels in the assembly or disassembly of ceiling panels to a support structure are required, but these are snapped directly onto the support structure perpendicular to the plane of the support structure.
It is immaterial whether the locking hooks according to the invention are fastened to the building-side support structure, and the locking plates according to the invention are attached to the ceiling slabs or vice versa.
The other embodiment provides that the locking hooks are arranged on the ceiling panels and the associated locking plates are arranged on the supporting structure.
The invention also provides a simple locking plate in which only a single support rod is resiliently clamped on one side.
In a further embodiment, however, the invention also provides a doubling of such a locking plate, so that with respect to a central transverse line a symmetrical structure of a double locking plate thus formed is present. In this case, two support rods are mounted against each other on the locking element, and the two clamping points of the support rods are each opposite each other.
The locking plate can therefore also be designed as a continuous part doubled.
In a further development of the invention it is provided that in a locking plate two mutually parallel support rods are arranged, so that the locking plate can not only be constructed mirror-image with respect to a transverse center axis, but also can be mirrored with respect to a longitudinal center axis.
In the preferred embodiment, it is provided that the support rod is designed as a cantilevered bending beam, and the free resilient end engages or overlaps the locking slot, wherein the hook head engages through the locking slot and thereby actuates the support rod.
In a preferred first embodiment, the locking hook is designed as a simple locking hook, which means that it is only suitable for suspending the ceiling plate on the supporting structure.
In a further development of such a locking hook, however, it may be provided that the locking hook is additionally designed as a rotary or pivot bearing, which therefore serves both to lock with the support rod in the locking plate, but also the possibility offers to pivotally support the ceiling plate recorded there in a pivot bearing of the locking hook.
The advantage of this measure is that it is no longer necessary to create a revision opening in the lower ceiling, completely remove the ceiling panel, but it is sufficient to press the ceiling panel at a transverse line against the support structure, whereby the locking hook out of engagement with the support rod in the Locking plate comes, and then the pivot bearing on the locking hook comes into operation, which allows folding of the ceiling plate in a horizontal pivot axis on this locking hook, without the need for horizontal displacement is given.
The locking plate is preferably made of a metal material. The invention is not limited thereto. It can also consist of a plastic material or a plastic-metal composite.
The locking hooks are preferably made of a steel sheet to transmit the required high loads. However, they can also be made of a different material, such as plastic, with lower fire protection requirements and lower loads.
Instead of a steel material, an aluminum alloy can also be used.

The outer surface of the

The
It is an exemption to allow in this area the pivoting of the ceiling plate about a horizontal axis.

Instead of a machining processing, the recesses can be introduced by deep drawing, stamping, embossing or welding.
It is also possible to form the locking
The material of the sandwich panels 51-53 may be made of sheet metal or aluminum alloy.
The description of the invention shows that a tool-free assembly and disassembly is possible that high loads can be transmitted at a low height of a locking plate, and that the essential element, a cantilevered cantilevered support bar, for transmitting the loads in conjunction with latching in the locking plate locking hook. 3 , 4, 23 is provided.
This is relatively inexpensive to manufacture, because in conventional ceiling cassette constructions such a locking plate can be easily integrated.
Furthermore, the invention provides to remove the ceiling plate without any horizontal movement from the composite with other ceiling panels, so that the lowest possible joints between the ceiling panels may be present, and this leads to a visually beautiful, continuous ceiling construction that can not reach other, known constructions.
With the low height of the locking plate, the floor slabs can be minimized accordingly, without the room height is affected thereby, resulting in a significant reduction in construction costs.
