Claims (13)

  1.   3. Tôle de gaufrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la broche de gaufrage (21) est façonnée en forme de calotte sphérique.
  4. Tôle de gaufrage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une structure microgaufrée est façonnée par découpe laser en l'extrémité distale de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21).
  5. Tôle de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre maximal (D) de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21) se situe entre environ 1,0 mm et environ 4 mm.
  6. Tôle de gaufrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur (H) de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21) se situe entre environ 0,4 mm et environ 2 mm.
  7. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une tôle de gaufrage (2) pour appliquer une caractéristique de sécurité (10) tactile sur un élément plat en papier, en particulier en papier de sécurité, en carton-pâte, en carton, en non-tissé, en tissu textile, en matériau synthétique, en particulier en polymère, ou en un mélange de substances, la tôle de gaufrage (2) présentant une plaque support (20) et au moins une broche de gaufrage (21) dépassant de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extrémité distale de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21) est usinée par découpe laser.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité distale de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21) est arrondie par découpe laser.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une structure microgaufrée est façonnée par découpe laser en l'extrémité distale de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21).
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, pour obtenir une forme brute (61) de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21), une tôle brute (3) masquée par un matériau résistant à la gravure (4) est placée dans un bain d'acide.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la forme brute (61) de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage (21) est fraisée en forme avant un usinage par découpe laser.
  12. Utilisation d'une tôle de gaufrage pour appliquer une caractéristique de sécurité tactile sur un élément plat en papier, en particulier en papier de sécurité, en carton-pâte, en carton, en non-tissé, en tissu textile, en matériau synthétique, en particulier en polymère, ou en un mélange de substances, la tôle de gaufrage comprenant une plaque support et au moins une broche de gaufrage dépassant de celle-ci, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une extrémité distale de ladite au moins une broche de gaufrage est usinée par découpe laser.
  13. Utilisation d'une tôle de gaufrage selon la revendication 12 pour appliquer une caractéristique de sécurité tactile sur un élément plat en papier, en particulier en papier de sécurité, en carton-pâte, en carton, en non-tissé, en tissu textile, en matériau synthétique, en particulier en polymère, ou en un mélange de substances lors de la fabrication d'un billet de banque.
