Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif implantable pour améliorer ou supprimer une insuffisance valvulaire comprenant un corps de fermeture (1) et au moins un élément d'ancrage fixé à celui-ci et permettant la fixation du corps de fermeture (1) dans le cœur, de préférence à l'oreillette du cœur. L'élément d'ancrage comprend plusieurs bandes d'appui (2) qui s'étendent entre le corps de fermeture (1) et un élément de liaison (3) commun espacé du corps de fermeture (1), l'élément de liaison (3) pouvant, par déformation des bandes d'appui (2), être mis dans une première et une seconde position dans lesquelles il se trouve respectivement à distance du corps de fermeture. Dans la première position, l'élément de liaison (3) est séparé du corps de fermeture (1) par une distance supérieure à celle qui le sépare de celui-ci dans la seconde position, et dans la seconde position, l'élément de liaison (3) se trouve entre les bandes d'appui (2).
