  • the concept of the bonded monoblock plate described in the background section has been changed for the concept of a modular fastening system, which can be assembled/dissembled and adjusted, creating the opportunity to place it on existing track apparatuses, while using most of the components of those apparatuses.
  • Figure 9 shows an alternative use, relative to an example of a complete modular bonded fastener according to the invention in working position, adapted to a standard solution, where the bonded shoulders or side pieces (10), the standard bearing plate, latches (13), the insulation and adjustment plate (3), anchors (4) to the concrete slab, elastic clips for the rail (1) and the pre-installable elastic sheets (2) can be seen.
  • the side pieces (10) on both sides, equipped with the respective latches (13) and anchors (4), are the same ones used in fastening the special bearing plate (9), according to a modular design shared by both types of fasteners.

Claims (15)

  1. Modulares Schienenbefestigungssystem, aufweisend zwei Seitenteile (10), die mit beiden Seiten eines zentralen Trägers (11) verbunden sind, wo jedes Seitenteil (10) eine gegossene Basis (14) und eine elastische Komponente (16) aufweist, die mit der gegossenen Basis (14) verbunden ist und einen kompakten Verbundkörper (12) bildet, wobei das System eine spezielle, nicht standardisierte Schienenlagerplatte (9) aufweist, die die Gesamtheit einer elastischen Platte (6) abdeckt, die auf dem zentralen Träger (11) platziert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Lagerplatte (9) jedes der Seitenteile (10) teilweise abdeckt, und das System ein Isolations- und Einstellblech (3) unter der Platte aufweist, um es von dem Beton zu trennen und die Schiene zu nivellieren, wenn das System in Gebrauch ist,
    wobei jedes Seitenteil (10) erhöhte Bereiche (21) aufweist, die mit der elastischen Verbundkomponente (16) beschichtet als Umfangsanschlagenden wirken, die den Bereich der speziellen Lagerplatte (9) teilweise umgeben, und in welche die Enden der speziellen Lagerplatte (9) passen, so dass die Längs- und Seitenbewegungen der Schiene elastisch begrenzt wird.
  2. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Seitenteil (10) einen Einsatz (17) aufweist, der in die elastische Verbundkomponente (16) einen kompakten Block bildend eingebettet ist, wobei der Einsatz (17) mindestens einen Gewindebolzen (18) aufnimmt, auf dem die spezielle Lagerplatte (9) montiert ist.
  3. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jedes Seitenteil (10) und jeder zentrale Träger (11) Verbindungsmittel aufweist, die die Kopplung jedes Seitenteils (10) an den zentrale Träger (11) ermöglichen und die die Bewegung zwischen den Seitenteilen (10) und dem zentralen Träger (11) einschränken, außer in die Längsrichtung der Befestigung.
  4. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Verbindungsmittel Stangen (8) aufweisen, die in dem zentralen Träger (11) untergebracht und die in die an den Seitenteilen (10) angeordneten Führungsbuchsen (19) eingeschoben sind.
  5. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastische Verbundkomponente (16) eine Vielzahl von Gussteilen (20') aufweist, die ihre Verformung begünstigen und die Absorption von Vibrationen und Geräuschen verbessern.
  6. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die gegossene Basis (14) eine Vielzahl von Beleuchtungskästen (20) aufweist, die den Verbundvorgang vereinfachen und erleichtern.
  7. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jedes Seitenteil (10) mindestens ein Gehäuse (15) aufweist, das zur Verankerung an einer Betonplatte geeignet ist.
  8. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 7, wobei sich jedes Gehäuse (15) an einem Ende der gegossenen Basis (14) befindet, so dass ein Ankerpunkt an dem Seitenteil (10) definiert ist.
  9. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Gehäuse (15) an jedem Ankerpunkt einen gezahnten Regler (22) aufweist, um den Querkräften auf die Schiene standzuhalten und die Position des Befestigungssystems einzustellen.
  10. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastische Platte (6) auf dem fixierten zentralen Träger (11) angebracht ist, so dass ein zentraler Bereich zwischen den beiden Seitenteilen (10) definiert ist.
  11. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 10, wobei die elastische Platte (6) eine Vielzahl von Gussteilen (23) aufweist, die es ermöglichen, die Elastizität des vorhandenen zentralen Bereichs zwischen den beiden Seitenteilen (10) einzustellen.
  12. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das mindestens eine Verriegelung (13) aufweist, die die spezielle Lagerplatte (9) an den Seitenteilen (10) befestigt, um die vertikale Belastung der Platten zu begrenzen.
  13. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Verriegelung (13) ein mit der Verriegelung (13) verbundenes Elastomer (16') aufweist und welche die spezielle Lagerplatte (9) durch das verbundene Elastomer (16') stützt, einerseits durch Verhindern des Kontaktes von Metall zu Metall und andererseits durch elastische Absorption der vertikalen Bewegungen der speziellen Lagerplatte (9).
  14. Modulares Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 10, wobei der zentrale Träger (11) und die elastische Platte (6) anpassbar und längenverstellbar an jedes von der Gleisanlage geforderte Maß sind, während gleichzeitig die Seitenteile (10) einheitlich und gleich für jede der Platten der Gleisanlage sind.
  15. Modulare Befestigungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit dem die Elastizität der in Betrieb befindlichen Gleisanlage bei maximaler Nutzung der auf dem Gleis installierten Komponenten umgewandelt werden kann.
