Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for inserting an interleaf paper between a first and a second food disc, wherein the interleaf paper is guided in a channel and in a time interval between the cutting of the first and the second food disc from the channel into a cutting area. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a slicing device.
  • Such devices for inserting a Swiss friendshippapier are from the prior art, such as DE 199 13 203 , known, which forms the preamble to the granted claim 1.
  • these devices have a dancer, which has turned out to be disadvantageous because the device thereby consuming to manufacture and maintain and are relatively sluggish in operation.
  • the present invention relates to a device for inserting a liner between a first and a second food disc.
  • a food slice is, for example, a cheese, sausage or ham slice.
  • the interleaf paper may for example be a preferably coated, in particular waxed paper, but also a film, in particular a plastic film.
  • the interleaving paper is present as so-called web material and is preferably rolled up on a roll. In operation, the release paper is unrolled from this roll and inserted as a web-shaped material in a channel.
  • the width of the interleaving paper corresponds approximately to the width of the product to be sliced.
  • the length of the interleaving paper is variable and depends on the length of web material being fed into the slitting area. This length will then, preferably from the same knife, which also separates the food slices from the product, cut from the web material.
  • the selected length of the interleaf paper preferably corresponds substantially to the length of the cut food disc.
  • the web-shaped interleaving paper is guided in a channel in the direction of the slicing region and introduced into the slicing region of a slicing device in the time interval between the slicing of the first and the second food slices from the channel.
  • the height of the channel is larger, preferably slightly larger than the thickness of the interleaf paper.
  • the width of the channel is greater than the width of the insert paper.
  • this channel now has a recess which extends over part of the length of the channel and preferably over its entire width. This recess is spaced both from the entrance of the channel into which the sheet-like intermediate paper enters and from the opening at the channel end and not identical to one of these.
  • the web-shaped interleaving paper can selectively and reversibly emerge, especially when the transport speed upstream of the recess is lower than the transport speed downstream. This may occur, for example, when more web-shaped material is made available than is consumed and / or a material jam occurs downstream of the recess.
  • a loop forms which becomes larger as long as the speed difference described above exists. As soon as this speed difference reverses, the loop becomes smaller again and possibly reduces to zero, wherein it is preferred that there is always a loop which serves as a material buffer and ensures that the web-like material does not strain too much when inserted into the slicing region becomes.
  • the device according to the invention preferably has two drives for the web-shaped interleaf paper.
  • One which transports the interleaf paper in the direction of the channel and possibly through the channel and a second, which introduces the web-shaped material in the slicing region.
  • the second drive operates intermittently so that, for example, in a continuous promotion by the first drive results in a constant change in the loop length.
  • the formation of the loop takes place without additional aids, ie the forces caused by gravity determine the direction in which the loop is formed.
  • a means may be provided which guides and / or shapes the loop.
  • the length of the loop is measured by a sensor.
  • the signal of this sensor is preferably used to control the first and / or second drive, in particular the drive upstream of the recess.
  • This drive determines the length per unit of time that is conveyed in the direction of the channel.
  • the device has a plurality of channels, which are provided side by side.
  • the width of the channel can be provided so wide that several interleaving paper webs can be passed side by side.
  • Each channel has at least one recess. In the event that a channel leads several web materials, the recess is provided so wide that all interleaving paper webs can form loops at the same time.
  • each has drives that can be controlled or regulated independently of the drives of the other interleaving paper webs.
  • the cutting blade Since only very little time is available for the introduction of the interleaf paper between two food slices in Hoch orientalschneidevorraumen that cut up to 1,000 or more food slices per minute, and incidentally, the cutting blade also generates a significant flow of air, it is advantageous if the flat cross section of Eisenlegepapierbahn is shaped so that it has at least one indentation and / or bulge, d. H. deviates from its original usually flat form. As a result, the shape of the interleaf paper stabilizes and can thereby be made thinner, for example, and / or injected into the slicing region more quickly without it kinking.
  • Each indentation and / or bulge preferably runs parallel to the insertion direction of the interleaf paper.
  • the deformation is preferably reversible, ie after leaving the channel, the interleaf paper is formed back to its original planar shape.
  • the interleaf paper can be shaped so that only its edge region is formed. Alternatively, however, the entire cross section of the interleaf paper can be formed.
  • the interleaf paper can be circular segment-shaped or elliptical segment-shaped be formed or have a plurality of mountains and / or valleys. It is preferable that the edge portion of the interleaving paper is formed.
  • the channel is provided with respect to the running direction of the web material downstream of the recess so that it forms the flat cross-section of the interleaf paper so that it has at least one indentation and / or bulge.
  • the release paper preferably remains in its planar form.
  • the channel is integrally provided.
  • the channel can be provided much more precisely than was possible with devices according to the prior art.
  • the channel has no joints that need to be centered to each other and / or where the release paper can get caught.
  • the height of the cross section of the channel ie the extent to which the channel is higher than the thickness of the interleaf paper, can be reduced.
  • the strength of the interleaf paper can be reduced.
  • the thickness of the intermediate paper is preferably 40-100 g / m 2 , with interlayer film 30 ⁇ m-70 ⁇ m and the height of the channel 0.1 mm-0.2 mm.
  • the device in particular the channel, is produced by a so-called rapid prototyping method or by casting or by injection molding.
  • a preferred embodiment of the manufacture of the channel is a 3D printing process. It can be used as a material, for example, plastic and / or metal.
  • the channel can also be made of steel by wire EDM, especially as long as there is a straight connection between the inlet and outlet.
  • the 3D printing process has the advantage that you can realize complex shapes in the paper guide.
  • the hitherto always two- or multi-part provided guide channel no longer needs to be assembled in the embodiment according to the invention and since there are no joints, the interleaf paper can not get caught on it.
  • 3D printing is primarily the production process of master-forming. 3D printing is done with 3D printers, which are a special subspecies of the machine class of digital fabricators. Within the class of digital fabricators, the 3D printers belong to the subclass of additive, thus accumulating, constructive manufacturers.
  • the preferred techniques of 3D printing are selective laser melting and electron beam melting for metals, and selective laser sintering for polymers, ceramics, and metals, stereolithography and digital light processing for liquid resins, and polyjet modeling and fused deposition modeling for plastics and partly synthetic resins.
  • the resolution of a resin printer is 0.01 -. 0.07 mm in the x and y direction and 0.005 and 0.025 mm on the z axis.
  • 3D printing machines only work with a material or a material mixture and a printing process. However, it is also preferable to print several materials simultaneously or sequentially.
  • the printing of plastics in different degrees of hardness and / or colors may be sequential or simultaneous.
  • the device has a cutting bar, which guides the product during cutting and / or acts as a counter knife to the rotating cutting blade.
  • the channel is provided as a module which is attachable to the cutter bar.
  • the cutter bar has a pocket which receives the module.
  • the channel is preferably made of a plastic material, a metal and / or ceramic. All of these materials can be used in 3D printing.
  • a further subject of the present invention is a slicing apparatus with a cutting blade which cuts food slices from the front end of a product, wherein between two slices is provided an interleaving paper which emerges from a channel and which separates the cutting knife, the slicing apparatus having the device described above ,
  • the slicing device has no further guidance and / or support, such as an air flow, which prevents kinking of the paper during insertion into the slicing region, even in the case of longer release papers other than the channel.
  • the slicing device according to the invention is more hygienic and has lower operating costs.
  • a thinner insert paper may be used than in the prior art. This has in addition to the savings in material the advantage that the Einlegepapierrollen are lighter or need to be changed less frequently.
  • FIG. 1 shows a slicing device 27 according to the invention.
  • This slicing device has a cutting blade 11, which preferably rotates about an axis 17 and from the front end of a product 13, for example, a sausage, cheese or ham, food slices 2, 3 separated.
  • the product may be withdrawn from the cutting blade and / or the cutting blade moved away from the front end of the product.
  • the transport path of the product between two sections of the cutting blade 11 determines the thickness of the respective food disc.
  • a cutting bar is provided at the end of the support 18, which cooperates with the cutting blade 11 when cutting the food slice and / or leads the product during cutting.
  • the cut food slices 2, 3 are to a portion 16, here a disk stack, configured according to the invention, in each case between two food slices and preferably below the bottom food disc a so-called interleaf paper 1 is provided which prevents the food slices 2 adhere too strongly to each other.
  • the interleaf paper simplifies the separation of the respective food slice from the portion 16.
  • the slicing device according to the invention is preferably a so-called high-performance slicer which separates 200-1,000 food slices per minute or more from the product. Accordingly, the time interval available for placing the interleaf paper between two food slices is correspondingly small.
  • the rotating blade generates a considerable flow of air, which must also be taken into account in the arrangement of the interleaf paper between two food slices.
  • the interleaf paper 1 is injected into the slicing region 4 by means of the device 15, which is generally located below the support 18 of the product 13.
  • the interleaf paper is provided on a roll 23 and then transported in the direction of the cutting blade, injected by a certain length 10 in the cutting area and then separated from the cutting blade 11.
  • the stripping of the interleaf paper web 1 from the roller 23 is effected by a first drive, not shown, which is preferably provided upstream of the channel 5.
  • the device 15 For introducing the interleaf paper 1 into the slicing region 4, the device 15 has a channel with which the interleaving paper is transported in the direction represented by the arrow 8.
  • this is preferably formed by the channel, in particular by the channel end 6 and provided at the channel end 6 opening 7, that it is no longer flat but, for example, a deviating from the planar shape, high-range region which extends parallel to the conveying direction 8, has.
  • this profiling 9 of the interleaf paper, transversely to its conveying direction 8 the stability of the interleaf paper is increased, so that it can be transported faster into the slicing region 4 and / or thinner.
  • FIG. 2 schematically shows an embodiment of the device according to the invention for introducing a release paper in the slicing region. Shown is in particular channel 5, through which the interleaf paper web is guided, which enters the inlet channel 24 in the channel 5, is guided in this and then leaves this at the opening 7 to get into the cutting area, where they, here by the Knife 11 is cut to length.
  • the introduction the skilled worker speaks of shooting, is carried out by a second drive, which may be provided in the region of the channel 5 or downstream, based on the transport direction of the release paper web thereof.
  • the channel has a recess 21, which is preferably located on one side of the channel.
  • the interleaf paper web may bulge when the transport speed of the interleaf paper web downstream of the recess is less than the transport speed of the interleaf paper web upstream of the recess.
  • the interleaf paper web forms a loop 22, which preferably forms only under the influence of gravity.
  • FIG. 12 shows a state where the transport speed is the same upstream and downstream of the recess 21.
  • the interleaving paper web 1 does not bulge out of the recess 21 addition. This is in the right representation of FIG. 2 changed.
  • the transport speed of the release paper web downstream of the recess 21 is less than upstream. This can be, for example, immediately before the interleaving paper web enters the slicing region, because then the transport speed of the interleaving paper web is zero, while the drive further conveys material upstream of the recess.
  • the loop 22 serves as a material storage for the next shot and ensures that the high acceleration of the interleaving paper web during shooting does not have to be transferred to the entire interleaf paper web, or prevents the interleaf paper web breaks.
  • an unillustrated sensor is provided, which determines the length and / or the shape of the loop and whose signal, in particular for controlling the drive of the unwrapping paper web from the roll, controls.
  • the embodiment of the invention is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and maintain. Threading a new release paper web into the device can be done much easier and faster. The acceleration of a dancer arm is eliminated, whereby the interleaf paper web is less mechanically stressed.
